We checked in REALLY late (after 1am) with our family dog. We called ahead to let them know that we would be late. They were very friendly on the call and at the time of check in. We were checked in by the same gentleman both times, and it was nice to see a familiar face on our way back. Because of the pleasant check in during this stay, we chose this same hotel for our check in on the way back. We were able to charge our EV while we slept, and that made our departure the next more that much easier. The only reason I rated it a bit lower on this trip is because our room was over the pool, and the music at the pool started before 7am. With our late time going to bed, this was a little unsettling.

We stayed twice during Thanksgiving week. The first time earlier in this same week was quite pleasant, so we opted to make this our stopping point on the way back. We were able to charge our EV (one charger wasn't working). The location felt overall safe. It is far enough away from the interstate that it is quiet. Bottled water in the room was nice. And we stayed with our dog who was able to settle quite easily.

Room had awkward lay out. Could not access room door with bathroom door open and closet was uncomfortably accessible under same condition. Closet doors were in need of repair/maintenance. Mirrored sliding doors that were not in their proper "track" that made them feel as though they were going to fall when moved. Bed was harder than most and hot water was non-existent. Not HOT hot water, plain ole hot water. Hate a cold shower at 5am. Stairs from upper floors discharge to the parking lot. Cannot take stairs to lobby. With only 1 operable elevator (2nd is still suffering from supply chain issues) that is R E A L Y slow, stairs to the lobby would be nice. $8.99 for continental breakfast is more than a little dated and frankly insulting. On the plus side, the Entire staff was AMAZING. Super friendly and customer service oriented. They were probably the most enjoyable part of my stay.

Overall great experience. Only challenge was parking and building accessability if you had to park in the back of the lot... Which was also poorly lit. This may not affect some people, but travelling solo and as a woman it's a risk.

Clean, quiet, staff was friendly. We needed pet friendly because we had to evacuate our home due to the hurricane. Hotel had everything we needed. Hot tub needed somw attention. The pool was perfect.

The location was perfect for a class I took. The only issue I had with my room was the bathtub was not as clean as I would have liked. For some reason, most hotels do not scrub the tub. There was mold around the soap dish that needed scrubbing. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Black mold clear as day. Asked for a new room and they acted as if nothing was wrong. Took several pics. They charged me for breakfast although it was included in my total price. Stay somewhere else. Room smelled like cat pee.

Hilton has a reputation for being high quality. I was expecting this quality. It's an older hotel which is fine, but the hall carpet had crap on it. This is kind of minor, but the elevator walls and doors looked like they hadn't been wiped down in months. I was on the 2nd floor and there were pieces of tissue on the hall floor and I could see strands of hair. Gross. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This place should be held accountable for false advertisement. Noyhing like the photos. Shows as OLD and rundown. Check in was fine but room was not. My wife and I do not trust any hotel room to be clean so we take saniyation wipes and lysol every time. The sink counter top was full of hais where it looked like an electric shaver had been used. Its a top that you would not see those small hairs so the sink had been cleaned but the counter had not. Tub botton looks exceptionally dirty and the drain is rusty. The light on the desk is rusty also. They have a coffee maker and coffee for you to use but there are 2 bottle of water there to use also. Clearly priced at $3 per bottle. First and last time at a Hilton. Holiday Inn or Laquinta for us from now on. There was a couple at the dest checking out that were saying the exact same things as this. Just glad I didnt pay $180 a night like him.

The room is handicapped accessible and I love that feature.The tv could be larger. Bed sheets had a stain on them giving me the impression they are not change in between customers. I travel with my own and Lysol due to my health concerns and issues.

Room keys didn’t work well. TV was awful, maybe 5 of 25 channels even had a signal. Drapes don’t close enough to block light Food and drinks way over priced Decor in rooms is old and tired. Wi-Fi wouldn’t work on my laptop (phone only, no solution available). Staff very friendly.

When we arrive, they would not allow us to check in because they said that they didn’t wasn’t able to get a security deposit because we had already paid for the room in order to do that we had to book the room again pay twice for the room still haven’t got a refund for that so that they can put a Security deposit down. We are unable to get in touch with Expedia because there’s no phone number. I have reported this several times that we were charged twice for this room.

It only took 1 incident to turn my whole trip to a disappointing one. What's the point if do not disturb signs with checkout being at 12 noon?? But yet housekeeping busted straight in my room and lied about it. There was clearly something shady about the entire situation. It still doesn't sit well with me even after talking to management.

They charged me a higher rate than stated on my confirmation, but corrected it later. I also have an erroneous charge on my credit card from the hotel that I will have to dispute. The furniture in the lobby is worn and needs to be updated. I have stayed here about 5 different times, but might consider other options in the future.

Can't see the hotel sign from the service road, not big enough. Has a shared parking lot with Drury Inn but you won't know that unless you call the hotel for directions. Didn't realize that you only had maid service every other day. If you needed towels, I guess you had to call the front desk or get them yourself. I did like that the hotel was quaint, not too many floors or people and it was affordable. Love the modified kitchenette as well.

This property is somewhat difficult to get to. It’s on an access road with limited places to enter. It was challenging to go out to dinner. Upon entering there was a party in a conference room with really loud rap music playing and people milling about. Not very welcoming… the lobby looked dirty and unkempt. Our first room was shabby. Cracks in the sink and floor, chips in the tub (poorly painted) and rust stains. There were very loud people above us, loud music, yelling and doors slamming. We called the front desk to complain and they switched us to a new room on a different floor, at the end of a hall. It was a beautiful room.- all newly remodeled and pristine! It makes me wonder why that room wasn’t given to us in the first place!!
