The workers made too much noise when I was sleeping it was bad for getting rest. I told them about it. They had one elevator due to a problem with the other one. Pool was being worked on so no swimming was allowed. Some areas being worked on so the money was too much to stay there. They should have given people a discount.

The elevators were not working, we had to walk up five flights of stairs, the main lobby was under construction, the front desk was a folding table. The hallway on the fifth floor was bare concrete in preparation of carpet installation. Our room was acceptable, but we would not have made a reservation, if we knew the facility was under construction.

Hotel is definitely under construction, but wasnt loud for us. The first room we were put in, both comforters had stains all over them. Front desk immediately apologized and gave us a new room that was partially updated? Im just wondering why housekeeping would take the time to make both double beds with stained blankets.... someone was smoking on our floor also, hallway was filled with cigarette smoke.other than that, staff was kind and friendly. 2nd room was fine enough. Nice large tv too.

Hotels.com please UPDATE your ad for this hotel - check-out time is NOT 12PM but 11AM!!! I did call the day before and spoke to a lady at the Front Desk - I wish I got her name since she gave me WRONG INFO about the check-out time!!! She confirmed to me that the check-out time on Hotels.com was CORRECT!!! I thought my room was "clean" but it really was not!!! There was DUST on the lamps, on the telephone and on the coffee maker!!! There was also HAIR stuck to the bath tub and I found small pieces of hair on the bathroom counter and floor!!! The duvet cover on the bed did not clean - it had some dirt spots on it!!! The air condition/heater unit was "touchy feely" the first night and the room was super cold in the morning!!! I met the air conditioner tech named Lori the next morning as I was speaking to Front Desk. She actually came to my room to look at the unit and explained how the unit works and how it's preset to a certain temperature. She also pointed out the motion moniter for it and how that works. Breakfast was what it was...can't complain since it was complimentary. I'm happy to see that yhe hotel is getting renovated - this hotel is definitely NOT a 2 stars hotel...more of 3 stars!!! Will definitely come back and stay at thus hotel if I visit Seattle again.

Elevator out of order, we were on the 5th floor. Stairwell smelled like an outhouse. Our room was clean, carpets around the hotel looked like they had not been vacuumed in months.

First floor was being remodeled. The common areas were filthy. The elevator was out of service. I literally considered walking away and eating the cost of the room. The hotel should be closed for business to accomplish the first floor remodel rather than expose La Quinta customers to these issues.

Hotel is currently being refurbished. Rooms are very clean. But nothing can beat the friendliness, professionalism and understanding of the front desk staff. Our flight was early and we were at the hotel at 11:30am. Though check-in was at 3pm, staff granted our request for early check-in.

property is keep very clean and neat. the airport shuttle was excellent. the construction was everywhere and necessary, but well covered and not a noise issue. overall an excellent place for us.

Common areas and my actual room were not very clean. Location seems unsafe - so much so that signs are posted letting guests know that all exterior doors are locked starting at 8pm every night for guest safety. Staff was great but can’t make up for the hotel conditions. Would not recommend.

In need of maintenance. We never make complaints on hotels but there was definite issues here. The first room had a problem with the ac and it had frozen so we were given a new room and that was handled well. As we were falling asleep in the second room the entire wooden cornice over the window came crashing down in the room. It was very heavy and thankfully we or anyone else were not on the side of the room when it happened as surely someone would have been injured. We called the desk and they sent someone up after a bit. My husband went down and asked for a new room due to the problems since we no longer had curtains or any privacy and this giant cornice was laying in the floor in the room. We were granted a new room after he went to the desk. They apologized we had bad luck with the room but we weren’t offered any sort of compensation and honestly just wanted to get a good night sleep before our early flight. The location is great very close to the airport.

Easy check in with very friendly staff. Room looked like it had been recently renovated and was nice looking. Walls were thin and you could hear other guests in adjacent rooms. You could also hear planes taking off which is to be expected at a hotel near the airport. Website advertised a shuttle to the airport that starts at 4, when in fact it is 24 hours. Definitely a bonus.

Hotel is under renovation, so we didn't expect it to be outstanding. It was clean and the room was comfortable. However, the room was very dark, even with all the lights on. There was only one working elevator & we ended up using the stairs most of the time because the wait for the elevator was 5+ minutes. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. There was extremely limited choices. Multigrain Cheerios was the only cereal choice. There was no hot water to use for oatmeal or hot cocoa. The toaster took 4 minutes to pop the toast up and it was barely brown. Only fruit was some sorry looking oranges. We ended up making peanut butter & jelly sandwiches for breakfast. Overall our stay was so-so at best.

