The staff were great!!! Very professional. The property is very nice, not a high level hotel but pretty close. There is no room fridge or telephones, but everything else you would expect in a higher mid tier hotel

Room was clean but small. Bed was very comfortable. Checkin and staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed more tea bags which staff gave us straight away. We sat and had toasted sandwich in the evening and a few drinks in the bar, all good. Plenty of parking and no noise from the main road. We reported the shower leaked but this didn’t stop it from being used. We could have done with more towels and better quality loo paper but again didn’t mar the stat. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel, with plenty of parking. Quick and easy check in. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean, good shower and nice soft towels. Bar/restaurant was nice. Reasonably priced although limited selection of drinks available and by the second night they had run out of Magners. Only issue I had was 2 light bulbs out in my room, making one side of the room very dark, I spoke to reception on the Friday night who said maintenance had finished work for the day and she would leave a message for them to fix on the Saturday. Came back to my room on Saturday night and they hadn’t been changed. Overall a very good stay, nice hotel, will definitely stay again.

Con I feel the heating could be worked on. This is winter and heating was lukewarm. Also the food’s quality could be better for what they charge. Box of tissue has been removed from the rooms. No internal phones. You have to keep going downstairs for anything needed. Pro Proximity of hotel is very good. Close to the motorway and shops. Quiet area which is good. 24hour reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was very convenient and it was quiet and peaceful and just what we needed. The rooms were simplistic but I was able to have my dog and they were so accommodating. The ambiance on an evening in the eating area was lovely and peaceful, and even outside too. It was lovely. The breakfast wasn't very nice and the food didn't taste nice, but everything else was good.

I have photographic evidence, the drain inside the show was broken, one side of the bed lamp didn’t work, there was a broken shelf with what looks like plasters covering to try to hide the breakage, around the window was dirt, the bed had some think on the sheets that I had to dust off as it made me itch, they were like tiny white things. Back of the door had a bit broken of it. I could hear people in the hallway, tv was limited in volume all day. The window was dirty. Will never stay there again or tell people to stay there worst experience of my life.

I have used this structure at the past, the room in the new wing where I was assigned to was too small, I could hardly move around the bed without having to bump onto the wall and furniture. This is absolutely not worth the prize of £79 per night.

Property looks new and renovated in pictures of lobby and outside building but room are old and too small. For 1 night stay is fine but anything longer is not good idea. More good properties are available in same area much nearer to shopping mall

I had booked a family room and the room size was too small for a family. The windows were dirty with limited visibility and the room did not even have a table or chair. Its like you enter the room and get on the bed. The bathroom was also too small as well.

The hotel was clean, rooms large enough, staff were pleasant. However the hotel is located near a toll bridge and all night there is a bleeping sounds as cars pass. The hotel has tried to deaden the noise with double windows, but it is still noisy

Very shabby property in need of updating. Staff were all very nice, but the room was badly in need of renovation. Probably the hardest mattress/pillow combination I’ve ever slept on; like lying in the road with your head on the kerb.

This was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. We booked for a double room. By the time we got to the hotel, they had sold our room to someone else and told us, “we only have twin bedrooms”. The twin bedrooom they gave us was the room from hell. The mattress was disgusting. The duvets smelled. The main lighting in the bedroom stopped working and we ended up with no lighting in the hotel. And worst of all, this wasn’t what we paid for. This hotel was so bad, we didn’t even stay the second night. We chose to drive back up north in the middle of the night instead of staying in this place again. The staff were dismissive. And honestly, spent more time talking to each other than their customers. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Don’t waste your money staying here.

Good location but if you wanna go to London with public transportion it starts to add up a lot, but thats not really a problem with the hotel, just something to keep in mind. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

I have stayed here a few times … it’s a good walk to lakeside but not too far and if you were lazy you could drive. It suits me fine, I sleep well, the shower pod is, I guess quite humorous, but very effective.

Breakfast is always good ... David and the team work hard to clear tables and keep the food flowing. You have to drive to Lakeside, but it stops you drinking too much!!! Great location for my work visits

Appreciate it is sited within and industrial estate but to have constant noise from some form of Alarm ALL NIGHT is a joke. Do not pay £12 for breakfast, I asked for a refund of £24 as there was more fat on the fat in the fat on supposed bacon. IBIS never again.
