Ritual is a nice pleasant enough mainly gay hotel. Plus aspects are : friendly staff. nice breakfast buffet, nice pool and top deck is enjoyable. Minuses are: gym is in dire need of renovation, some machines don’t work and it’s quite small. The bedrooms are also dated. Main cupboard is boarded up so have to use small thin cupboards to the side. I did query this but seems locked for some reason. Also very noisy about 6am daily when rubbish is collected (I stayed on the other side from pool view which costs more). Seems like all glass bottles from bars nearby collected at this time causing an almighty racket. Not sure why can’t be collected later……. Probably slightly over priced for what you get.

It's a really nice hotel with very kind staff. They usually cater for LGBTQ people. Rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable. Nice sea views and balcony in the rooms. Complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast is really good and dinner too. There's two swimming pools. One on the 9th floor though nudist. Didn't use the spa so can't comment. Good value hotel overall.

We enjoyed our stay at Ritual. The pool and parties were great. The rooms were clean and well appointed but it did lack extras like towel replacements if needed. We were advised that only one set of towels per room per day. No exceptions. Also rooms lacked irons which required a cash deposit as did pool towels. Cash only in euros. No credit cards. Also although staff tried to help, it seemed to be an inconvenience to them.

Very popular busy hotel. Wonderful location and staff very friendly. The rooftop pool area needs urgent attention though, the flooring throughout is full of holes, covered in chipboard, so you’re likely to cut or get splinters in your feet. Poolside cleanliness is an issue too, the small tables are rarely cleaned. It could be a great space, but considering it was refurbished in February, the floor really needs addressing asap. Rooms are nice, very dated and in need of renovation, but clean and the views are nice. Spa is good and well appointed. Bar prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is very good.

Ritual is a great place to stay. This was my third time I’ve stayed there and can’t fault it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel in general is very clean. Location is very convenient for the town centre only 5-10 minutes walk. Only a few hundred metres from many bars, restaurants and clubs. Only downside is it can be hectic when they have events on. I was there during the mad bear festival, hotel was sold out and as a result the sunbeds and areas around both main pool and rooftop pool were so busy it was difficult to get any beds. Would still heavily recommend the hotel just avoid when big events are happening.

Hotellet känns tyvärr alltmer slitet och lever inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna. Städningen av rummen var undermålig – tvål fylldes inte på, det fanns inga rena koppar eller bestick och vi fick själva be om det. Under sängen låg det dessutom mycket damm, vilket gav ett ofräscht intryck. Baren var ofta obemannad då personalen tog långa pauser utan tydlig anledning, vilket gjorde att man inte kunde beställa något under dessa tider. Att baren dessutom stänger tidigt är synd, då den hade kunnat bli en naturlig mötesplats för hotellets gäster. Ni som ser fram emot att träna bör veta att det inte finns något riktigt gym här. Det är snarare ett litet rum med ett par hantlar. Vill man träna på riktigt finns det dock bra alternativ i staden. Hotellets aktiviteter, såsom bingo, kvällsshower och andra event, hålls uteslutande på spanska, trots att en stor del av gästerna är internationella. Aktiviteterna kändes ofta halvfulla – vilket inte är så konstigt när många inte förstår språket. Vi valde även bort både frukost och lunch på hotellet, då buffén varken höll måttet eller var värd sitt pris. Sammanfattningsvis känns hotellet slitet, med flera brister i service och utbud, vilket gör att helhetsupplevelsen blir svagare än man önskat.

Have stayed in this property previously and was ok. This time not ok, unless you find ants acceptable in bathroom and fridge. Then reception wont offer you another room just give you some ant spray. Unforunately ant killed wont fill cracks in the bathroom where they get in. Terrible cleanliness and customer service.

I always have a fantastic stay,unfortunately this time we had no air conditioning,I didn’t sleep for the whole week,I know these things are out of peoples control,but it was dreadful in my room to try and sleep in 34 degrees of heat The hotel gave us complimentary breakfast and evening meal to try and make up for this problem ,and food was very nice,but A/C would have been preferable

Very nice stay. Room was nice. Only two issues. The pillows are super flat and uncomfortable. Need to invest in better quality thicker ones. Also my bathroom was extremely dark. Even with the lights on. The shower area was practically black and I couldn’t see anything. No light in the shower at all. Nothing installed on the ceiling. Need to get some lights in there. Was very difficult to shower.