The room was excellent! Very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no cool air coming out of the unit in our room it seemed. It only had the fan blowing. We weren't sure if that was due to the construction or a normal part of Washington since it's normally cooler in that part of the country. It did not get excessively hot in our room though, we just prefer it cooler when we sleep. The shuttle is incredibly unreliable though. We tried calling from the service phone at the airport at least 10 times with nobody answering. I called from my cell phone and someone answered right away. She told me she was sending the shuttle right away. We waited 30 minutes before calling again to get an ETA. She said she would call the driver to "make sure he didn't forget about us." He arrived about 10 minutes later. We should've walked to the hotel which would've taken 15 minutes. When we needed to head back to the airport the next morning, we came down 10 minutes prior to the shuttle departure time as instructed. The shuttle driver didn't even arrive to work until 5 minutes after the shuttle was supposed to leave. Then we had to load all the luggage and all the people waiting. The construction going on was not a problem as it happens. Hotels need to fix things and update the property. But if you're going to offer a service it needs to be accurate and on time for people who need to be somewhere at a specific time.

The staff at La Quinta at Seatac were really great and our room was clean, modernized and quiet. We got in after midnight and so were a bit too late upon rising to enjoy breakfast which closed at 9am but other than that, our stay was lovely. And the shuttle drivers to airport were great. There is a lot of construction going on at the hotel but thw upgrades we saw were good.

Although the staff was generally nice, there was an incident where we called the hotel and were left waiting over two hours for the LaQuinta shuttle. It seems that LaQuinta was using the HAMPTON INN shuttle, but no one told us that until after the THIRD CALL! Otherwise, hotel was clean and quiet, BUT beware! It is in a suspected street prostitution area, as noted by police signs posted. Breakfast was poor - go eat at the DENNY’S across the street. Everyone there was either gettin on or off a cruise ship, and all agreed that it was good for one or two nights under those circumstances.

The place is being renovated, which is desperately needed. The staff seem to be doing the best that they can with regard to cleaning. My big gripe was with the shuttle from the airport. They use a Hampton Inn van, but when you call for a pickup they don't tell you that. I also found the front desk team was hit-or-miss. They have a senior person and she seems competent but the other guy - not so much.

I selected this hotel for free airport shuttle. Booked shuttle for 10 am. At 10 am, we were told driver went to lunch. Had to pay to Uber to airport in order to catch flight.

airport shuttle was a big help, transport to the cruise terminal was nice. staff was very friendly, I accidentally booked 2 nights on the backside of my cruise, so I would have paid for a night with Expedia that we would be flying home, Hotel was gracious enough to not make me pay for my mistake, Thank you so much

Very standard La Quinta hotel, current renovations didn't have too much impact on my stay. But the staff were fantastic, both front desk and the drivers operating the shuttle were incredibly friendly and helpful - even bringing my bags to the airport for me to save me the trip back to the hotel after a few hours downtown before my flight

Good place for a weekend trip. Very close to SeaTac Airport, and they have a free airport shuttle bus. Clean room and bathroom. Dove bodywash, shampoo and conditioner provided. A microwave and mini fridge for small, quick meals. Comfortable king size bed. Noisy air conditioner, but it worked well. Some parts of the hotel are under renovation, but there is very little noise from it. Dennys and Jack in the Box right next door if you're hungry. It's about a 1/2 hour away from Seattle Center and major attractions. Very pleasant staff.

They were conveniently close to the airport with a shuttle running every 30 minutes! Worked well with us and were understanding when I had to call a couple times to make sure I had the right pickup spot. Also has some food choices near by as well!

The breakfast was sub-par; everything was prepackaged. It’s close to the airport, which was nice, but the parking lot was kinda sketchy. On top of that, the lot was under construction and one of the elevators was out. Good hotel for the price.

Given the facility is under renovation (as it should be because it is an older, well-worn hotel). Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is okay…nothing to write home about. We lost hot shower water the next morning about 8:30 AM. The hotel prices in the surrounding SeaTac area are very expensive so this facility offers a good, clean hotel with a moderate quality breakfast for a reasonable rate.

Although building was under construction the inside was very nice. Beds comfy and room clean. Breakfast was simple just cereal and some fruit and packaged products. The people were extremely helpful and the shuttle service was excellent!
