staffs muito educados e solicitos, ambiente muito limpo. A hospedagem tem uma localização incrivel super central, conta com estação de metro praticamente ao lado e diversas lojas. o quarto é pequeno porem confortavel, boa cama. O banheiro em si é espaçoso porem o plato de banho é bem pequeno ( talvez para europeu seja o padrão) e a agua demora um pouco para esquentar.

A localização é o ponto forte, fica entre a plaza mayor e o Palácio Real, praticamente na praça da Ópera. Entao tem tudo ao lado!!! O hotel na verdade fica dentro de um prédio onde tbm há outras coisas, a recepção fica no primeiro andar após subir um lance de escadas. Há elevador pra malas, mas nao para pessoas. O quarto triplo estava limpo, mas é um pouco apertado. Arrumação do quarto diária. Valeu pelo custo x beneficio. Pra ficar umas duas noites é bem ok! E apesar deles nao possuirem recepção 24h, se vc chegar após o horário de funcionamento eles lhe enviam as instruções e os códigos pra acesso ao prédio e aos quartos no dia do check in, sem problemas.

We only stayed for one night because we had a layover in Madrid. The hotel is a little hard to find as you have to look by the door for the name of it. The room is small but that’s expected based on price. It is a clean room and a clean bathroom, shower pressure is great. It’s close to metro and walking distance from major sights

The room was so tiny, but it was quite good enough for solo travel. There was basically everything - bed, shower, toilet, small frigde, AC Also the location was perfect, in the middle of the city center and easy to go to anywhere (but quiet in the room). One small problem for me was I don’t speak Spanish, but the staff was very kind and tried to communicate clearly with google translation, then Check-in and -out was both smooth. Maybe I will consider to stay again when I visit Madrid next time.

This place is a gem right in the heart of Madrid. Do not expect a 4 star hotel, it is a hostel: small with what is needed to sleep and bathe. It was really clean, the room, bed and bathroom. Bathroom is private inside the room but there’s is also one outside. Comfortable and “big enough” for 2-4 days stay (for two). Be mindful it is small but we just went to sleep and keep going the next day so it was perfect for us. Walkable everywhere: plaza mayor, Corte ingles, really close to Chocolatería San Gines and a subway station. Felt safe during the stay and streets around the place. Would definetly stay again.

We were way overcharged for a dirty rundown tiny room. Feces were on the toilet seat, ceiling was stained and damaged, tiny room,and the management wasn't cordial. I would NEVER recommend this place!

Excellent Hôtel. Confortable, propre et calme. Emplacement parfait (très bien situé: à quelques minutes à pied de la Puerta del Sol, le Palais Royal, la Plaza Mayor, etc.). Personnel très sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.

Struttura situata in un ottima posizione: a pochi passi da Plaza Mayor e dal Palazzo Reale. Vicino alla fermata della metro Opera. Collegata con tutte le maggiori attrazioni del centro (anche se, per esperienza, raccomandiamo di non mangiare troppo in centro di Madrid per evitare fregature). Personale gentile. Camera pulita e carina (le pulizie venivano eseguite ogni giorno). Bagno confortevole. Non metto quattro stelle per due problematiche principalmente: la prima è la cattiva insonorizzazione, spesso ci capitava di svegliarci di notte perché si sentono tutti i rumori dei dintorni. La seconda e la colazione, che si tiene in un bar vicino. Raccomandiamo vivamente di non prendere la colazione, per quel prezzo è possibile prendere delle colazioni molto più buone nei dintorni. Il personale del bar è molto, molto scortese con i clienti dell’albergo. La scelta è molto limitata e il cibo non è così genuino (brioches secche e riscaldate col microonde). Tuttavia buone le porras con la cioccolata. Se ci fosse la possibilità di ritornare a Madrid, sceglieremmo volentieri l’Hostal Las Fuentes, ma non la colazione inclusa.

+++ Super central: 2' on foot from the Opera meteo station, ~5' from la Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor etc. +++ Plenty of shops, bars, churrerías (incl the famous San Ginés, 3' away), jamón shops etc. +++ Easily reached from the airport via metro, frequent service ++ Welcoming, helpful staff. ++ Very good internet (in my room, no. 6). -- Noisy room. Every 10' or so a noise started and lasted 10-15' seconds, like a train going by under the building. - Very small room (but normally small bathroom): space for bed leaving passage on 2 sides of the bed. Not a prob for me as I stayed only 3 days and was out all day. - No proper wardrobe, only a small niche. If I had had more than a cabin trolley, it would have been very cluttered. - Expensive for what it is, but in line with prices in centrsl Madrid.

Súper céntrico, cama cómoda, habitación más que suficiente para descansar. El único inconveniente de esta vez es que nos dieron habitación delante de recepción y no teníamos la tranquilidad y privacidad de estar en la otra planta. Pero volveremos, avisando que queremos una habitacion en el piso superior. Hostal recomendable para visitar el centro y con sitios para desayunar cerca.

Súper céntrico, cama cómoda, habitación más que suficiente para descansar. We were way overcharged for a dirty rundown tiny room. Feces were on the toilet seat, ceiling was stained and damaged, tiny room,and the management wasn't cordial. I would NEVER recommend this place!

We only stayed for one night because we had a layover in Madrid. The hotel is a little hard to find as you have to look by the door for the name of it. The room is small but that’s expected based on price. It is a clean room and a clean bathroom, shower pressure is great. It’s close to metro and walking distance from major sights

Struttura situata in un ottima posizione: a pochi passi da Plaza Mayor e dal Palazzo Reale. Vicino alla fermata della metro Opera. Collegata con tutte le maggiori attrazioni del centro (anche se, per esperienza, raccomandiamo di non mangiare troppo in centro di Madrid per evitare fregature). Personale gentile. Camera pulita e carina (le pulizie venivano eseguite ogni giorno). Bagno confortevole. Non metto quattro stelle per due problematiche principalmente: la prima è la cattiva insonorizzazione, spesso ci capitava di svegliarci di notte perché si sentono tutti i rumori dei dintorni. La seconda e la colazione, che si tiene in un bar vicino. Raccomandiamo vivamente di non prendere la colazione, per quel prezzo è possibile prendere delle colazioni molto più buone nei dintorni. Il personale del bar è molto, molto scortese con i clienti dell’albergo. La scelta è molto limitata e il cibo non è così genuino (brioches secche e riscaldate col microonde). Tuttavia buone le porras con la cioccolata. Se ci fosse la possibilità di ritornare a Madrid, sceglieremmo volentieri l’Hostal Las Fuentes, ma non la colazione inclusa.
