The stay was excellent with a few exceptions detailed below. I asked at reception in the evening for sachets of decaff coffee - told they had none and that I should ask at the bar. Got a straightforward no from there which meant no coffee until room serviced the next day - no notepad or pen in the room so had to write a note on the coaster!! On our 2nd last night no coffee replaced so none for our final morning☹️ Chipped red wine glass provided in bar and when replaced, after wine had been poured and not noticed, told there were only white wine glasses available. Bar was not busy at the time. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.

We wanted to focus on old town on this trip, and the Holoday Inn was perfectly positioned for that. Easy walk to the old town square with more restaurants than I could count. Bathrooms were well laid out and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a very good variety and was kept fresh. Parking was easy but a little pricier than i expected .

This hotel is in a great position away from the main square but only a 6-8 minute walk. Our room was a premier room which was large, clean but the carpet in ours could have done with a refresh. Everything you need including toiletries, kettle and hairdryer. Quiet for a city hotel which was great after a long day. Great place to stay, would definitely recommend and the staff are friendly and helpful so all in all a great choice. Thank you

Stayed here 9-13th Jan. the hotel was spotless and room was always tidied. The hotel is in close proximity to the old town by an easy 6 min walk and the day trips I did picked up about 25m up the road so made this easy. I’d stay here again!

Everything was really wonderful except being a Premium room the carpets were very dirty you see i went to this same hotel 3 years ago and remebered very well that these were the same carpets that they had 3 yers ago other than this everything else was really good you need to tell them to replace the carpets as it was dirty and had a lot of stains in it.

The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. We had a problem with the toilet not flushing and it was fixed as soon as I reported it. We paid for breakfast one morning as we had an early start and it was good. The hotel is in a good location to walk to the main square where there are many restaurants and bars. I would stay in this hotel again if I returned to Krakow.

Comfortable and clean, updated rooms. Unfortunately, everytime we stay there (and we have stayed many times over the past four years because it is conveniently located to old town) the air condition in the rooms does not work. Not once have we been able to cool the room and have a comfortable temperature. We tried opening the windows but then you have to compete with the ambient street noise which keeps us awake at night. After this last stay we have decided to find another hotel with air conditioning that works.

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn it was a great location and breakfast was very good. Room was very spacious and clean. This was a surprise trip for my husband’s 60th birthday and we were upgraded to a premier room which we were very happy with and we were very grateful. The concierge at the hotel managed to get us booked at the last minute to Auschwitz-Birkenau for which we are thankful to him.

I would not recommend this hotel at all, we arrived at 10:30 fully knowing and understanding our room would not be ready, however we retuned at 1:30 (politely asking if the room was ready or any updates on a time) and then again at 2:30 but after watching numerous other families and flight crews we asked again and they said our room still wasn’t ready. We finally checked in at 3:38. While not happy at all, I didn’t speak to the manager until I checked out. To be honest I was just going to let it go but after talking with their manager Anna (I’ll leave her last name out in this correspondence) , and not receiving a simple “I’m sorry we couldn’t assist you” or any understanding of my point of view, I felt I had to warn other travelers not to expect to any basic courtesy that you would expect to receive.

Great stay, great staff. We lost our phone on one of the guided tours (not booked through hotel, our mistake) and they were extremely helpful with calling the operator ans helping us get the phone back. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast - they make eggs on order, but window doesnt open when breakfast starts. Opened around 07:00 during our stay. We will stay here again next Krakow visit!

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The front desk service staff are excellent. We get our room immediately upon arrival. Our uber trip got cancelled to the train station on departure and the front desk young man excellent service help us to book a taxi. He ensured that the driver get us to the right place. On the 1st day we told them that they did not replaced our bath rope and on the 4th day they did not replenish the hibiscus tea and they sent them to our room. However we noted the king size bed sagged in the center. The room service staff did not washed the cups on our 4th day and our favourite coffee was not replenished. We didn't realised the missing coffee till the morning of our checkout. We missed the nice coffee in the morning 😊 Overall it is still a pleasant stay. We enjoyed Poland very much 💕💕 Thank you

Extremely convenient location right between the old town and Kraków Grzegórzki. Friendly staff, including a helpful concierge and a wide range of sweet and savory options at the breakfast buffet, including vegetarian, halal and gluten free choices. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a huge choice at breakfast from healthy options to a full cooked breakfast. It was in a very convenient for everything, it was a very short walk to the main square and only two stops on the tram to the Jewish Quarter.

The Holiday Inn at Krakow is on par with the top hotels in the area. The room we stayed in, was larger than some others, we have stayed in. We visit Krakow regularly and it's position is ideal for the town square and pick up points for tours. We will stay again. We had a meal and this was top quality. Our first time in Krakow and we had an amazing stay. Staff were all helpful esp the Manager who took time to chat with us. Well done to the whole team. Facilities were all great.
