Nice ocean view and centrally located. The room was very basic, but clean. Decent breakfast. Felt more like a very nice 3 star hotel. Bot for 4 stars I would expected more from room as well as breakfast. Didn’t use use the pool, but it looked a bit sad on the back of the house.

Vue mer splendide. Un grand balcon et une belle exposition. Une grande chambre et salle de bains propres. Le personnel est tres agréable. Le moins de cet hébergement concerne la piscine ridiculement petite pour celle près du bar terrasse et l'autre petite aussi, située dans un coin a l'ombre derrière l'hôtel avec 2 chaises longues car l'espace est très très reduit. Allez-y pour la mer.

Hotel situé en bord de la plage, Chambre et salle de bain en excellent état, lit TB, terrasse. Repas du soir TB,mais manque une bonne paella.. le petit déjeuner un peu répétitif mais bien. Personnel TB. Garage en s/s conseillé mais 15 euros/jour un peu cher et place attribuée trop étroite, mais réception m'a attribuée 2 places pour le mème prix. conclusion trés bon hotel.

This was part of a longer journey through Spain and France. The hotel states it is pet friendly but it clearly is not as you are expected to leave your pet in your room if you wish to dine as they do not offer food service on the terrace or offer room service. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and the manager no better when he arrived. Parking is restricted on height.

The personal and the food were great. The rooms by itself are old and requieres renovation, mattresses are awful. No gym in the 4 star hotel. Parking for the own clients is not free.

Lovely location. Great sea view. Spotlessly clean. Street parking for free right next to hotel so used that rather than paying the €14 per night. Staff all helpful and friendly. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely beachfront hotel, friendly staff. Nice bar with great sea views. My room had a balcony and overlooked the sea, perfect for a chill out. Very limited parking, make sure you pre book a space if you need to park at the hotel, i was lucky as i was travelling out of season, and there was 1 space free.

Recepción: El chico de la recepción de por la noche es muy majo pero no ayuda en nada y dice que todo lo comentemos a las 8:00. Las otras recepcionistas son un poco secas que no son capaces de saludarte y si tú las saludas a veces ni te devuelven el saludo. El buffet: Sin carteles con el nombre de los platos ni los alérgenos y al preguntarles a los camareros no saben responder porque no se les comenta tampoco a ellos. Aún así resaltar la atención de los camareros en el buffete porque son muy agradables y cualquier cosa que les pidas te ayudan. La piscina: Escondida, pequeña y justo al lado de la cocina del hotel que tiene la puerta arriba donde salen los trabajadores a su descanso. A parte en la zona de la piscina las chicas de limpieza dejan las bolsas de basura. La habitación: Esto es lo mejor porque las vistas eran directas a la playa. La habitación es muy grande, la camada muy cómoda y muy moderna. Con neverita y el armario con perchas y huecos para colocar bien la ropa. El aire acondicionado es por ventilación y refresca mucho la habitación y al ser tan potente en poco tiempo deja la habitación fresquita

Hôtel bien situé, face à la plage. Lit double très confortable mais le reste de l'hôtel est assez vétusté. La salle de bain dégageait une mauvaise odeur, les robinetteries pleines de tartre, la propreté pas au top non plus. Les cloisons de la chambre étaient très fines donc on entendait la chambre à côté et le passage des clients et femmes de ménage dans le couloir. Côté restauration , il n'y a que le petit déjeuner qui est potable, nous avons bien profité de ce moment car beaucoup de choix, pas vraiment qualitatif mais au moins nous avons mangé quelque chose. Le dîner du soir était en dessous de nos attentes, rien n'était maison , un morceau de poulet blanc sans goût , des frites surgelés pas assez cuites, les desserts pas bons du tout, bref nous avions encore faim en sortant, et nous n'y sommes pas retourné le lendemain. Pour conclure, séjour décevant dans cet hôtel, je ne recommande pas.

Es un hotel bonito, muy bien ubicado con una bonita vista. Lamentablemente pasé la peor noche que he tenido en un hotel, ya que se escuchaban las conversaciones de las piezas cercanas, y ésto fue durante gran parte de la noche. Eso fue muy desagradable. El desayuno muy variado, y todo muy bueno. La cena en la noche está bien, pero no hay reposición del buffet. Los empleados del restaurante muy amables.
Es un hotel bonito, muy bien ubicado con una bonita vista. Lamentablemente pasé la peor noche que he tenido en un hotel, ya que se escuchaban las conversaciones de las piezas cercanas, y ésto fue durante gran parte de la noche. Eso fue muy desagradable. Le dîner du soir était en dessous de nos attentes, rien n'était maison , un morceau de poulet blanc sans goût , des frites surgelés pas assez cuites, les desserts pas bons du tout, bref nous avions encore faim en sortant, et nous n'y sommes pas retourné le lendemain. Pour conclure, séjour décevant dans cet hôtel, je ne recommande pas.

Hotel reception staff amazing,nothing was too much trouble .room spotless,hotel a little dated but you can see where the money is being spent so well done !.breakfast not really geared up for the english but that's ok.bar staff great but again not geared up for english and snack menu has no english,but thats ok after all it is not benedorm !,Catalonia is more for other nationalities ,but thats fine.their identity and heritage are intact.! I would imagine the party type side of salou is around a mile away ,but might as well be a flight away as it is so different.I think spain is beautiful and this place is no exception,but if trying to be totally spanish is the goal then perhaps there should be some kind of booking site filter to warn or at least prepare clients for a holiday far removed from other costas

This was part of a longer journey through Spain and France. The hotel states it is pet friendly but it clearly is not as you are expected to leave your pet in your room if you wish to dine as they do not offer food service on the terrace or offer room service. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and the manager no better when he arrived. Parking is restricted on height.