Prima hotel. Goed verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel. Verbeterpunt: wifi was slecht. Heel slecht. Dat hebben ze ook niet kunnen oplossen. Doordat er een deur zit tussen twee verschillende hotelkamers hoor je veel van elkaar. Gesprekken kon ik gewoon volgen.

A clean hotel in a good location for beach and town. Sadly the hotel has a lot of rooms with link doors to other rooms and shared balconies meaning that you can hear everything the people in the next room say and do so it’s difficult to sleep sometimes, also some guests can be very loud on their balconies as in have parties and the hotel doesn’t stop them. The air con didn’t work resulting in a really hot room which made it uncomfortable. You have to wear a permanent wrist band to access the top floor which I think unnecessary.

Great staff on reception, very warm, friendly and helpful. Beautiful sea view from the room and the hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately I found the beds very uncomfortable - very hard mattress - and there was a door to the next room so I could hear everything happening in the room next door. Also, they play very loud music by the pool from 10am which can be heard in the rooms.

Hade stort rum med Queen size säng och balkong med havsutsikt. Mycket trevligt. Frukosten bra med varierad meny och mycket frukt! Vad som var dåligt var wifi som inte funkade bra i mitt hotellrum utan enbart funkade i restaurangen och i entré och lobby!

The Hotel was picked by friends and so happy they chose this one. Great location, clean, safe and friendly staff. I ran into one problem at the Hotel and Hans went out of his way to be helpful and did everything he could to resolve the issue. He was so sincere and helpful that his custom service is reason enough for me to come back to the hotel. Hans, thank you for your help.....I will be back hopefully.

Breakfast and rooms good. Front desk staff pretty much incompetent, apathetic, and unhelpful except for shorter, older woman. She was good. If you go to the spa don’t go in the water as several men were doing inappropriate things in both pools. Disgusting!

Al llegar a las 2.15se la tarde nos dijeron que iban a ver si la habitación estaba lista , comenté que el check in es a las 2pm. De unos minutos me dijeron que me iban a cambiar de hotel ya que había overbooking 😡😡 que no tenían habitación para nosotros ! Claro cabe señalar que había un evento de más de 59 personas y han preferido dar los cuartos a ellos! Me parece muy pero muy mal ya que yo reserve con meses para el cumpleaños de mi marido y me tratan así!! Hable cine el manager y nos dijo que no hay posibilidad ya que no tiene cuartos o es ir al otro hotel (15 mins caminando) cancelar la reserva y yo buscar otro hotel😡😡😡 al final nos ofreció una cena y se disculpo , nos hizo pasar un mal rato de verdad, pero hicimos lo que se pudo para pasarlo bien! Por el resto todo bien, las instalaciones. Nos mandarín al hotel sureño por dos noches y nos dieron desayuno de cortesía ( que la verdad no compensa con la falta de profesionalismo del hotel) ojalá mejoren su atención al cliente!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and while I felt the room was a little dated it was clean and comfortable. House keeping came every day and were happy to work around you, the pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the drinks not silly prices. The location of the hotel was great too, a short walk to the bars and plenty of good restaurants nearby. My only couple of criticisms are that housekeeping change the towels daily regardless of whether they really need to. It would be good to get the option to use them a couple of days if you wanted to which is a little more eco friendly. Also the WiFi was dreadful and I just had to give up using it, luckily I still get free European roaming or I would be annoyed.

Although the property is a bit dated, the staff are amazingly kind and helpful. The on-site Buffet dining available for all three meals was very Convenient. The main pool and the roof top deck pool were a lot of fun. With the bar at each location. It’s a very short 10 min walk from the train station which you take directly from the airport so getting there was a very convenient. There are multiple stairways and elevator options for getting down to the beach. It’s a very walkable area.

Hotel is located in central area near restaurants and the beach. The room was clean and had nice views of the ocean. The swimming pools were good too. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great, offering various dishes everyday. For the majority of the staff, they were friendly and accommodating. However, during our check in, a young female wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t greet us and answered our questions abruptly. She didn’t smile and stared at us as if we were inconveniencing her. I urge the management to give her more training in customer service to be welcoming and helpful to your guests.

Hotel is great for easy access to the gay scene. That said: Quite dated now and indeed of some serious modernisation and upgrade Beds awful, way too firm Gym ok but poor AC. breakfast has a good range. Though some coffee machines produce disgusting super sweet white coffees

Hotel was okay. Happy to have tried it but no need to return. Some tedious things like having to give a cash deposit for pool towels and a separate charge for the spa. Place is definitely dated and beds are firm and not comfortable. Big spread for breakfast but not particularly good food.
