Absolutely first class in all respects if you are travelling by car. Great parking. Super clean and beautiful rooms. In house restaurant and a pub within a short walk but that is all, since the hotel is located in a residential area. Sets the standard that hotels should aim for.

This hotel is in a lovely quiet spot on the edge of Kirkcaldy. It is peaceful, the room we were in was beautiful, luxurious and large. The food was delicious and we attended a function in a lovely room. The only thing missing from the hotel experience was a spa/swimming pool and gym. There looks to be enough space and it would entice me back!

Nice hotel, good menu choice with ok breakfast although b/fast @ £14 was perhaps a little steep. Easy parking and quiet location. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Our stay on the whole was good. Room was clean and staff were polite. Only downside was two fold- none of the EV chargers worked and we have a fully electric car! And we left a phone charger in the room which was never found. We rang back and staff said there was nothing in the lost property. Double check your rooms on leaving people- it’s easily done though!

Booked the Dean Park because I had an early morning flight from Edinburgh and I was using Halbeath Park and Ride for convenience. I went out for dinner and when I came back I went to the lounge for a drink before bed. The lounge is very pleasant and comfortable however it was soured by a quite loud young man who swore a lot and I was surprised the staff didn’t pick up on this. Certainly wants my my place to challenge it.

Room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were absolutely fantastic. Really friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was the lack of air conditioning in the room . This said i would definitely recommend a stay here.

Hotel has been refurbished to a high standard in the last couple of years. The owners obviously mean to keep it that way as I have never seen so many cleaners in my life. Bed was very comfortable.

Spent three nights in the hotel with a friend who was visiting me in my home town - and the choice certainly proved worthwhile. The room was spacious and clean, while the breakfast buffet was first class. Only issue would be the 'double' bed was actually two singles pushed together leaving an uncomfortable ridge down the centre. In addition, try to avoid rooms 3 and 4 as there is an area below the room windows where staff enjoying a break congregate to smoke and chat - which can be problematic for those not looking to have an early rise

Initial impression on arriving was very good, it's a lovely hotel. Alicia in reception was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was of a high standard, spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Excellent recommendation from Ryan on room choice.

Very large room with comfortable bed. Decoration and furnishings were good. However, room lighting was very poor with no desk lights and main switch took out all ceiling lights in one go. Sitting by the open window there was an unpleasant smell of rotting cabbage.

Very clean and modern rooms, decent area and friendly staff but noisy rooms. Can hear other rooms shower (water pumps kick in) and use sinks/toilets. Staff cleaners not the quietest in mornings.

Last minute booking this was but came recommended from friends who had stayed here previously. Excellent customer service from when we checked in (friendly and helpful staff) and the gentleman who went above and beyond to pour us a pint and drinks at 11pm when the bar was closed (he didn't have to). Room was brilliant; clean; very good size and spacious.

Spoke to the book in clerk, the check out clerk and was ignored by everyone else. Could hear the door slamming for 3 hours. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, not a staff member to be seen. No fire marshall, no checks, just guests milling around (some still at the bar)..

Check in was terrible. I questioned why I was required to provide a second card (manually) along with my payment card, apparently they wouldn’t allow me to check in without it. And the checkin became all about this, no mention of facilities, where the bar was, if I planned to eat that evening etc. As with the requirement for 2 cards, nothing about this checkin was not like any other hotel I’ve even been to. However the member of staff argued otherwise, apparently it’s perfectly normal to provide separate card details manually as well as the used to pay for the room. The check out, the member of staff obviously recognised me, had very little to say to me, I had to prompt them to see if they needed anything else after putting my key on the counter. No question of how my stay was or any of the usual things that a reception would do at other hotels.

All aspects of the visit were excellent We enjoyed good breakfasts Diner menu well thought out. Room spacious, huge bathroom with both tub and large shower. Plenty of toiletries. Fantastic bedroom, very clean and comfortable, great location. Only complaint would be the noise from other guests coming to bed in the early hours but that’s not the hotels fault. And it was a weekend so some noise would be expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel had easy access and parking. Was very clean and modern throughout. Reception and restaurant staff very pleasant. Breakfast menu was a bit limited and staff could have cleared tables and replenished fruit / pastries etc, but food was nice and staff polite. Overall a lovely hotel and would recommend

If you want to dine at the hotel make sure you’re on time, 3 of us flew in from Dubai, arrived very hungry at 9.01pm and were told the restaurant closed 1 minute ago. A hotel obviously run for the benefit of the staff and not the guests.

The hotel has been updated and the rooms are great. The staff also great. Howevr badly let down by the food. We ordered rump steak from the menu and they came back and told us they didn’t have any and offered us sirloin which we accepted but it was like a lump of leather and overcooked. Breakfast was very poor there was only dehydrated eggs, no other option, dried out bacon. So we+liked the place but let down badly by 5e food

We had a good nights sleep on a very brief stay here. The breakfast however, was awful and not worth the £14 we paid each. I would suggest anyone who is staying should go to the MacDonalds half a mile away.
