The fitness center is poor with machines that does not work. Check in on-line and still used 15 minutes to get checked in at reception at arrival. And one of our rooms were late getting ready as previous customer had extended their stay with a few hours. How can they extend the stay if the room is to be ready for us... At reception Laura was fantastic :-)

Bassengområde var svært slitt og dårlig renholdt. Resepsjonen var fin og gir inntrykk av høy standard, rommene var ok men skitne møbler. Minibar på rommet var en flaske vann. Ble etterfyllt en gang på 6 dager

erstmal das Positive; Hotel sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Essen gut und abwechslungsreich, jetzt, das was uns gestört hat, das Hotel ist etwas abseits gelegen gegenüber von zwei Diskotheken. Eh es dort ruhig wird, kann es schonmal zwei Uhr nachts werden. Gegen die Diskotheken kämpft die hauseigene Animation an, so dass man sich letztendlich wie auf dem Rummel fühlt. Schlafen vor Mitternacht- nur für Taube. Der Strand ist nur 100m weg, 2 Liegen mit Sonnenschirm für 18€. Wichtig, das Hotel liegt in der nähe vom Flughafen. Fluglärm hört man kaum, allerdings ist diese Ecke sehr windig und öfter hoher Wellengang. Was auffällt ist ein ständiger dünner Ölfilm auf dem Wasser.Negativ, auf dem Zimmer gibt es nur Pappbecher als Geschirr welche auch nicht aufgefüllt werden. Nicht zu erklären, für den Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher gibt es nur eine Steckdose, so dass man immer umstecken muss. Poolanlage ist sehr lieblos gemacht. Pooltücher kosten im Tausch 2€, Deposit 15€. Parkplätze ausreichend, kosten 20€ am Tag

Très bon séjour avec chambre spacieuse et propre, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel agréable. Petit bémol : chambres très mal insonorisées, fermeture du bar et de la piscine à 18h. Très agréable malgré tout

Bastante completo. La habitación suficiente, el desayuno bueno, gimnasio con espacio y bastante variedad. Lo peor los ascensores, tardé 10 minutos de reloj en poder bajar con la maleta.

Overall is very good hotel, plenty of free parking everywhere near it, but the hotel charge 20 euro a day.

Beautiful sea view from large balcony in junior suite. Room was comfortable and spacious, in need of some upgrading. Friendly staff. Reception lobby/lounge area had been modernised but was lacking warmth and character. Pool area was in need of upgrading and lifts were horrendous and didn’t feel safe.

We went for the hotels spash pad but it didn't work so we were pretty gutted from the start. Nobody greeted us as we viewed the kids play room. We didn't eat any of the food at the hotel because of the awful reviews on google about a real issue with sickness bugs. As a family of four with a pushchair we were put on the top floor, floor 10, with only 2 of 4 lifts working which was a bit annoying at times. Generally we folded down the pushchair and walked...doable but not always what you need for your little ones. As a pit stop for a swim and a clean room it was okay. The beds were not very comfy but for a cheap getaway it was okay. The sofabed was not good at all. The hotel itself is next to a nightclub so it is pretty noisy. Luckily our little ones sleep fine through it. We enjoyed the beach and pool and there is a good choice of restaurants with a few minutes walk from the hotel. A lovely steakhouse (Angus) and seafood restaurant (Restaurante José Cerdán) nearby. Torremolinos was a nice spot for some shopping and some good bakeries. Cheap snacks of crisps and sweets just outside the hotel and every 100m along the seafront. Don't get stung by the more expensive snacks in the hotel vendors. Pool towels €100 euros deposit and aslong as you give them back you get your money back. €2 each time you want a new swim towel. Around €30 euro for a taxi to and from the airport which is reasonable and a telephone of the front desk which is straightforward at all hours.

Bassengområde blir ikke vasket og er sandete og møkkete Pluss for at det kun er gjenbruksplast og papp ved bassenget, minus for at vin serveres i papp og man må krangle i baren for å få gjenbruke plastglass når man har all-inclusive. Det må da være mer miljøvennlig at man gjenbruker plastglass enn at man stadig bruker nye pappbeger. Tidvis unødvendig høy musikk ved bassenget. Nattklubbfølelse når man må rope til hverandre på solsengene er relativt slitsomt Restauranten kan best beskrives som en støyende kantine. Det finnes ingen støydemping og bråket fra rydding av tallerkner fjerner enhver restaurant-opplevelse. Maten er helt ok, men ikke noe mer. De har også en varierende policy om at alle bordene ved vinduene med polstrede stoler skal være for store familier. Selv om restauranten er tom. Er man bare to får man ta et bord med pinnestoler…. Med mindre samme servitøren finner det for godt å splitte er 6-manns bord til et 2-manns og et 4-manns. Her er man helt avhengig av servitørens humør der og da. I følge hotellet selv tilbyr de: «A space of calm by the sea» Da må man booke et annet hotell og i hvertfall ligge unna junior suitene. Det er ikke verdt å betale ekstra for mer støy! selv om balkongen er større. 1. solsengene som er avbildet på junior suitene eksisterer ikke, kun to solstoler i treverk uten puter som er super harde å sitte på 2. Det er ingen sol på balkongen uansett 3. Kombinasjonen av musikk fra to store utesteder ved stranden, hotellets eget poolbarområde

