Bra läge men saknade hiss vilket drar ner betyget då vi bära resväskan i smal trappa 2, 5 våningar. Vidare ett minimalt toalett rum där man knappt kom in i duschen!! Överhuvudtaget inte anpassat för äldre eller personer men ng funktions nedsättning!

Wonderful reception and well established rooms, shower needs an upgrade (poor flow) and could hear guy next door snoring his head off and even fan for their bathroom in the night. Excellent bar and service.

Excellent location and Adult only. Its was a noisy room though, no 12. People passing on craky stairs etc. Light from the outside coming through the very light curtains and extremely hot. There was a fan in the room but it was very noisy to sleep with. Good linen and bath towels. Nice bar area.

Great little hotel. So close to the front (2-3 minute walk to the Sea Life Centre) but far enough way from the main strip that you don't hear any noise from it. Excellent friendly service, very clean and very good standard. Only had a one night stay so didn't use the bar but it looked very nice. The only downside was the warmth due to no Aircon but I wouldn't expect a hotel of this nature to have it and they can't control the weather! It was amid the hottest week of the year.

Fantastic hotel, very modern, incredibly clean! Very comfortable bed and high quality sheets and towels. Lots of parking available near the hotel. Super friendly and welcoming staff. We will definitely stay again!

I had excellent service from reception and bar/restaurant. Decor is attractive and lounge and rooms comfortable. Chef is excellent, dishes imaginative and tasty. Good breakfast. Only negative is steep stairs to bedroom.

Great smart and clean property and very friendly helpful staff. Really close to the seafront but far enough away from the nightlife so as not to have any disturbance at night. Facilities are really good, great bar and eating area and rooms have everything you need for your stay.

Booked room with seperate sitting area, was given top floor room, which was extremely warm due to weather and despite fan, affected us having a goodnights sleep, as a window couldnt be opened due to it being broken. Along with bed and sofa also being uncomfortable. If we could of cancelled the second night we would of done. After breakfast we were given the room below which was better, firmer bed, decent sofa, opening windows. Shower quite small and mould present in sealant, rusty radiator so would benefit a refurb. Breakfast was £11 per person and which had to be chosen from a list, no food available to self serve, so basically a bowl of porridge would be £11 if thats what you chose. We had cooked breakfast and the food and preserves could have been better quality. For the price of the room this in our opinion is poor. The hotel itself was quiet and in a good location, although parking is few and far between depending when you visit. On checking out we went to pay for the breakfast we had had, (although due to the issues of the first night thought it might have been nice to be given it complimentary, but no) in cash, to be then told it was card only, considering 2 days previously the world came to a halt due to IT issues, is this really a reasonable policy, cash is legal tender. Overall this could be a excellent hotel, friendly staff, but let down by cost cutting in several areas.

Room and hotel very clean, tidy, comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the shower enclosure was small and had two sliding half doors that met on the corner when closed. When open, you only had room to step in sideways and diagonally. Area was good but end of street had lots of full, overflowing rubbish bins with overspill on the pavement. Didn’t try food or bar so can't comment. Would stay again but as both 50 would ask for 1st floor next time as 2nd floor was a bit much for old knees. Our fault as we didn't bother to ask as just 3 nights over a busy bank holiday.

Hotel was very smart and the lounge areas and bar were lovely, the receptionist was very efficient and helpful. We had a small double and it was smaller thank I expected but was lovely and clean and the shower room was great. A real asset for this hotel is the location, literally a minutes walk to the seafront.

Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer.

Lovely hotel just a shame other houses up the street rather in disrepair and unpleasant, which is no reflection on the Andover which is well presented. Only problem couldn't open the window for fresh air they did supply a air conditioning fan.

Decided to stay in Great Yarmouth very last minute so although the price was high for a double room for one night considering the time spent in it and the area around was rather rough looking, we can understand as it is classed as high season. Very comfy bed, duvet and pillows and very clean. Good shower although small and helpful tea and coffee making facilities. Cannot comment on the restaurant as sadly this was closed. We would stay here again if the cost was a little lower.
