Lovely large room. I took the deal offered to upgrade our room from a double to king size after my booking. They offer a few deals eg. for food etc. Food was good in the restaurant, not the best I've ever had but fine. Then the breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice, buffet style. Friendly staff who helped getting a dairy free yoghurt for us. Would stay here again. Good parking.

Gorgeous property, entrance, bar, decorations in the communal spaces all lovely. However, what I would call top show. We stayed in a room within the old building, which to be honest could do with updating. Carpets a bit on the weary side, internal doors not the best, bathroom needs upgrading, old bath either shower over, small head etc. bathroom window did not have an opening. Given our dinner was delicious we were let down by the Breakfast which was average and not what was expected of such an establishment. Pastries soft, buffet breakfast was pretty tough, scrambled egg, never had worse in fact it could have been powdered. Swimming pool was great along with the sauna, steam room etc. Overall we had a lovely time but improvements can be made.