Zeer tevreden behalve het poetsen van de kamer werd niet grondig gepoetst maar over het algemeen wel content

Smell of Urine. No AC. Terrible service. Has to change room twice till 4am we were up changing rooms. Food was terrible. Staff won’t cancel or refund stay for next day despite not being able to prove a comfortable accommodation. Never coming back

Air conditioning was not great in the room

De flesta rum med havsutsikt har egentligen sida-havsutsikt. Fördelen med dessa rum är skön em/kvällssol. Bra då poolområdet stänger redan kl 18 vissa kvällar. Rummens AC borde ses över. Vi fick byta rum då AC:n inte funkade trots att vaktmästaren ”lagade” den.

The staff at this hotel were very good, always a pleasure to deal with. The balacony was fantastic as was the view, the shower was awesome and the bed really comfy. The TV had UK channels which was also a nice surprise. The breakfast choice was great and there were plenty of places to sit. The room was kept very tidy and the tables quickly cleaned. For a four star hotel we were surprised at the tea and coffee options in the room, no cups, 2 teabags (camomile and green), along with two sachets of basic coffee. The bathroom had no “nice” toiletries, just a dispenser on the wall of the shower and two tablets of soap. Overall a great night at this hotel by the beach that was met let down in a couple areas.

Erst hat und das Hotel Zimmer ohne Meerblick gegeben, obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht haben. Dusche im Zimmer ist schrecklich. Wassertemperatur ändert sich von alleine von Eiskalt zu Kochwasser.

The hotel and rooms do not match, great hotel, lovely restaurant and good, but very basic rooms. Old and tired. Bed clean but not very comfortable and very thin walls. Overall a reasonably low cost stay, but don’t expect 4 star

Die Heizung im Zimmer war noch nicht aktiviert. Am nächsten Tag sollte ein Techniker das richten, aber abends habe ich erfahren, dass es nicht möglich ist, weil dann das ganze Hotel auf Winterbetrieb umgestellt werden müsste. Für die letzte Nacht hab ich dann ein Zimmer zur Sonnenseite bekommen, welche Sicht tagsüber aufgeheizt hat und erträglich war.

Good budget hotel. A little more worn out than the pictures says. Lights are horrible, we used candles to get a little cozy environment in our room. The first room was very small and smelled like chlorine. Changed to junoir suite next day. Beautiful view and terrace, but same issues with lights and smell. I also reacted on paper cups, not very good standard for a hotel, especially a suite.

Hotel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. L’entrée oui mais le reste est vraiment très loin de ce qui est affiché dans les photos. Je confirme que les photos ont été retouchées car la chambre est petite. La salle de bain est encore plus: mois de 2 m et la douche fait 60 cm de large (pour une taille 42 pas plus). En plus l’état des meubles est salle et le tout nécessite une rénovation. Le restaurant laisse à désirer: on dirait une contine avec le strict minimum. L’eau est payante. Bref heureusement l’emplacement fait monter le score.

This is meant to be a 4 star hotel but then there’s no basics like ironing boards or anything in the room. The phones don’t work and neither did the safe which I told reception and was told someone will fix it the same day but that never happened. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the other rooms, the noisy housekeeping staff shouting in the hallways, and not to mention the lifts that sound like they’re about to snap. The bed is comfy, but the sofa bed was full of stains. I got given a £7.50 mini ironing board that didn’t stand up straight and had to pay 20 euros for the pleasure. The entrance and lobby is beautiful, really well decorated and looks gorgeous, but as soon as you hit the rooms it just goes downhill.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Staff are friendly, food was good and we had a great time. We are likely to go again.

Poor service from staff.

This hotel is a complete fraud. They didn’t have the room available for me. And still charged me. Refused to refund. Stay away!

Muy recomendable. En lo personal tuve un inconveniente personal (de salud) y la administración del hotel tuvo una atención especial con mi persona. Agradezco al Señor Diego toda su gestión y gentileza.

