Tim and Victoria were excellent hosts, and it's clear how much pride they take in their guesthouse. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were informed of everything we might have needed to know. The room was absolutely spotless, a very comfortable and quiet night's sleep, and a very tasty breakfast in the mornings! Had we had more time and less plans, we would have made the most of the very cosy lounge room that had stacks of books to read or board games to play - maybe next time we stay! Thank you Tim and Victoria for a very pleasant stay.

The room was very clean, the welcome was warm, and even though hot food is not allowed in the rooms, we were very pleased with the effort that Tim and Vicky went to to set up for us to have a takeaway dinner in the dining area. The location is great - literally around the corner from Torre Abbey, gardens, and the beach, marina and high street are not too far also.
