Staff was very welcoming. Location is right off of I-81 but we didn't hear any road noise in our 1st floor room. The hotel has a door directly into Denny's Restaurant which is a welcome perk for exhausted travelers who don't want to get back in the car to search for dinner. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast after which you can fuel up at the nearby gas station and be on your way.

The Quality Inn did not disappoint. My family stayed six nights while we were visiting from Vermont. The rooms were cleaned and stocked daily The continental breakfast was a hit with my adult children. The staff was accommodating and happy. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again. The only suggestion would be to offer queen size beds instead of double beds.

A hidden gem. My room was sparkling clean, guy at front desk was very friendly. Both hotel and parking is located in a congested area however I was able to find space for my truck and 28 foot trailer.

Room is nice and updated. The only thing is the shower head was all corroded and cause horrible pressure. Hot water was god but pressure was terrible in shower. Also, the elevator was a big inconvenience too. I wish they would have at least compensated me a little. They just let you check in and fully pay and THEN say “oops you’re on second the elevator is broken”. I understand it’s not in your hands but you should say something BEFORE taking my money. I would have went somewhere else. The parking lot was packed to the one door for the side entrance to make it somewhat easier with elevator not working. Room clean and comfy. Not very quiet with doors constantly opening and closing, where other people dont have respect of others. Loud outside with highway traffic.

What I really appreciated during my 8 night stay was the excellent housekeeping. I have stayed in several hotels in the United States and this Quality Inn has the best team of housekeeping I've ever seen. The front desk ladies are very kind and helpful especially since I'm on crutches and walker so they helped me carry things that I just couldn't carry. The things I didn't like are the beds- to me it felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. I would suggest for people like myself with back issues to ask if we would like two mattress pads on the bed to make it softer. The other thing is the door slamming, I would be going to sleep and someone would slam their door so hard that half of the hallway would shake. I would suggest adjusting all of the doors so they don't slam, this is annoying when you are sleeping and someone goes in or out of their room at 5:00am or 11:30pm and wakes you up.

A good choice. Reasonably priced and clean. Hallways are a little rough, carpet, wallpaper, etc. but the room was clean and well maintained with a nice new shower. Breakfast was about like all the others, some hot options and yugurt/bagels etc.

Everything was great, room was comfortable and clean. The only issue I had was the “free” internet. To use it there was a long process of signing up for the Choice program offered by Quality Inn only to find out you had to enter credit card info to use the free service. Didn’t go for that.

The hotel was amazingly helpful. Due to our travel schedule, we requested an early check-in. They were able to accommodate without issue. The rooms were extremely clean and the service at the front desk was exceptional. We felt extremely welcome from the second we walked in the door. Parking situation is great and the continental breakfast that is provided is very good compared to a lot of other places I have stayed. The rooms were very clean and well maintained by the housekeeping department. I would recommend using this hotel for a stay anytime.

Slept like a log. I was worried it would be noisy since it's close to the highway, but I had a room facing the other way and didn't hear a thing. Pet-friendly which was needed. The hallways are a little worn, but the room was very nice and updated. Really good value for a less expensive motel. Very nice people at the front desk. And I ended up leaving some valuable items in my room (silk and wool scarves in the drawers, along with some other clothing), and they rounded them up and mailed them out to me. Nicole was especially helpful. Thanks Quality Inn! Will stay there again.

This is a nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The a/c was loud but nothing new there with stand alone a/cs. When it was on it blocked out some of the noise from the outside which being right next to Rte 81 is considerable. If you go out during rush hour, cut through the gas station next door. It will take you to a light and make it much easier to get onto the main road.

This was an excellent road stop. Easy on / easy off. The room was spacious, quiet, well-appointed, and well maintained. Comfortable bed. The bathroom furnishings and fixtures were like new. I also enjoyed the full hot breakfast included in the rate. (Scambled eggs, sausage, very good biscuits n gravy.) Even the rate was reasonable. I recommend this Quality Inn heartily!

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Wooden floors helped prevent any problem of residual smell like in hotel rooms. Very conveniently situated near the I-81 for a hop over. Nice breakfast. Didn’t use the pool, but looked very clean and cozy.

Jordan made our check-in experience so incredibly pleasant! This is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in at this price point. Real breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and more. Very clean, and the nicest staff. Super convenient right off the highway, but our room was quiet with no noise from the interstate! Highly recommend for those passing through on a long drive.