Lovely location. Great sea view. Spotlessly clean. Street parking for free right next to hotel so used that rather than paying the €14 per night. Staff all helpful and friendly. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait, mais l’hôtelier demande de payer la veille de l’arrivée. Or, 5 jours avant notre arrivée, ils ont annulé la réservation puisque je n’avais pas payé. Après avoir communiqué avec eux, ils m’ont dit de réserver de nouveau. C’est ce que j’ai fait et j’ai payé immédiatement. Malgré tout, ils ont annulé de nouveau. J’ai réservé encore, mais je me retrouve à être facturé pour deux nuits alors que nous en avons passé qu’une seule. Ce fonctionnement ressemble à une magouille pour que l’on paie la chambre à deux reprise. Vraiment dommage!

Recepcionista desagradable, no fue capaz de explicarnos de una forma educada que no era posible tener dos camas separadas. Se que es bajo disponibilidad, pero la educación podría ser mejor. Camas muy duras y nada confortables. Lo mejor la ubicación y el precio.

Recepción: El chico de la recepción de por la noche es muy majo pero no ayuda en nada y dice que todo lo comentemos a las 8:00. Las otras recepcionistas son un poco secas que no son capaces de saludarte y si tú las saludas a veces ni te devuelven el saludo. El buffet: Sin carteles con el nombre de los platos ni los alérgenos y al preguntarles a los camareros no saben responder porque no se les comenta tampoco a ellos. Aún así resaltar la atención de los camareros en el buffete porque son muy agradables y cualquier cosa que les pidas te ayudan. La piscina: Escondida, pequeña y justo al lado de la cocina del hotel que tiene la puerta arriba donde salen los trabajadores a su descanso. A parte en la zona de la piscina las chicas de limpieza dejan las bolsas de basura. La habitación: Esto es lo mejor porque las vistas eran directas a la playa. La habitación es muy grande, la camada muy cómoda y muy moderna. Con neverita y el armario con perchas y huecos para colocar bien la ropa. El aire acondicionado es por ventilación y refresca mucho la habitación y al ser tan potente en poco tiempo deja la habitación fresquita

Not happy with the attitude of one of the senior rest. maids. Extremely noisy when clearing the tables. Kept slamming the plates & cutlery into her collection container. Obviously displaying her annoyance with either someone or something!

Nice ocean view and centrally located. The room was very basic, but clean. Decent breakfast. Felt more like a very nice 3 star hotel. Bot for 4 stars I would expected more from room as well as breakfast. Didn’t use use the pool, but it looked a bit sad on the back of the house.

Hotel situé en bord de la plage, Chambre et salle de bain en excellent état, lit TB, terrasse. Repas du soir TB,mais manque une bonne paella.. le petit déjeuner un peu répétitif mais bien. Personnel TB. Garage en s/s conseillé mais 15 euros/jour un peu cher et place attribuée trop étroite, mais réception m'a attribuée 2 places pour le mème prix. conclusion trés bon hotel.

Hotel très bien situé : sur la plage et à 2 pas des commerces (shopping). Les chambres sont spacieuses, et très confortables, ainsi que la salle de bain avec douche à l' italienne Un point fort : les animaux y sont admis sans aucun problème et "TOUT" le personnel est vraiment très sympathique.

Mycket bra även för oss som var på genomresa på väg till Nerja. Kom fram 21 och kunde checka in smidigt och köpte 9 euro parkering i källarens garage. Plus 10 euro för vår hund. Frukostbuffé ingick som var god! Läge mitt på stranden. vi återkommer!

Lovely beachfront hotel, friendly staff. Nice bar with great sea views. My room had a balcony and overlooked the sea, perfect for a chill out. Very limited parking, make sure you pre book a space if you need to park at the hotel, i was lucky as i was travelling out of season, and there was 1 space free.

The personal and the food were great. The rooms by itself are old and requieres renovation, mattresses are awful. No gym in the 4 star hotel. Parking for the own clients is not free.

Es un hotel bonito, muy bien ubicado con una bonita vista. Lamentablemente pasé la peor noche que he tenido en un hotel, ya que se escuchaban las conversaciones de las piezas cercanas, y ésto fue durante gran parte de la noche. Eso fue muy desagradable. El desayuno muy variado, y todo muy bueno. La cena en la noche está bien, pero no hay reposición del buffet. Los empleados del restaurante muy amables.

Hôtel bien situé, face à la plage. Lit double très confortable mais le reste de l'hôtel est assez vétusté. La salle de bain dégageait une mauvaise odeur, les robinetteries pleines de tartre, la propreté pas au top non plus. Les cloisons de la chambre étaient très fines donc on entendait la chambre à côté et le passage des clients et femmes de ménage dans le couloir. Côté restauration , il n'y a que le petit déjeuner qui est potable, nous avons bien profité de ce moment car beaucoup de choix, pas vraiment qualitatif mais au moins nous avons mangé quelque chose. Nous avons loué une chambre accompagné de notre chienne. Nous n’avons pas pu dîner au restaurant car elle n’était pas acceptée. Un endroit dans le restaurant serait apprécié si les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus.

Staff friendly if you have a dog they can eat breakfast on the terrace with you but in the evening food not allowed out of the restaurant so that’s not possible but however there is a lovely restaurant close by that’s is great to use on a evening if you have a dog
