The hotel was way too busy for the available facilities. You could never find available sun-beds by the pool.

Hotel was very clean breakfast options were great. It rained all the time we were there and as we had our granddaughter with us the indoor pool and arcade was great as this gave her things to do in the rain

Il s'agit d'un hotel XXL constitué de 3 gros batiments, plusieurs piscines dont 1 très belle piscine "lagon" arborée, idéale pour les enfants. A noter que pas de zone "profonde" pour adultes (max profonteur 1.40m). Les + : belles piscines, hôtel idealement placé en bord de mer. Les - : Chambres petites et vieillotte, salles de bains dates, propreté moyenne (suis je peut être trop exigeant ?), ascenseurs très lents, buffet bien rempli mais qualité moyenne (idem buffets asiatiques à volonté que l'on trouve un peu partout en banlieue parisienne). IMPORTANT : Plutot que d'enregistrer informatiquement l'emprunte de la carte bancaire des clients lors du check-in ou facturer un dépôt de garantie restitué en fin de sejour, l'employé de l'hôtel écrit votre numero de CB à la main (avec date et cryptogramme) sur une fiche papier. Je n'avais encore jamais rien vu de tel. Zéro securité en cas de perte de la fiche ou d'employés mal intentionnés.

The room was a good size, very clean, staff were attentive, lots of pools and loungers.

Meget stort hotel. God service når man havde brug for personalet. Utrolig støjende restaurant med altid våde tallerkner. 2 poolområder, vi valgte altid det mod stranden hvor der var mest ro. Dejlig strand lige op til hotellet og hyggelig gammel bydel at gå rundt i om aftenen. Billeder her er pyntet, er ikke alle som i virkeligheden. Juniorsuite etage 3 var fin til en familie m 2 teenagebørn.

Pools and access to beach

This hotel is Very crowded . The main lagoon swimming pool is too busy. Sunbeds are laid out, but you have to fight for space around the pool to place extra sunbeds. Most people give up and head to the beach over the road. For singles and couples looking for a quiet relaxing stay, I wouldn’t recommend. The rooms are great, but annoyingly the Safes in room are an optional extra. I wouldn’t stay again, too busy

Nuestra experiencia con nuestra niña de 2 años , tienen muchas actividades para niños pero ella es muy pequeña ,las piscinas estan muy bien aunque masificada la gente desde temprano pone su toalla en las hamacas y cuando tu ya quieres ir te cuesta un triunfo encontrar sitios,el cesped de la piscina tb esta bastante mal, de limpieza las habitaciones lo normal y de la comida la verdad que el bufet genial pero deberia de haber mas limpieza en tema platos etc....la bebida en media pension se paga aparte..... esta bien pero hay que renovar habitaciones y un poco cuidar mas las instalaciones los trabajadores muy majos en general

Second time back here and it’s just got everything you need for a week away. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the pool areas are clean and spacious. Great time as always

Had a lovely stay. Place was spotless, spacious and relaxing all staff we came across were friendly. Really enjoyed breakfast on the sun terrace amazing selection of food and no long queues in the restaurant. Brilliant location. Would definitely recommend.

Worst hotel in a long time, dirty, my wife saw blood stain on one of the pillows, bad rooms design, very cheap furniture, floors with big gaps probably due to water problems and our mattress was good for the scrap yard,. There was a bad smell in the room. On the pictures, they show the big towers, but they will stick you near the pool area which it is really cheesy and bad. I recommend to go anywhere else nearby and it is better. They charge you for parking which is fine but you have to pay every time you go out and back in. Wifi is useless, forget about Netflix or any streaming. Very noisy too. We just left very early the next morning to end this bad experience. Only positive in the whole experience, we had flip flops so we didn’t have to walk barefoot on the dirty floors.

The entire property and grounds were always spotless and staff very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.. they accommodated my allergy (Coeliac-Gluten Free) excellently and always prepared my meal separately with multiple choice options - our family including our grandchildren loved every minute and we will be visiting again..

This place is soooooo....huge lots of people lots of noise. The buffet is lign up for everything. If you don't like big crowds stay away from this place. Even the pools are crowded. The only time wecwere in a relaxed enviruonment was in our room or outside of the complex. Also their AC are so filthy peoplecate breathing this terrible air

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Food and drinks were good. Only negative was that we weren’t notified of the main pool closure before we arrived, but would definately stay here again.

Ikke 4 stjernet værd! Ingen minibar, pletter på både dyne og pude, intet badeværelses kit, og toiletflush i stykker. Der var ikke andet end en foodtruck hvor man kunne få mad ved poolen, min veninde bestilte en burger der var mug på brødet og manden kunne knap nok forstå engelsk.

Is perfect for family Vacation in summer, all is good in this hotel, the staff is friendly, they food is good, the pool, clean rooms, all is pefect!

J’ai adoré l’emplacement près de la plage et de la ligne de métro. Par contre lit très dure. La nourriture laisse a désirer mais beau bar a salade. La nourriture est trop cuite et manque de goût. Disons que je pourrais comparer ça a la nourriture de cuba. Le soir le café n est pas inclus dans le souper donc nous sommes aller en acheter juste en face de l’hôtel il y a une épicerie carrefour. Beaucoup de restaurants et bar autour de l’hôtel. Le prix du stationnement pour la location d une voiture est d environ 14 euros ce que je trouve exagéré par contre on peut stationner dans les rues avoisinantes. Belle piscine et pour la plage aucune chaises n est incluse alors on doit les louer a 6 euros chacune.

