A nice hotel that is in the process of being touched up. The room was lovely and modern but the dining and general areas are old fashioned. No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing. As there are not many children there, the odd one or two floaties should be allowed - infact they were on certain days depending on which manage was on. All a little confusing and stuck in time. Putting green needs repair as well.

Another fantastic stay at Jardines. Absolutely wonderful hotel which is set in stunning gardens. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are what really makes the Hotel special. Breakfast was really good and other restaurants and bars really good as well.

Brilliant stay, good amazing and excellent choice. Pool area clean. Room very spacious in Junior Suite. Only one issue was lack of baby changing near restaurant but still wouldn’t put us off staying here again

A little quirky perhaps, and not our usual style, the stand out feature of this holiday was the hotel staff. Yes, everything is spotless Yes, the food offering was beyond for a hotel But the staff go above and beyond at all times... they really make you feel very special. Whilst the pool area can be a little cramped, we were able to nab ourselves an almost private island all day, every day... and switch off. And being able to just walk into the pool in October without a grimace... Fabulous! The hotel is fabulous... but on the edge of an awful "strip" of beach bars and restaurants doesn't make for the best spot... but we rarely left the hotel for the 8 day break. Would we go again... quite possibly for a warm pool winter break though, on checking the prices for January, I might have to sell the house... but we will keep looking!

We had a amazing 6-night stay here for my 40th birthday and we honestly couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel and location for our needs. Excellent, well-furnished, spacious rooms, gorgeous balcony with a fantastic view looking out into the pool area and rest of the estate, delicious food in the restaurants including the outstanding buffet breakfast, unique, wonderful spa, and a very convenient private beach access lift to an array of very good restaurants, shops and promenade, so you are certainly not isolated and it's very easy to get around, either by foot or taxi. The heated outdoor, salt water pool in the hotel is incredible - an amazing size, a huge number of sun loungers, sun shades and towels you can rent (for free) using a card system, a separate, warmer freshwater jacuzzi in the same area, and gorgeous 360 degree views all around. You can even order very nice food and drink to eat by the poolside. The service throughout the hotel is excellent, especially in the Cupola restaurant and spa, and housekeeping and cleanliness were also superb. They have us a free bottle of cava and an adorable card for my birthday, and made our entire stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Cet hôtel a beaucoup de qualité, notamment son emplacement idéal proche du front de mer et de toutes les commodites, les chambres sont spacieuses et le service est aimable et courtois. 2 reproches cependant : des oreillers épouvantables pour dormir et le ménage qui est fait sans les couloirs à 8h du matin et qui est extrêmement bruyant

Lovely Hotel, staff are excellent and they go the extra mile to provide excellent service. The food choices in the buffet were plentiful and of a very good standard. The rooms clean, and housekeeping do a great job every day. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Relaxing, luxurious, beautiful, amazing hotel. From the moment you enter this hotel , with its welcoming drink and friendly helpful staff you know you are going to have the perfect holiday. Housekeeping do a fantastic job. The location is on the front so restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk away. This hotel ticks all the boxes ! We will definitely be returning .

Second time here but they let themselves down this time. A problem with the aircon in the room that went unresolved all week and apparently "they cannot discount the rooms" to compensate us. Shouldn't advertise it as having aircon then at point of payment. We were offered dinner on our last evening as compensation - however, having tried it earlier in the week, we won't be taking dinner in the restaurant again. It was bland and overpriced - plenty of better alternatives in the locale. Given there are two key-controlled security doors we do not understand why it is necessary to fully lock the beach access entrance at midnight - some of us have a life! Excellent pool facilities is still the best feature of this hotel. We will return but we will know next time that complaints go unheard and will shout louder sooner.

Das Hotel Jardines de Nivaria hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, da wir mit unseren Kindern (16 J) gereist sind. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und gut eingerichtet, die Betten waren sehr schön und wir hatten 10 Kissen, also für jeden was dabei :). Ein Zimmer war sogar mit einem begehbarem Kleiderschrank, unsere Kinder waren einfach begeistert. Alle Zimmer im Hotel gehen zur Meerseite, unser Zimmer war im EG und hatte eine Terrasse, wir konnten trotzdem das Meer bzw. Ocean sehen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, gut angelegt und alles ist super organisiert! Der Service einfach genial! Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Das Essen war genial und alles vom Feinsten. Ich denke, das ist das beste Hotel, was wir jemals hatten und wir reisen sehr viel. Jeden Abend gab es live Music, ansonsten gab es keine Animation und das haben wir sehr genossen. Der Sandstrand von Fanabe ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, da kann man sehr gut baden. Die Liegen haben wir nicht genommen, da wir viel unterwegs waren und nur halben Tag am Strand waren. Unser Urlaub war richtig schön und wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefüllt, vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Situé dans une région très touristique, hôtel 5* très agréable datant des années 90, rénové en 2016 avec beaucoup de zones verdoyantes à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur (ce qui n'est pas négligeable compte tenu de l'aridité du pays). Personnel accueillant et sympathique aux petits soins. 2 piscines magnifiques: l'une heureusement chauffée (pas suffisamment à mon goût, compte tenu du vent frais lorsque l'on sort de l'eau); l'autre non (mais trop fraiche compte tenu de la fraicheur des nuits). Nous avons opté pour une suite junior très spacieuse mais sombre lugubre et déprimante (nous étions obligés d'éclairer en plein jour), heureusement nous avons pu changer 2j après pour une autre chambre plus lumineuse (personnel de la réception à l'écoute). Petit déjeuner et dîner sous forme de buffet, très varié digne d'un 5*, même si les goûts ne sont pas toujours au rendez-vous, il y a un bel effort. recently stayed at Jardines de Nivaria and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff Yidan from the restaurant was amazing . I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Second time here but they let themselves down this time. A problem with the aircon in the room that went unresolved all week and apparently "they cannot discount the rooms" to compensate us. Shouldn't advertise it as having aircon then at point of payment. We were offered dinner on our last evening as compensation - however, having tried it earlier in the week, we won't be taking dinner in the restaurant again. It was bland and overpriced - plenty of better alternatives in the locale. Given there are two key-controlled security doors we do not understand why it is necessary to fully lock the beach access entrance at midnight - some of us have a life! Excellent pool facilities is still the best feature of this hotel. We will return but we will know next time that complaints go unheard and will shout louder sooner.

