Thought I’d booked a lodge git a room did get refunded a night. Had to spend a day killing time as I was given a room key with guests still in it so instead of relaxing in a front room I had to explore the area with my partner who’s just miscarried!!! Hence wanting a lodge then was told I had an upgraded room but it was twin beds put together and we were falling through the middle the staff were amazing but disappointed is an understatement and no where near compensated respectfully and was made to just accept it never ever again considering what I’d heard about the place the weekend and my partners recovery was beyond ruined