Enjoyed my short break. Property is right on the beach so excellent location. Had a room facing a disused building that got NO sunshine at all. A receptionist told me impossible to change as hotel full that was a downright lie. However another receptionist offered to change the room on the third day but was rather pointless given I was leaving early the next morning.

The hotel staff were really friendly and I have had an overall positive experience until the last day. Unfortunately I came down with really bad food poisoning the day after I had dinner at the hotel. I have spoken to other guests and quite a few people had the same issue. I have tried to talk to the hotel and enquire about compensation but I have not gotten an answer. On departure they even tried to charge me for late checkout when I was really ill and almost unable to fly back.

Emilio made us feel welcome and ready for a great first visit to Spain!

Secind time Ihave stayed here excellent again and staff very friendly and helpful. My only minus is the shower wasn't very powerful and there could be more vegan options for breakfast

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check-in an hour early. The room (316) was spacious, and had a decent sea view from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, had a kettle, and a small selection of tea and coffee, and a 1.5 litre bottle of water supplied daily. The only real criticism would be the use of paper cups for tea/coffee/water, rather than cups and glasses. Would happily stay here again.

We always use this hotel when we have to fly out of Malaga airport. It is close to the airport, lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the beach. Our flights are super early in the morning so we can’t have breakfast before we leave, but the hotel arranged for us to have a go away meal which was much appreciated!

Direkter Blick auf das Meer, auch vom Balkon aus. Viele kleine Strandrestaurants, Pool vom Hotel schön angelegt und sauber.

Great location with fair pricing . I would recommend for a short break in the sun . Close to the beach , bars , supermarkets and train station .

Gutes Hotel auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, nur durch eine Straße vom Strand getrennt, Pool OK, Frühstück OK, Parken in der Nebensaison kostenlos, ÖPNV Bus+Bahn in der Nähe, schöner Strand, sehr ruhig

This is a cheap hotel that provides all the amenities advertised, without any frills: basic breakfast, basic pool area, basic customer service. The walls are very thin. If this is what you want, it’s fine and the price was good. We liked the area as it is quiet and still within reach of all you need. But it isn’t right in the centre of things.

Overall it was good. My girlfriend was sick for 4 days after eating fish there. The doctor they called for her was telling us something about alcohol... Yeah right, four days sick, because of alcohol

This was the WORST hotel in Torremolinos. Reception staff great but BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING - it was rife in the hotel and the manager REFUSED to believe it. 10’s of cases from the restaurant - DO NOT EAT IN THE RESTAURANT.

Bra frukost! Rekommenderar inte buffén på kvällen. Ett stort sällskap med 47 st pensionärer blev alla magsjuka/ matförgiftade. Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen men samtidigt vid bra strand. Bra att starta och sluta på, men hade inte bott där en längre tid. Rummen är fina o rena men deras AC bör ses över. Rum med havsutsikt är egentligen sida-havsutsikt. Rummen har skön em-/kvällssol vilket är bra då poolområdet stänger kl 18 vissa kvällar.

Intoxication alimentaire

Our stay at the Hotel Ibersol Torremolinos Beach was a nightmare. We arrived in October and soon realised that most of the guests were elderly. My girlfriend and I suffered severe food poisoning on our first full day, she started vomiting non-stop and about 12 hours later, I was the same. We spent the rest of the holiday in bed, vomiting every 15 minutes. It was a terrible experience, and being young, it completely debilitated us. I am deeply concerned about what this could do to older people, who were the majority of the clientele. On investigation, we discovered a plethora of reviews of food poisoning at this hotel, which should bring it to the attention of the authorities to take action. I do not understand how they can continue to operate without improving their hygiene standards, putting the safety of guests at risk. Furthermore, the soundproofing of the rooms is appalling. The walls are so thin that you could hear everything, even the intimate activities of the neighbours, which is very uncomfortable. On the positive side, the hotel has good views and is close to the beach.

2 night stay with breakfast and dinner. Great deal when I booked it. Lovely bright hotel. Beautiful location across from the beach. I have stayed here a few times. The food is ok. It could be served warmer I think. I like my food hot.

Malheureusement, ma sœur et moi avons fait une intoxication alimentaire quelques heures après avoir manger la même chose au buffet au déjeuner. Nous avons eu fièvre, diarrhée, douleurs abdominales et nausées- vomissements pendant deux jours. Avant cela, nous avions un beau séjour.

Utsikten behöver inte skämmas för sig. Trevligt med engelska kanaler på tv. Fräscht rum och badrum. Frukostbuffé höll hög klass. Rekommenderas!
