Vi har brugt Palm Beach mange gange og kommer gerne igen. Pris og kvalitet hænger godt sammen. Dog er værelser og især toilet slidte. Fitness rum var dog noget af det dårligste og farligt at benytte, så vi stoppede med det at forsæt med brug af den efter 10 min. De fleste maskiner fungerede ikke.

We uograded to a front sea facing room & it was amazing to wake up to the beautiful view. The hotel had so much such a bowling ally snooker room two pool areas. Again ciuld do with a few more sunbeds but overall the hotel is really nice.

The room is super rundown, old, toilet looks like it is from ancient time. Furnitures are old and scratch all over. Don’t believe in the pictures from their ads. Pool is super old too, tiles are coming off.

Städningen var under all kritik, sängen bäddades sen var det inte mycket mer. Även allmäna utrymmen va väldigt smutsiga. Om man inte var ute innan 8 och paxade en solstol så va det kört för den dagen. Vid den mindre poolen på våning 3 fanns 5-6 solbäddar, hade lätt fått plats med minst 20. Väldigt lyhört, hörde dörrar stängas hela nätterna.

Vi har hatt et gjennomgående hyggelig opphold på hotellet, og det er mye som fungerer godt. Rommet var romslig og komfortabelt, med svært god seng og effektiv aircondition, noe som bidro til god søvn gjennom hele oppholdet. Renholdet var også bra. Samtidig savnet vi flere stikkontakter, spesielt ved sengen, og det var lite intuitivt å velge trapp som alternativ til heis, noe som kunne vært bedre skiltet og tilrettelagt. Frokosten holdt et godt nivå, med variert utvalg og god kvalitet. Frokostområdet opplevdes som luftig og behagelig, og hotellets vestibyle og fellesarealer er pene, åpne og innbydende. Hotellets treningsrom har en flott beliggenhet med utsikt, men utstyr og lokaler fremstår som slitte, og dette trekker dessverre ned totalinntrykket for oss som benytter treningsfasiliteter. Ved bassengområdet opplevde vi den velkjente utfordringen med «håndkle-mafia», hvor solstoler blir reservert tidlig på dagen uten å være i bruk. Dette gjorde det vanskelig å finne ledige solstoler, og reduserte trivselen ved bassenget. Her burde hotellet hatt tydeligere regler og bedre oppfølging. Oppsummert er dette et godt hotell med mange styrker, spesielt når det gjelder rom, seng, frokost og fellesarealer. Med noen forbedringer knyttet til fasiliteter, praktiske løsninger og bassengområdet, kunne helhetsopplevelsen blitt enda bedre.

Emplacement génial vraiment tout à coter. Mais l’hôtel a besoin d’un gros cou de rafraîchissement. Chambre dans un état pas fou, énormément de poussière. Drap déchirer. Pas forcément d’eau chaude. Les chambres sont ancienne et sa se voit et se ressent. Douche très sale. Petit déjeuner incroyable il y a de tout. L’emplacement gros cou de cœur car avenue très animer en face de la plage génial.

部屋の椅子にはシミ汚れ、水回りは掃除が行き届いておらず黒かび汚れだらけで、洗面台の水が流れにくく汚れた水が溜まる。エアコンは強すぎてコントロールも効かない、おまけに蚊だらけで寝ている間に何ヶ所も顔を刺されてしまいました。設備が古過ぎるので交換した方がいいと思います。朝食は美味しかったが、やはり蚊とハエだらけでした。

The cleanliness need more work,it was dusty when i got to my room. The front staffs and housekeeping with towels and laundry was very good ,friendliness. It need to staff more toilet paper. We experience noise above our room so it was not as quiet at night.

I booked a OCEAN VIEW room for three nights in July. Room I selected was two queen beds for my wife, myself and my son (14). Got a room at the back of the property, were you could technically see the ocean if you kind of leaned out a little you could see it, 300-400 meters away. The check in is listed as NOON on the website and when we arrived at 12:30, we were told that check in is 2pm, even when we showed our reservation listing noon as the time, and showed them their own website still listed noon as check in, they didn’t care. We were placed in the rear tower of the resort because the front tower is reserved for tour buses of people that come for a day and more to the next stop the next. Room was three single beds harder than rock, a/c that barely works and a TV that would work for a little, then not work for another day or so. Pool was nice. Beach is awesome. Staff semi rude to full on “fire this one now” rude. Stayed here three years ago and it was 5 stars. Not that way anymore. Will NOT be choosing this place ever again.
