The property located in a commercial area with plenty of restaurants and shops. The area is well walkable. The property is well maintained with a beautiful rooftop with a poor. You can see the city from there. The only need to improve is the breakfast which is not excellent.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, mitten im Zentrum von Granada. Der Check in hat problemlos geklappt; die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut. Wir hatten bewusst ein größeres Zimmer gebucht; dies ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Leider war der Ausblick unterirdisch (Fenster mit Blick in einen Innenhof). Der Pool ist eher ein Plunge- Pool, nicht zum schwimmen, nur zum Abkühlen geeignet.

The Room Mate Granada is very comfortable, and the location is perfect. An easy walk to major sites, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The roof top pool and deck are a great and welcome amenity too.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. View from the pool rooftop was fantastic. Only issue was the shower/bath didn’t drain very well and it smelt when the water was backing up which was such a shame because everything else was great.

There were a lots of dust on Fabric of the Bed headboard , It bothered me. And a staff was not at the desk early in the morning , when we were checking out , we had to wait for a while. There were no information sign on the phone to call front desk or any service.

Not a good experience. Check-in was slow and tedious till I got to the room. I had some issues that they didn't fix like the toilet lid. It was loose. Cleanness is not a strength of this hotel. They left dirty cups and glasses after cleaning the room. Bed is a nightmare! The sheets are no longer enough to fit under the mattress so it is very uncomfortable. Also, they are very thing to be a hotel 4-star quality sheet and the duvet is falling slowly to the feet and you have to fix it every time you move at night. Not pleasant at all. I felt a bit insecure there because stuff didn't control the access of people at the entrance. They only greeted us in the morning when we left the premises not when we came back and so on. Even after I asked for a quiet room during the check-in process and having plenty available I ended with the one under a supermarket and closest to the street. A good point of this hotel is the location.

The room was fine, but did not have a window which was very bothersome. There was nothing in the booking that indicated there would be no window in the room. I asked to extend checkout time by 30 mins and was told they could not accommodate. Given how many hotels are in the area, I would probably pick somewhere else next time.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. But be aware that some rooms do not have windows to the outside. For a deluxe room, I still got an internal room with a window that looks into an internal staircase. I went down to the reception, twice, to try to see if this is what a deluxe room was, but the receptionist was away and I decided to just keep the room anyways since it was just one night. If you want an actual window that looks to the outside or if sunlight is important, make sure you check when reserving or checking in.

The hotel is really well kept. The rooftop area is still a jewel not well managed. It doesn’t have a real bar, staff or heaters. Rooms are spotless and staff is pretty friendly and available for help, even though the hotel is understaff for a 4 star hotel and most of the time they only count with one employee in the front desk to solve everything for everyone. The neighborhood is great, in the middle of Granada. I would give the hotel 3 stars, not 4.

Had a horrible experience at this hotel. Receptionist William, first told me that I didn’t have me breakfast included, a few moments later he said that yes, the breakfast is included. Obviously, I go have breakfast, and to my surprise during check-out I was told I needed to pay. The person who told me, was the one who originally had told me that I could have breakfast for free. Was in shock, I have traveled a lot, and yes some hotels do give complimentary breakfasts, had thought this was the case. However it was a total SCAM. Would not recommend this to nobody.

The staff is hard working, patient, friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and cleaned so nicely every day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a good variety, including juices, meats, eggs, breads, sweets, nuts and coffees.

Absolute scam. Despite being us not able to come to this hotel and calling in advance several times, hotel charged us the full amount. The lovely hotels.com customer service tried to help but also was left without power as hotel staff was rude and unwilling for a compromise. We cannot comment on the hotel itself (it is probably very nice) but service has been low.

There were several guests che king ay the same time and only one clerk available. A guest who already checked in tried complaining while the clerk was checking in those who were waiting. The irate guest continued to complain and the clerk raised his voise telling her to wait. On Saturday i asked about cab service the next day and told there was no issue. I returned Sunday to request a cab and was told none were available due to a marathon. This would have been nice to know the day before. The pool area is comprised of 4 decks. The first contain chairs in a shaded area, ut unuable if you want to lounge. The second is up more than a dozen stairs. It is composed ouf a couch and a couple chairs, but without shade. Up another 10 or more stairs is the sun deck. This has 2 unbrellas and 4 lounge chairs to lie on and 6 chairs to sit on. If you are there by 1000 to get an umbrella you cant stay long due to the heat. Up 6 more stairs is pool. It is 3m x 3m x 60cm. Not large enough for 4 people. I was underwhelmed by the hotel.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous, the location can’t be beat, the rooftop pool and views phenomenal and everyone that works there, especially Javier and Rafa, were amazing and so helpful. If you are going to Granada, this is a MUST!!!! We are already planning to stay there again later this year. Loved everything about this hotel! 10/10!!!!

The hotel Is located in the historical city center, close to the main street where you can find shopping and restaurants. Very close to the cathedral. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast has different options of sweet and savory. The hotel doesn't have a parking, but it's convenient to park at Victoria parking, 2' walk.

Lovely hotel, great room and helpful staff. Only minor disappointment was that there is no bar in the hotel - however plenty within a3 min walk! Also, as it's in the heart of the city there was a bit of city noise, especially at the weekend. Would definitely recommend.
