Check in was great, the room.is large and clean. I was looking forward to the hot tub, however the jets weren't working. The front desk said there were not jets. That was disappointing. There were obviously jets in the hot tub and it was advertised as a hot tub. Other than that, nice stay. Very close to the airport.

about 10 minutes from everywhere (centrally located). Property was newly built within the last 10 years so is generally clean and in good state of repair. We were asked upon checkin if we wanted housekeeping or not - I said yes however the room was not kept once. Garbage was never emptied, towels never changed. Yes I know I could have called and asked but this is not the expectation one is left with when asked whether or not they want housekeeping during their stay. Staff were generally friendly even if the maintenance staff insisted on smoking within 10ft of the guest entrance.. The showerhead in our room was broken and was reported but was not repaired / changed during our stay. The included breakfast was satisfactory, lots of choice and the space was well organized. Pool area was also satisfactory but water was pretty cloudy and spa bubbles didn't work.

The hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast was substantial and the lobby/breakfast area were kept very clean. The pool/hot tub were a great size but did not have a locker room or restroom. However, in our party of 7, 3 kids and 2 adults ended up with chemical burns/rashes from the pool being over chlorinated. When we contacted to property after the fact to let them know about this, they seemed to not care.

Check in was great. The gentleman working was awesome. Hotel looks fairly new. Was impressed when I first walked in. Unfortunately taking a closer look at walls and windows there were stains and dried blood. The hot tub wall had dried up blood and in our room same thing on wall paper in bathroom. The pool was nice and so was hot tub besides the walls and windows with hand prints. Even the elevator doors needed to be wiped down. I would stay again, but this place needs some deep cleaning before this somewhat newer starts really going down the drain.

Quick family trip to Syracuse to go to Destiny USA and the stores we don't get in Canada (ala Target, Trader Joes, etc). Hotel and members were great, only issue was a few hairs on the bathroom sink and floor when we arrived.

Bed bugs were pouring from bed in room 227, horrible experience. Got chewed up in short period, had to call front desk to change the room. I was sick with my son and had to take medications. Hotel staff refused to acknowledge even we had videos of bed bugs. Very disappointed.

The bed was as hard as a rock. And for a room that sleeps 4. There was only one chair. The rest of the ammenties made up for these two slights! The breakfast was excellent. Pumpkin spice belguim waffles, eggs, sausage bagels yogurt etc.. free drinks. Coffee and teas! I would recommend staying and i will go back. I just wish the bed wasnt like a rock. And as a follow up.. we searched the whole room for a lost item. And the mattess underneath was clean. Very impressed in the size of room, cleanliness of the room and also the guest services. If you are looking for a place to stay.. i would definitely say its worth the price point.

Great hotel for a simple stay. Very good option for a basic hotel in the area. Staff was very friendly and nice. Very good breakfast and staff constantly refilled. Do wish there was a full door on the bathroom instead of the slide door that leaves cracks.

Hotel was very clean and employees very nice .Few things I didnt like is tgere was no bathroom door instead it was a sliding door that has a see though crack on them which anyone can see in also no bathroom fan.Bed was uncomfortable. The distance to the fair grounds was longer than 9 m8ns as stated on site GPS is 18 mins...It was clean and thats definitely a thumbs up!I would recommend.

The hotel seems to be brand new. The rooms and the common spaces are all very clean and in great condition. The pool is quite large and in perfect condition. Unfortunately our room was on the side of the hotel facing I-90–very close to the thruway. We heard noise from passing trucks all night long. I would suggest asking for a room on the south side of the building.

The front desk two men were exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to assist two 87 year old travelers get into the facility. Also the people serving breakfast were wonderful, helpful and very pleasant!

This was only an overnight stay but have always loved Hampton. Upon walking un was immediately greeted by Pam at the front desk. Very personable and got us squared away quickly. Close to our venue and will definitely be back

I must say this is definitely one of the best Hotel experiences that I’ve had. Everyone was very nice. When I first the ride, Dave win above and beyond to help me with a few concerns I had and even been assisted me in less than a minute to extend my stay because this was a business trip. He put a hold on the room and make sure I didn’t have to leave my room and go to a new room and said that if for any reason my plans had changed again, they wouldn’t charge me if I needed to cancel the room. I thought that was really hospitable considering it’s a holiday weekend. The breakfast staff was phenomenal and extremely helpful, they were there for every second assisting with Coffee and the set up plus cleaning up. Even the maintenance and housekeeping were really friendly. They pay attention to small details and go above and beyond. I could see now why they have over 9.6 stars and ratings at first I was like no way I’ve never seen a hotel with this many great ratings but now I know why.

Good location, very close to the bus station, not too far from convenient stores. Clean, front desk staff nice, but our stay did not end well; on the day my family was supposed to leave, check out time was 12:00 pm, but around 8:00am , someone from housekeeping came banging on the door so loud, waking us up, just to see if the room was empty. I was very upset , went to complain at the front desk; I found that behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. At least the people at the front desk were nice and apologized. We couldn’t go back to rest and left around 9:00am.

The shuttle service was fantastic. They were waiting outside the airport for us and everything went very smoothly. The hotel was very clean. The staff was approachable, maybe could have been a bit more friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience for the level of hotel.

Stayed here for the weekend of NY State Fair-hotel was wonderful-from the moment we walked in, hotel smelled clean and fresh, room was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous. There’s a little area near front desk where you can purchase drinks, snacks, and other necessities. Good buffet breakfast. Property is well maintained, location is convenient, close to Destiny Mall. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hotel is at intersection of I 90 and I 81. So some noise, but not terrible. Also nothing really in short walking distance from the hotel. Much is available with a short drive however.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick anniversary getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, both in the rooms and in the public areas. Enjoyed the 24 access to coffee. The only disappointment was the breakfast options and the quality of the breakfast options. Everything else was top notch, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Newer facility in good condition; rooms were spacious & comfortable. Only negatives: breakfast was very marginal (coffee was terrible both mornings we tried it) & north end is near Thruway & traffic is constant day & night. Otherwise it is convenient, near the airport without being next to the runways (meaning air traffic is not noticeable) & staff was excellent. BTW of the 10 elevator button lights only one illuminated!

Everything was Great. Staff was very friendly and informative. Breakfast was Awesome. My wife did not like the cheese omelet that was offered this morning (August 24th, 2025) but other than that, EVEDYTHING WAS GREAT. Room was clean and comfy. Pool was Available and well maingained. This was our 1st time going to The State Fair and it was also our little weekend getaway from work and Life. The Quietness brought us so much Peace and Tranquility. All in all, if we ever need to getvaway for the weekend, you guys are definitely in the top of iur list to revisit. Thanks Again.
