Stayed 6 nights

The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and made the entire room very humid. The bathroom was adapted to be accessible, but that also made it difficult to climb in the elevated tub. And I found it interesting that while you certainly could get a wheelchair in the bathroom, there was nowhere else in the bedroom one could maneuver. There’s also a lack of space to stow belongings, especially for more than one person. The breakfast is very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location means you can walk to several restaurants and cafes, and a bus stop in Festival Leisure.

We had the accessible walk in shower room. It was great. Comfy bed, staff are very helpful. No convenient shops close by. Festival Park us eithin walking distance & The Quays next door.
