I had a short break here with a friend - and it ticked a lot of boxes. GOOD Value for money, comfy beds, decent showers, loved the rooftop pool area. Israel, the bar manager, was so friendly. Food at the snack bar is pretty good. Frozen daiquiris. Short walk to the beach. NOT SO GOOD Reception staff were not super-helpful. We had an issue when we checked into a room that stank of cigarette smoke and at first they said there was nothing they could do. They did sort it in the end, but only when we pushed. The buffet food is ok - but bland. It did feel a bit as if we could be in any warm country in the world - but if you're looking for somewhere to relax for a few days, it does the job.

Staff were lovely throughout our stay, the only negative was we thought it was one big hotel and was told we couldn’t use 2 of the pools on arrival but couldn’t remember which ones as was too much to take in. Wasn’t made clear when we booked that 2 of them were not for us?

Stayed here for 5 nights with my partner. We had a very enjoyable stay and found the hotel facilities to be spacious and relaxed. For the most of our stay, we used the roof top pool however there were many sun beds and other areas to use. The only downfall of this area was that there were no toilets on this floor so you had to walk back down to your room. There was a small shop right at the end of the road which was very cheap and convenient. As we hired a car, we found parking on the street outside to be very competitive as it was free. The alternative would have been to pay €15 per day to park. As we arrived early and left late, the hotel was very accommodating and stored our luggage. If you asked in advance there was an option to keep the room on for a small fee. The breakfast buffet was very limited. The hotel had a snack bar in one part but as we were using the roof top pool in another block, we bought our own food/drinks from the nearby shop. All facilities were clean and spacious and the hotel was right on the beach. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again as it was great for the price and all of the other guests we encountered were very friendly.

Städat och rent, trevlig personal och bra frukostbuffé. Parkeringen behöver ses över, det är svårt att köra ner/upp större bil pga två låga murar som gör ner/uppfarten mycket smal. Bra läge om man vill gå ut på kvällen och äta. Nära till golfbanor. Vi var nöjda för 2a året i rad. Vi var på Mallorca för att golfa så för oss som bara sover där är det vad vi behöver.

Das Hotel ist auf mehrere Gebäude aufgeteilt was super ist weil es 4 Pools gibt und somit kein Pool immer super voll ist. Der Pool in unserem Gebäude hatte meistens nur 4-5 Leute. Die Auswahl beim frühstück und Abendessen war hervorragend und auch die Drinks an der Pool Bar waren super. Wir durften am Tag des Check out sogar unser Gepäck dort lagern, noch den Pool benutzen und sober dort duschen. Einfach perfekt!!!

L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione dell'hotel, che consente di raggiungere la spiaggia in pochi minuti. Gli aspetti deludenti sono stati numerosi: la camera non era all'altezza delle nostre aspettative, il bagno aveva la maniglia staccata, il lavabo nella parte bassa era molto visibilmente danneggiato, abbiamo trovato il kit di accoglienza già utilizzato, molto spesso dovevamo richiedere il rifornimento di bagno schiuma e carta igienica, l'apertura a pedale del cestino per i rifiuti era rotto e fuoriusciva un ferro pericoloso, il soffione della doccia era traballante e pieno di calcare,che non permetteva l'uscita dell'acqua in maniera uniforme, il water non aveva il sigillo di sicurezza, che normalmente si dovrebbe trovare in questo tipo di strutture, soprattutto in questi momenti di Covid.Gli arredi erano spartani e vetusti..., non all'altezza delle dotazioni proprie di una struttura 4 stelle. Le camere non sono insonorizzate e in quella da noi occupata c'era una porta chiusa a chiave, che, chiaramente serve per comunicare con la stanza adiacente Riguardo la cucina, il nostro giudizio è fortemente negativo, in quanto le pietanze erano poco curate, quasi come in una mensa aziendale; l'unica nota discreta è rivolta verso la frutta e i dolci. Ulteriore segnalazione: molti dispenser del gel anticovid 19 erano vuoti.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very spacious, spotless and very comfortable. I loved everything from the decor to the air conditioning. The pool and snack bar area were also immaculately kept. There was no shortage of sun loungers and the background music playing was lovely. I would without a doubt stay here again.

