Really enjoyed our stay!staff, service food all excellent, only one gripe was the room was so hot, plus couldn’t leave the window open due to the road noise. But would definitely book again.

room was located at the end of the corridor, closest to the main road, which made it very noisy. I was repeatedly disturbed during unsociable hours, including being woken up by room service delivering to another room and loud talking. Additionally, housekeeping woke me up before 7:00 AM on both mornings with loud conversations, banging, and clattering in the corridor. The cleanliness of the room was also poor. The plugs and wires were very dusty, and found a previous guest's dirty sock on the wardrobe shelf. Furthermore, was given an accessible room despite not booking one, and the bathroom lighting was extremely dark. The biggest issue, however, was the Wi-Fi connectivity in Room. I was unable to work as the connection kept dropping out, which also affected the TV. Although the staff tried to help, the issue continued throughout my stay. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for future guests.
