Servizio scadente. Ho chiesto un phone (che in un 4 stelle dovrebbe essere in camera) e non è mai arrivato. Il bar chiude alle 11. Non ci sono le pantofole e se le chiedi dicono che non le hanno. Minibar basico, palestra diciamo minimalista. Ma la cosa peggiore è la colazione, non servita nell’ albergo ma in un altro albergo distante 300 metri per cui bisogna uscire per andare a farla. La Chambre 611 est sombre La literie est bonne dommage lit en 140cm Manque de poubelle papier dans la chambre et un grand miroir Manque un endroit pour pendre les serviettes ce qui éviterait de les changer tous les jours Manque une boîte de mouchoirs jetables. Belle piscine serviettes fournies mais manque des transats.

Main attraction… Good location. 10 minute walk to Metro, 20 minute ride to centre. When it comes to parking, they charge the same for a motorbike as a car…. Reminds me a bit of “the computer says no”. Didn’t use the restaurant…. I thought the breakfast was a bit pricy. There is a restaurant next door and 2 very good bars on the way to the Metro. The pool is good, but lacks sun lounges, chairs and tables. It looks like it was an after thought by the developers. Would I stay there again, yes.

The staff were great to deal with. Front desk suggested a breakfast restaurant near by called Gallofa. It was absolutely delicious! Marta in the restaurant was full of information and was so helpful about the University my daughter will be attending in the New Year. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We had no idea about putting the room key in the little box at the door so you can have electricity… that was a new one for us rookie travellers but the man at the front desk was very helpful. (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name.) Great place. I just wish the restaurant was open a bit later and that the rooms were a bit bigger.

Todo perfecto , única pega la cafetería no abre domingos , solo desayuno , no dejan subir repartidores hacer entregas a las habitaciones , gran fallo ya que no tienen ellos mismos ese servicio

Its is very clean hotel and the hotel area is very quiet neighborhood. Hotel staff are very helpful. Only thing i dont like is the hotel area is far from commercial shopping area and eating area but my overall experience with this hotel is still excellent.

Location for us was awesome and taxis arrived fast. All staff members were really kind and competent. The bed was perfect! On the not so good side.. Great lack of power outlets in the rooms. Be aware that not all rooms has desks. Tv was flickering in one of the rooms when the picture was really bright. Tapestry was peeling in some rooms and also in the bar. Deco pillows and curtains were also starting to fall apart. It made the overall look feel like things are in need of a loving hand. It's the little things that luckily are easy to fix and would make a big difference in the overall ratings. When you order and pay for a deluxe premium room, things must be up to standards.

Quarto excelente e confortável. Localização muito conveniente, próxima à estação de metrô Pinar de Chamartín. Pela linha 1 (sentido Valdecarros) é possível chegar diretamente ao centro histórico de Madrid, com acesso direto a estações como Sol e Gran Vía. Para o Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, o trajeto é simples e requer apenas uma baldeação, com ligação rápida e eficiente. O café da manhã tem pouca variedade, mas os produtos são de ótima qualidade. Staff muito simpática e prestável. Voltaria, sem dúvidas.

Hicimos reserva en habitación que indicaba 30m y cama matrimonio, llegamos de madrugada, el chico de recepción nos atendió mientras hablaba a la vez por teléfono con algún familiar/amigo… vamos que nos hizo el registro súper Expres. Al entrar en la habitación súper pequeña e incómoda, abres la maleta y casi ya lo puedes moverte en ella, el baño lo mismo, mi mujer y yo haciendo turnos para poder ducharnos y arreglarnos en el lavabo…y el remate la cama, no diría que era de 1,20, súper incómoda para dormir dos personas … Al hacer la salida por la mañana comenté esto en recepción y se limitaron a responder que nos habían tenido que dar esa habitación por que es lo que había disponible.. y para que hacemos una reserva con más de 10 días de antelación? Podrían haber avisado no? Un desastre.

This hotel was relatively convenient to the Madrid airport which is why we stayed there. The staff was nice and rooms were clean, but very small, dark and poorly lit and actually kind of depressing.

El hotel está muy limpio y tiene una decoración muy chula. Es cómodo y la habitación muy grande. El baño es justito de tamaño pero muy moderno y cómodo. La pega podría ser que las habitaciones que dan hacia la autovía podrían ser algo ruidosas si duermes mal, pero en mi caso no ha habido problema. Tiene persiana eléctrica y es una gozada no estar pendiente de que las cortinas no cierra y por la mañana entra la luz.

El hotel está muy nuevo. La recepcionista fue muy amable tanto a en el check in como en el check out. Solo estuve alojado una noche por trabajo pero la verdad es que todo muy bien. La zona es tranquila aunque alejada del centro. Hay una parada de metro cerca que te lleva al centro en la linea 1.

Tena administrativo lo peor k he visto . Hice una reserva por una noche y la cancele pork necesitaba dos Noches , Y hable con la persona de la recepcion sobre el tema y digo k no habia ningun problema con el Reembolso. Que enviara un correo y desde el dia 7 de Septiembre hasta hoy 2 octubre no tengo ni una Respuesta , el dinero creo k se lo van a kedar sin darme nu una Respuesta .

Quarto excelente e confortável. Localização muito conveniente, próxima à estação de metrô Pinar de Chamartín. Pela linha 1 (sentido Valdecarros) é possível chegar diretamente ao centro histórico de Madrid, com acesso direto a estações como Sol e Gran Vía. Para o Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, o trajeto é simples e requer apenas uma baldeação, com ligação rápida e eficiente. O café da manhã tem pouca variedade, mas os produtos são de ótima qualidade. Staff muito simpática e prestável. Voltaria, sem dúvidas.

Wonderful stay. I always stay here - near the airport, Feria/Exhibition. Great chef in the Kitchen. Super staff. Rooms great. Easy to get to centre via closeby metro and bus service. Amazing!

Main attraction… Good location. 10 minute walk to Metro, 20 minute ride to centre. When it comes to parking, they charge the same for a motorbike as a car…. Reminds me a bit of “the computer says no”. Didn’t use the restaurant…. I thought the breakfast was a bit pricy. There is a restaurant next door and 2 very good bars on the way to the Metro. The pool is good, but lacks sun lounges, chairs and tables. It looks like it was an after thought by the developers. Would I stay there again, yes.

El hotel está muy nuevo. La recepcionista fue muy amable tanto a en el check in como en el check out. Solo estuve alojado una noche por trabajo pero la verdad es que todo muy bien. La zona es tranquila aunque alejada del centro. Hay una parada de metro cerca que te lleva al centro en la linea 1.

Muito bom hotel. Boa opção para quem quer ficar mais perto do aeroporto. Apesar do bairro de Chamartin ser muito bonito, é longe do centro. 30’ de metro até o centro é 15’ de táxi até o aeroporto.

Really nice hotel. Fantastic room, great decor. V nice staff and breakfast area and dining room very nicely decorated and bistro style. Very convenient for airport and exhibitions. Good metro links to Sol and other central areas.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, including vegetarian and GF. Definitely worth including in your stay. The only downside is the pool. It's a shared community pool, so no chairs or umbrellas and it's surrounded by a fence and grass. Not at all like a typical hotel pool.

The shuttle to the airport was just great: clean, large car and worked punctual on time with its nice driver who was driving safely. Additionally, I have to tell that Erika who worked in the breakfast area is also a great staff. Thanks. On the other hand, we believe that the room amenities need some review. Air conditioning was not working good. The room and bathroom are small and far from being user friendly. There is no trash bin in the room.
