Nothing to write home about, and could use a good make over and clean up around the property.

Stayed 2 nights

The room had sticky floors the whole time. The Air conditioner did not take the humidity out of the room. We felt clammy, our room was not cleaned the morning after our first night. we were not brought clean towels, had to go ask for some. They did not send someone to pick up our towels from the night before. The front beds of the whole property were full of tall weeds so basically no company to take care of it. Understand Wyndham has bought out this property. The faucet did not work properly. The personnel were nice and efficient and that was the only good thing. Would wait till Wyndham comes in to improve the property.

Stayed 3 nights

We have stayed here several times over the past 17 years. The staff is good but the facility is in need up an update. The flush valve in the toilet would not allow water to enter and had to be operated manually even after the maintenance guy adjusted it. They offered to move us into another room on our last night of 3 but we decided we could live with it. The fire alarm went off 2 nights at exactly the same time so we did not get a good nights rest. The people staying in the room above us on Friday and Saturday night were stomping around until 3 am the first night which we complained about. The second night they were at it again I had to call down to the office and complain again. We are seriously considering staying somewhere else when we arrive again in November. I will say the AC worked well, the room was clean and the TV worked ok except for a broken battery compartment on the remote. I had breakfast for 2 mornings and it was ok but due to my dietary restrictions there was not a lot I could eat but I am sure others enjoyed it. The breakfast server was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 1 night

It looks NOTHING like the pictures, the ice makers on top 2 floors didn't work. The fold out couch was so cheap and uncomfortable and it almost seemed like a problem when i asked for bedding for it, seeing as how it wasnt already in the room. Also, there were huge brown stains on the top of the comforter in king bed.