Le spa et le petit déjeuner sont très bien. En revanche, cet hôtel n’est clairement pas au niveau d’un 4* : - on a eu des fourmis partout dans la chambre et même dans le lit - on vous offre une soit disant « boisson de bienvenue » mais quand vous allez au bar pour en profiter et que vous demandez un soft à la place du champagne, on se moque de vous (ma femme était enceinte…). Attitude très étrange du barmaid… - pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre à l’arrivée (on est arrivé à 2h du matin et c’était compliqué de trouver de l’eau) - les couloirs vers les chambres ne sont pas en bon état (moquette usée avec des taches de partout) - pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain (c’est un détail mais c'est tellement pas pratique…)

It turned out this hotel is 4 different buildings wich is not menssioned anywhere at all. A lot of running around for breakfast, pool, reception etc. We upgraded to a seaview wich was nice except for the busy street downstairs. Our room had a bad smell, legs on one bed was loose and the shower handle was almost falling off. Our room was also poorly cleaned. Floor not cleaned in 4 dags.Things were pointed out to the manager but nothing happened. Breakfast very noisy in one building but very nice and quite in the other. Otherwise nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is bright and modern but the pool area is very small for so many people with little shade. The WiFi is extremely poor and barely works. The room was cleaned each day. We had a sea view balcony but the customers next to us smoked so this made it less pleasant. It would be nice if there could be some smoke free rooms/ balconies so you don’t have to put up with other people’s smoke. The beach is in easy reach. The restaurants around the hotel are very commercialised and quite poor food. We found one good restaurant. The breakfast was good and varied. The reception staff were helpful. Overall it was ok but we have stayed in better hotels.

Lovely hotel, really good breakfast. Found that the rooms were quite noisy, not soundproof at all and the rooms could use with a bit of updating however they were still nice and served their purpose. Overall really good value hotel in a really nice bit of Santa ponsa.

In the middle of Santa Ponsa, near the beach but more than enough swimming facilities on the premises as well. Our exceptional room was luxurious, spacious and with two (!) balconies. One with a jacuzzi. A pity that there was a chimney too, roaring and spreading occasionally cooking smells. There was a weighing scale in the room but I had preferred this extra to be changed for paper handkerchiefs, that most of this hotels offer. And the elevators are really tiny. But all this can't change my mind that this is a hotel to remember for future visits.

A very nice quiet location not far from the beach area and lots of restaurants. The hotel has 4 very nice pools although 1 of them is only a plunge pool on a roof top. Rooms were comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect, although the decor is minimalist and clean. The breakfast was comprehensive with a wide choice of foods. Another coffee maker would help to avoid significant delay at busy times. The main pool also has a bar with a food menu. The selection is perfectly adequate for lunch and everything we ordered was nice. Easy parking 3 min walk away made things very easy. The staff were great in every department and wed definitely go back.

This is a nice place in a good location, but this is the 2nd time I have stayed and both times they have failed to honour the upgrade privelleges of being a Gold or Platinum member (they say they don't have availability when the app tells you different and it doesn't seem busy) which is disappointing as it is the main reason you choose a hotel that is supposed to offer this over a competitor

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption war 24h besetzt. Der Check-in und der Check-out war problemlos und unkompliziert. Es gab eine Möglichkeit das Gepäck zu verstauen, bis das Zimmer bei Ankunft bereit war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man benötigt. Das einzig negative war das WLAN, das bei uns im Zimmer leider nur im Badezimmer funktioniert hat.

Un hôtel globalement sympa mais avec un personnel d accueil très peu avenant. Nous n’avons été capable d’obtenir aucun renseignement sur les activités ou des lieux à visiter de l île. On nous a simplement remis un QR code et on nous a demandé de regarder sur internet… un petit plus serait d interdir de fumer sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner très incommodant d’avoir 6 fumeurs en même temps à la table à côté par 30 degrés. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais propres à part une tache de café qui est resté 3 jours…

Nice hotel and well situated for access to everything. Staff were exceptional! Room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, we were not offered any of the Hotels.com VIP gold benefits! The only one we managed to get was the late check out which the hotel asked us to pay for!?!?!

I really liked everything about the stay. Just my room was a bit simple, but I also booked the cheapest option. The breakfast ist fine and the facilities are nice as well. I didn't try the spa, so can't say anything about that. However, I think the best thing is the short walk to the beach and the center as well as the rooftop pools of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it for the price I got it (I paid 86 euros per night for the cheapest room Inc breakfast and I stayed end of May)

Al het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ze leggen alles netjes uit en denken met je mee. Wij hadden alleen bed en breakfast geboekt, maar we konden ook dineren in het hotel. All you can eat voor maar € 18,- pp en je drinken daar bovenop. Uitgebreid buffet met veel keus voor elke wens.

The rooms, modern, clean decor, soundproofing, bathroom, pools,music at pool spa, gym, breakfast, staff excellent. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great tranwuil being adults only. Dinner had various options that were hard, dry or tasteless…but on the whole enough for everyone to find something they may like.

Cibo pessimo. Colazione e cena sempre uguali, il cibo era vecchio, poco fresco e riciclato di giorno in giorno. Una sera a cena tutti i piatti non erano lavati bene, ho pagato la mezza pensione ma dopo i primi giorni sono sempre andata a fare colazione e cena fuori per la scarsa qualità di cibo. Struttura nel complesso carina e posizione molto comoda.
