As there seems to be an ongoing renovation, let's hope for a better experience! Because staffs are all wonderful to listen to our needs, updated hardware (i.e. room and its amenity) will give us promising experience. Roomier room, large working table, additional small table and chair gave me a good option for taking to-go meal at room. Nearly a full size refrigerator and microwave were always welcomed. Increase the number of AC outlets and the better bathroom experience (i.e. no leak) would bump up the travelers' review for sure. As the price of Seattle hotel in general has gone crazy, I truly appreciate their effort to keep their property "budget friendly" -- to say nothing of offering a free breakfast every morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and refresh well to have been ready for the following day. Thank you very much for your effort!!

One of the two elevators was broken during our stay, which made getting around the hotel inconvenient. The phone in our room also did not work. The breakfast selection was very limited and could use more variety. The hotel claims to be undergoing renovations, but during our four-day stay, we did not see any noticeable work being done. The exterior also appeared poorly maintained, with overgrown weeds and peeling paint. Overall, the hotel needs significant attention to both its amenities and general upkeep.

The shuttle made us wait almost an hour in the middle of the night and there was no apology once someone finally got the shuttle to us. This was after three conversations with people at the hotel. The return shuttle took people to restaurants and various other hotels before we got to the airport. The room was large but terribly worn out. Breakfast was pathetic. The bed was about 8 years past its use date. Don’t stay here.

Only one elevator working which was a pain, no ice on 3rd or 4th floor. Finally found some on 2nd. One washer and dryer for the whole place. Breakfast was not too bad. Room was fine, bed comfortable, good pillows and bedding. Only stayed one night. It sufficed.