The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last week.

Le restaurant la Cupula :du début à la fin en passant par les assiettes , le gout , l originalité , le service , et en plus , en français ce qui est un plus pour l explication des plats . Pdj évidement digne d un 5* ; et le buffet du soir également . Restaurant de la piscine également parfait et de très bon gout . Nous y retournerons .

The hotel is not a 5☆ i would consider it 3.5☆ but charged us nearly €600 a night on a bed & basis for a so called superior room, i attach the photographs for all to see. We had several issues including unable to get accees to our room after breakfast even though i asked at reception that our cards are not deactivated on the morning of checkout which often happens in hotels all around the world, we were told by the reception team that our cards were fine and working so we went on the mission to get to our room which is a good 5-8 minute walk from reception to the fourth floor on M4, its a very strange configuration for a hotel selling so called superior rooms. Once again our cards didn't work and this happened three times when i went back and asked to speak with management who were in one of the many meetings they seem to have.leaving. Eventually we got into our room by one of the staff getting a key to get us in and had less than one hour to pack and move to the courtsey room that is offered to everyone. We complained on our second day but to no avail, and only got a call from the commercial manager Nancy 40 mins from checking out of our superior room, offering us lunch which we declined. We checked out at 15:50 and asked to speak with Nancy she was not there and got to speak with Ana the Ops Manager after 50 mins of waiting for her,she was aggressive and contradicted herself several times including telling us we didn't pay almost €600 a night which we did.

It’s an incredible hotel. Total luxury and not too many people for them to cope with serving. Wonderful room and views. Lovely pool tasty breakfast buffet with a very wide choice. It’s our second year at this hotel. We had so much fun! Its location is right in the heart of Adeje. Handy for restaurants and seaside walks and access to the town and market. 100% would go again for a third time.

A little quirky perhaps, and not our usual style, the stand out feature of this holiday was the hotel staff. Yes, everything is spotless Yes, the food offering was beyond for a hotel But the staff go above and beyond at all times... they really make you feel very special. Whilst the pool area can be a little cramped, we were able to nab ourselves an almost private island all day, every day... and switch off. And being able to just walk into the pool in October without a grimace... Fabulous! The hotel is fabulous... but on the edge of an awful "strip" of beach bars and restaurants doesn't make for the best spot... but we rarely left the hotel for the 8 day break. Would we go again... quite possibly for a warm pool winter break though, on checking the prices for January, I might have to sell the house... but we will keep looking!

The hotel was nice and clean, with friendly stuff around. The room with a partial sea view was very comfortable and located a bit on the side from the beach, but for us it was good as we came to take a rest and there it was pretty messy and more people around. The breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner we preffered to go somewhere out as the variety is much better.

We had a amazing 6-night stay here for my 40th birthday and we honestly couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel and location for our needs. Excellent, well-furnished, spacious rooms, gorgeous balcony with a fantastic view looking out into the pool area and rest of the estate, delicious food in the restaurants including the outstanding buffet breakfast, unique, wonderful spa, and a very convenient private beach access lift to an array of very good restaurants, shops and promenade, so you are certainly not isolated and it's very easy to get around, either by foot or taxi. The heated outdoor, salt water pool in the hotel is incredible - an amazing size, a huge number of sun loungers, sun shades and towels you can rent (for free) using a card system, a separate, warmer freshwater jacuzzi in the same area, and gorgeous 360 degree views all around. You can even order very nice food and drink to eat by the poolside. The service throughout the hotel is excellent, especially in the Cupola restaurant and spa, and housekeeping and cleanliness were also superb. They have us a free bottle of cava and an adorable card for my birthday, and made our entire stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. Bed was comfy Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places. This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different nationalities which I think affected the atmosphere as you never knew if someone would understand a polite ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’ The friendly, helpful staff were the best thing about this hotel
Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. Bed was comfy Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places. This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different nationalities which I think affected the atmosphere as you never knew if someone would understand a polite ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’ The friendly, helpful staff were the best thing about this hotel
