La alberca descuidada, agua fría

La zona de alberca no se ve muy appealing, pero si buscas un hotel para vacacionar, tal vez no sea el más indicado. Todo lo demás es excelente, la comodidad, la limpieza, las zonas para trabajar, incluso el restaurante es rico aunque tiene pocas opciones. Importante saber que aunque es muy céntrico el hotel, no hay lugares a los que puedas salir a pasear caminando

Del estacionamiento a la planta baja no hay elevador, ni señalamientos

It was good. Not excellent but we felt safe and we were comfortable. The hotel is hard to access, there is commercial offices on the first 2 floors. There isn’t signage telling you where the hotel parking is, or where the actual hotel entrance is. It’s weird. The write up in Expedia said it was pet friendly we brought our small dog. The cost to keep our dog was more than paying for another adult. There are other hotel choices in Merida that don’t charge extra for your pet, or it’s a minimal charge. Breakfast was excellent wait staff fantastic. Good business/Adult stay hotel.

No funcionaba el elevador del estacionamiento y no tenían gente para apoyarte a subir las maletas.

Reservé en este hotel por la alberca y mi sorpresa al llegar es que por mantenimiento no esta disponible, raro en plenas vacaciones de verano programar el mantenimiento. Lo bueno: camas comodas, gran servicio en el restaurante. Deberian compensar el mtto de la alberca dando acceso a otra en hotel de la cadena, en fin chequenlo antes de asumir que funcionará.

What a great hotel! Everything was very modern and clean, and all of the staff was super friendly. The breakfast buffet was great, and I loved the rooftop pool and easy-to-access parking garage. I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel esta muy bonito. Sin embargo mi experiencia no fue tan grata. Ya que al llegar me avisaron que la alberca No funcionada, y ademas en mi suite no funcionaba el telefono, canales de Tv y el frigobar. :( Mala primera experiencia. Pero el hotel es muy lindo, asi como las habitaciones.

Una buena opción en merida. Habitaciones amplias con instalaciones muy buenas. El gym deja mucho que desear y los accesos por elevador un poco lentos.

Hotel muy cómodo, limpio y personal muy atento. Es nuevo y huele a limpio. Todos en el hotel fueron extremadamente amables y dispuestos a que nuestra estancia fuera placentera. El Gerente Miguel fue antentísimo así como el mesero Emmanuel y la mucama Mariel de lo más atento. Es un lugar impecable para llegar de trabajo o familia.

A Hotel with MANY small flaws and one BIG flaw. I wouldn't go back. Although it is very well located and the lobby façade is beautiful, I would not return due to the amount of problems and difficulties we experienced in this hotel. We arrived by car and to our surprise the entrance was very hidden and there was no place to leave the car to go to the lobby. I had to get out quickly and leave my family in the car to ask where I could park. We found out that there is no elevator from the parking garage to the lobby, it is stairs to the floor BEFORE the lobby and then elevator to the lobby. If you travel with small children and big suitcases I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Entering the bedroom, very pretty and modern but the charm disappears when you see the two desk chairs dirty and grimy. The hotel was not full and they gave us a room with a view of the machinery, no big deal But then we see the bathroom and the towels are old and falling apart and the faucet is not fixed and it feels like it will break at any moment. Already asleep we realize that there is a light that DOESN'T STOP FLASHING ALL NIGHT! We complain and they tell us: “it's a motion or fire sensor, it can't be turned off.” APPALLING! We compared it to the family room next to us and they didn't have that but their air conditioning light couldn't be turned off! Even worse. On the second day, we went for a coffee at the lobby restaurant and had two coffees and a juice and an hour later they spoke to me in my room…

Me gustó el hotel, yo comprendo que las amenidades incluyen unas botellas de agua y si deseas más te las cobran, como ex hotelera creo que el plus de una botella de agua más puede llegar a crear una experiencia más agradable, sin embargo todo bello…. 10/10 la vista

The place is great, the vibe is excellent. Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything.

El servicio que brindan es excepcional, te hacen sentir en casa. El bufete de desayuno incluye platillos típicos yucatecos. Todo tiene un gran sabor. De los mejores hoteles que he visitado.

Loved our week here especially since the front desk gal waited til 2am for us to check in which was nice of her. Very quiet and comfortable hotel enjoyed our stay for the 5 nights.

- A group of kids was staying on my floor, running in the hallway, and playing loudly after 10 pm - The reception offered me to switch rooms after 10 pm (I have work early in the morning) instead of addressing the noise situation. To ask guests to move all their belongings after 10 pm – need I say more? - Hot water issues - called several times with no follow-ups and conflicting information received from different staff members. - Reception had a repetitive tendency to argue immediately before even looking into a specific request and its associated facts. This conduct repeated itself throughout my stay. - No proactive approach or consideration for the guest experience.

Este hotel se encuentra sobre el famoso paseo Montejo y es muy accesible para visitar muchos lugares. Muy buena atención de todo el personal. Cuenta con estacionamiento. El desayuno estaba incluido y está muy completo

El hotel está muy bien, excelente el personal de recepción. Liz nos ayudó mucho y es muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que el hotel está muy bien si vas de negocios a Mérida, mal si vas de turista porque no está cerca del centro.

Great hotel if you are on a business trip; not for tourists. You are in between the North zone and Centro, along a major street, so easy access if you are traveling both north and south. The BEST thing about this place is the staff, though. They are EXCEPTIONAL!! They've allowed some maintenance to lapse (i.e. the shower ceiling in my room), and they are definitely not using the pool area as a place to sit and chill and relax, as there's almost no seating, just lots of concrete. Also, strangely bad coffee, and very bad toiletries. No washcloths (!!), so bring your own, as the body wash is liquid.

Propiedad nueva muy bien ubicada, con restaurantes y comercios a los cuales puedes ir caminando, buena atención.

Buena localización, excelente servicio del personal, desayuno variado y rico, los almuerzos definitivamente no son su fuerte, pocas opciones y se tardan mucho en llevarlo, por lo demás, excelente todo!!!

Muy recomendable para uso de negocio , solo se podría mejorar el desayuno incluido con más variedad de alimentos.
