Very chilled out hotel. Great location, very short walk into main square and train station. Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the cinnamon coffee!

Check in is at 2:00 and not a second earlier. But they did let us keep our luggage there while we walked around the city and waited for 2:00. (We arrived around noon.) breakfast was fine. I was kind of excited to see the different options from American hotels. Some of the choices were surpising. The beds were very small, but my sister and I are five feet tall so it was fine… and the air conditioner would not work as far as we could tell. We both messed with it and couldn’t figure it out. I did choose this hotel partially because of the air conditioning, so that was disappointing - it wasn’t terribly hot and maybe the air conditioning only works if it is super hot, but I didn’t choose “possible air conditioning if it’s hot enough.” I chose “air conditioning.” The toilet also would occasionally keep running forever if we didn’t mess with it and the window which we kept propped open most of the time since the air conditioning wouldn’t work was a little off the hinges. The staff was willing to exchange some zloty for coins for me in case we needed to pay for public toilets and they arranged a taxi back to the airport for us for a decent price. This room was pretty cheap, so I didn’t expect anything too amazing. Just basic bed, shower, free breakfast, air conditioner… It mostly met those expectations.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig (im Nachbarzimmer hatte jemand am Abend das Wasser laufen was leider so laut bei mir in den Leitungen zu hören war das ich dann wieder wach war). Das Zimmer hat unangenehm nach chemischen Reinigungsmittel gerochen. Die Toilettenspülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Ich musste den Abfalleimer zur Toilettenspülung umfunktionieren… Das Bett war extrem weich, ist zwar Geschmackssache aber für mich war es sehr unbequem.

Rum och frukost är enkel.Det är rent och miljön i gemensamma utrymmen ger ett mysigt intryck. Ett stort plus är att hotellet är öppet dygnet runt och ligger bara en kort promenad från Gamla stan och det stora köpcentret Galleria Krakowska.

État irréprochable de la chambre, petit déjeuner complet

I really liked this place. It has an old school Polish vibe with a friendly staff and an excellent included breakfast. It’s a clean, well run hotel. Quiet and convenient to everywhere in the center of town. The bed was a little to soft for my taste and the room was small, but I slept well. This place is an excellent value.

This hotel is near to all the famous spots in Krakow. Easy to access, friendly staffs and very clean. Room & bed are comfortable

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e vicina a fermate di tram (un po’ rumoroso) e bus. Servizio efficiente e cortese. Colazione a buffet ricca di prodotti tipici locali con possibilità di asporto per chi parte presto. Camera spartana, ma comoda e pulita.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen um die Stadt Krakau zu besichtigen. Das Komfort-Zimmer war renoviert, gross, sauber und alles in einem guten Zustand. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Es war mein 3. Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und ich werde dieses wieder buchen.

Chambre mansardée pas très adaptée pour les personnes grandes hôtel tres bien situé

Hotellets beliggenhet er suveren. Kort avstand til det meste. Veldig koselig resepsjon og kafe område med. Rommet trenger en oppussing men ellers rent. Kan anbefales

The cheap table fan in the room was very noisy. When a replacement was requested, i was surprised to hear from the receptionist that there were no spare fans. A huge chain of hotels..and NOT EVEN ONE SPARE FAN! Or was the girl just too lazy or uninterested to look for another fan? Terrible. Noises from the street are very intrusive and disturb one's sleep. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Overall, not a bad stay but the young girl receptionist should develop better customer service skills and not look like we are a disturbance in her day.

Tiszta szoba, jol felszerelt, kényelmes, kicsit zajos a villamos miatt, ami az ablak mellett halad el. Hotel nagyon jo helyen van, minden pár perc sétára.

The cheap table fan in the room was very noisy. When a replacement was requested, i was surprised to hear from the receptionist that there were no spare fans. A huge chain of hotels..and NOT EVEN ONE SPARE FAN! Or was the girl just too lazy or uninterested to look for another fan? Terrible. Noises from the street are very intrusive and disturb one's sleep. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Overall, not a bad stay but the young girl receptionist should develop better customer service skills and not look like we are a disturbance in her day.

Mooi hotel, goed verzorgd ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is centraal gelegen en de service is prima.

For a rather cramped 5 floor hotel I really liked this hotel. Staff are friendly and responsive. Breakfast is in a slightly quirky basement but the food was good.

Hôtel bien situé à 15 minutes de marche de la gare et 15 minutes de marche de la place principale. Bon petit déjeuner, personnel sympathique, Wi-Fi ok. La chambre était confortable (ventilateur, pas de climatisation mais c'est suffisant). Seuls petits bémols, lit moyen et pas de frigo. Possibilité d'avoir un lunch packet si vous partez tôt.

Tutto perfetto tranne la colazione, non c'era più lo yogurt alle 8:30 del mattino. Anche poca varietà di scelta per gli italiani

Kaffet var lite för svagt. Kunde dricka det som det var o jag har2/5 med mjölk. Annars helt okej för att bo nära Gamla Stan för den prisklassen.