Lovely hotel with great staff but needs bit of updating.. the beds in the room (sea view) weren’t great and the sunbed were not comfortable … but still enjoyed the stay .. a lovely location and very efficient friendly staff..

Big modern hotel. Seemed very busy by pools and in buffet restaurant. Room had terrible view over reception roof. Only had breakfast in hotel. Plenty of choice but poor in quality (so called English sausages, bacon disgusting). Room clean and staff friendly.

Condition of the hotel is not perfect, but still decent. Food qiality as in Spain could be better. Rooms are outdated.

Safe in room not working, told front desk and never got fixed, balcony door would not open eventually got fixed

The family rooms are on what seems to be the older side of the hotel and facing the larger pools. It can be noisy at night with the pool noise. The rooms are clean. The beds are super firm which is not my preference. Overall, it was a good two night stay for my family as we stayed in Spain an extra two days after our son completed soccer training.

Hotel was clean, room was as expected, clean and everything you need, staff polite, great location, walkable to the main town around 30minutes. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping more local to the hotel as well. Great to have an option of a more relaxed pool which I preferred. Only thing is at busier times it would be more helpful to have more staff on at the reception.

Sensacional, el personal un 11 sobre 10, inmejorable por su actitud, su entusiamo, su generosidad, su amabilidad, su paciencia, su alegría, su profesionalidad y arte, su unión y buen ambiente entre compañeros, su esfuerzo, su capacidad para contagiar todo lo anterior a padres e hijos y para hacernos sentir como en familia; Sólo hemos conocido algo similar a ese entusiasmo cuando fuimos a Eurodisney (Paris). Enhorabuena; y a los propietarios del Hotel un mensaje: cuiden a estos trabajadores porque son pata negra por favor. Con lo anterior valdría de sobra para volver todas las veces que pudiésemos pero encima las instalaciones estupendas, la habitacion y el buffet de sobresaliente, acceso a la playa genial. En fin, fuimos recomendados y lo dicho: el año que viene volvemos seguro.

Falta de atención, y de explicaciones en el registro de entrada por la persona que nos atendió ( Nadia). Mas penfiente de conversar con los compañeros que atendernos. Falta de respecto, y esto nos supuso estar dando vueltas con las maletas, y luego por las toallas de la piscina por falta de explicarnos la información en recepción. El hotel es una maravilla junto al mar, en una estupenda playa. Las instalaciones fantasticas. El personal de la zona de comedor encantadores.

I enjoyed my stay with you food room and the pools, the receptionists were very nice and helpful, and the waiters worked so hard to take care of us, my only complaint was the children running up and down the corridors at night at 11 and 12 midnight it was so hard to sleep

The check in time is too long and not fully staffed at rash ours, the customer has to wait for long time to check in or get help.

Although this is stated to be a 4 star hotel, I personally felt it was more of a 3 star. My check in went smoothly & I felt very welcomed by the lady on reception however upon seeing the room, it didnt feel as luxurious as I expected. Sun beds & parasols seem to be hard to come by unless you queue up at 8:30am & reserve a lounger. On a couple of occasions, I received a lot of attitude from individual cleaning staff from what seemed to stem from the language barrier & them not understanding me. Either way, I felt the responses were inappropriate, unreasonable & unprofessional for the circumstances. There was a lot of confusion over the hotel policies regarding ladies topless bathing. On my first full day, out of courtesy, I asked 3 members of staff what the policy on this was & received 3 different replies. Due to the inclination of those staff members, it seemed it was more likely frowned upon than accepted so I refrained (on what was the best day of sunshine for my stay).....only to later watch a local bathe topless & not one member of staff opposing this. As it was nearing the end of the day, I didnt say anything but chose to clarify this with Reception the following morning. Here, it was clarified that ladies can bathe topless - I wasn't very happy that this had impacted my holiday. There was also conflicting advice given by 2 members of staff regarding the price of adding on an evening meal - At check in, i was advised it would be 16Euros but later told it was 23E.

Pools and access to beach

Likes easy access to the beach and beach side restaurants. Disliked the noise from the bottle bins being emptied at 10.30pm. Liked that we could get an early breakfast. lovely swimming pool at the beach side of the hotel.

Overcrowded resort,had breakfast deal first and upgraded to halfboard but regretted ,only one restaurant running and serving food,staff tryingso hard to keep up but impossible,waiting in the line up to get table takes for along time,we felt like world war 2 food line ups,unreal,people were fighting for food,also,if you coming with little ones for fun it may be good for you to enjoy,but,if you are coming as adults for relaxing and restful vacation time by beach and pool,this may not be for you,too noisy upgraded room to family room,it was worth it,but,resort condition was very clean,well maintained, location was great,hotel staff were very friendly.

Hotel nuy viejo y fakta de mantenimiento. Ruidos aacc calefacción insufrible. Comida buffet mal cocinada y sabores no conseguidos. Y falta de alimentos por no reponerse

El desayuno que ofrece el hotel no es bueno bastante sencillo y muy poca calidad

The hotel ubication is excellent,service,breakfast and very good dinner buffet and entretainment. The attention of the hotel personel is excellent. Our thanks to Ana,in the check in area. We recommend this hotel.
