Our overall stay was great. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The free breakfast buffet was amazing! We loved the variety and the fact that there was always more than enough food to go around. All the facilities were good I just wish the gym had more equipment like some weights (dumbbells) would be amazing. The apartment was way bigger than we thought it would be so we were pleasantly surprise. I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean and had lots of extra, I did not need for my 2 day stay (dishwasher/ washing machine) Staff were all friendly and helpful but your car park/ garage needs a lot of upgrade. I understand it’s underground but it’s dangerously designed, with very narrow parking and turning spaces

Super comfortable bed. Clean sheets and clean room. Large size room with space to put luggage. Bathroom was tired and dated with broken/loose grab rail and towel rail. We weren’t game to use the rail to assist with getting in and out of the bath/shower. Lots of traffic noise. We got free parking with our room which was great but parking station has very tight turns and is tricky to navigate in even a medium size car. Overall happy with stay as it was clean and convenient for getting to and from Qudos Arena.

Arrived and room was incorrect configuration so had to change rooms. Dish washer was not working, hair dryer died upon turning it on. Had to get another one sent to room but was too late for the hair that day. Cockroaches in and out of cupboard(not large) still not nice. Little Nat flies around the bedding, yet no open windows. Local Bus service outside hotel to take you to Parramatta didn’t arrive so we walked, 35 minutes through neighbourhood to get to train station. Too far without buses being consistent/reliable.

The property was okay. The room we were given had webs and wasn’t properly maintained. The dishes were dirty, the TV was inoperable, we observed bits of black mould in the shower. Overall, you get what you pay for. The only good thing about this was the free breakfast and it was basic food, nothing over the top, does the job. The car park is a nightmare and extremely tight to maneuver the vehicle up and down levels. We needed extra towels and waited an hour to get them, they didn’t offer to clean our room or make our beds or replenish our toiletries and we were there for 2 nights. It’s next a busy road, so it was noisy. There is no real convenience shop nearby, the cafe was closed early on weekends and we couldn’t order and room service. We ordered Uber instead, which was the only option. Value for money -7/10 Hotel -5/10 I’ve had better experiences in motels.

Staff were pleasant however linen did not smell fresh or clean, no hot water last night, paid for breakfast but if you’re not there before 9am you forfeit your breakfast - disappointing if you want a sleep in, no main lighting in the room so quite dark when we got in late.

If you are a light sleeper do not stay here cause you will feel like you are staying on the road with all the sound coming in, secondly the property doesn’t mention that they do not provide housekeeping even though i paid close to 800 for 5 days and it wasn’t provided for the 5 days of our stay. On top of that they charged an extra 100 dollars saying the room was messy well it will be messy when i cleaned the room twice and no housekeeping is there and im staying with two toddlers. Clear tactics to charge the guest more.

My room was nice enough, there was places that could do with some more cleaning e.g I had to re wash all the utensils. One thing that u struggled with was the noise. The hotel is on a busy road and is hence super busy and super loud. The pool is also on this road which means I didn’t get to enjoy it as there was the constant sound of the motor way. If you’re wanting to stay for one or two nights and noise isn’t an issue for you, then I’d recommend, otherwise I’d advise somewhere else.

Property was pretty clean. Most of the front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating. Woolies is a 7 minute walk away. Breakfast was a little high in preserved meats, but had a decent spread and filled our stomachs every morning. One area of improvement would be the Wifi though, it was kind of intermittent and not very fast.

Clean room, great staff,amenities, great cooked breakfast . Our room also had a great view as an added bonus. You could leave the car in the carpark and take public transport as it was virtually across the street. Beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and towels and such. I would stay there again.

Thankyou Evelyn, for your quick helpful check in, after we dealt with long airport delays, spa was relaxing, and buffet breakfast was delicious with great variety, from std bacon n egg breaky with all the trimings, to fruits n yoghurts, juices, coffee teas, cereals, pastrys,etc and that happy singing smiling staff at breakfast indicates a happy fun work enviroment..welldone team Nesuto, we will be back and we will recommend

I chose the Nesuto for its proximity to Parramatta restaurants and my business requirements. The rooms are of a good size and the hotel is tidy, a bit dated and has tenanted apartments. Fortunately I had a car as the location was not near enough to walk for anything. The breakfast was very good!

Parking in Sydney can be very expensive, especially if you get closer to the CBD. We chose this place for its parking VIP-benefit and did day trips into the surrounding area, like the Blue Mountains from here. However, for discovering Sydney CBD we returned the rental car and moved to a hotel in the CBD.

We were visiting from New Zealand and attended the NRL grand final. The location of Nesuto was very close to Accor Stadium which was awesome. Nesuto was also just a walk away from the local Woolworths which was great. We will highly likely be back thats for sure.

Half the price you would expect to pay in central Sydney. A two minute walk to Rosehill horse races. Bus 920 at door, ten minutes to Parramatta train. Kudos to helpful Evelyn and great big frozen portion at reasonable cost. Microwave , bath and washing machine in the room. Amazing!
