All Saints Resort

Fantastic hotel with great facilities & a very warm welcome at Reception. Significant building works underway currently but no disturbance of what was a lovely stay. Outdoor hot tub could do with a few more plants around or better view but that is only thing that was less than 100%. Breakfast was amazing & staff very friendly indeed.

Staff are helpful and the room is very good. The pool and spa facilities are excellent.

Great hotel for the price. Lush pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Great staff and a room the size of a tennis court (well nearly). Bed was super comfy. Continental breakfast was great but the cooked breakfast was a little lacking and dealt out for you with no chance of a return visit 😞. Overall I would thoroughly recommend and would stay again, easy access to bury st Edmunds and half an hour from Cambridge. Well done to the staff at the All Saints Hotel, we had a lovely stay, thank you

Great nite here. We were in town to celebrate a birthday. The leisure facilities at the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed our stay

Lovely stay as usual! My partner and I come here when we need a one night getaway and it's always lovely. We had smoothies at the lodge café overlooking the stunning golf course. We were slightly disappointed that the hot tub was under maintenance when we stayed but luckily the indoor jacuzzi was nice and hot which made up for it. Breakfast was lovely, there's a good selection of hot breakfast options and a nice buffet with cold options. We always look forward to staying, it's become our go to when we need a break from the every day.

Really nice gym & Spa

Booked a few months before the stay, but told 3 days before check-in, that the restaurant would be closed for evening meals. This was via email, and not seen prior to our stay so we were left a little disappointed. The Spa was shut for 2 out of our 3 days here, and the pool sadly doesnt allow under 16s, so our plans for a first ever dip in the pool with our newborn went out the window. So we stayed in spa resort, with no access to the spa (closed), no evening meal (nothing in walking distance) and unable to use the pool because they are not insured to have u16s in the pool. We were told at check-in that the restuarant was closed for maintenance on the ovens, but later was told by another manager that the restaurant was closed to host a NYE party. Sadly, we never got to the bottom of this, and TBH, with half the services being unavailable to us, we expected more of an apology or atleast a discounted room rate. We sadly got neither. Customer Services from the website was poor, and the reply from the hotel was less than amusing. Wouldnt stay here again, due to the poor service received on this occasion. Such a shame, as it has alot of potential, but when you shut half your services, after people make their bookings, you cant expect a glowing review. Sadly, this is one of those times I felt aggrieved enough to write something. Ps. Breakfast is good (upgrade if you can) and the service was good in the mornings.

Had a superb stay. Room was spacious and well fitted out. Staff were very friendly and very helpful and even found my bike computer i had left behind. Gym and 17m Swimming pool were fantastic and really quiet. Even had an outdoor hot tub that no one else was using so even better. Will be back next time im over this neck of the woods

Having stayed at All Saints throughout the year, seeing the transformation has been remarkable. The new wing is fantastic. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate and very comfy. All round great service too.

I didn’t play golf but think the management could put some investment towards course improvements. Someone told me there’s a focus on wedding bookings. I would say that marketing as a golf resort would compliment the wedding business nicely. In order to do this you have to have a really nice course and avoid negative reviews for golf.

Service was great a the hotel is newly decorated and clean. Didn’t use the spa but looks good. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. The TV had unusual channels and I would have liked more comfortable chairs in the bedroom. Otherwise, a good value hotel with a great shower.

Lovely hotel. The spa was very nice and clean with a decent pool temperature. Steam room, sauna, hot tub and spa pool all at an excellent temperature. The room was a good size with a very nice hot shower and comfy bed. Little disappointed with breakfast selection. Ran out of fruit, croissants and yogurts half way through breakfast time. Hot buffet also kept running out of food. Needed more frequent checks on availability of items and replenishment. Second morning slightly improved.

Superb one night stay. I’ve stayed in the area several times recently, but never here - what a mistake. It will be my first choice next time I’m in this part of Suffolk. My room was clean, modern and well appointed. The gym was excellent (I’ll try the pool next time but I arrived too late) and breakfast was utterly delicious. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I spend around two nights per week in hotels, and never bother to leave reviews, but this was a fantastic, albeit all too short trip.

Stayed before no issues. This time although nice hotel, food is nice and area is quiet there are some parts that management need to address if they read this. A)after a long drive customers don’t want to be hounded to give exact times and bookings for meals before they have even checked in b)the WiFi is terrible, could not even complete emails. C)if you offer water in rooms actually put the water in there, not a sign saying here’s a bottle go and fill it up in the corridor somewhereD) what ever that loud thunder sound is that goes through the pipes every 2 minutes in the lower ground floor needs to be fixed. Absolutly no sleep at all which is effectively what guests are paying for. Rest of hotel as you would expect, drinks are also very over priced. Gym and parking is good, as is the food.

All hotel staff gave good service and where attentative . Would have liked some aditional bits in the room ( bucuites and baootled water ) . Privacy from golf course not great had peole teeling off looking into my room .

Whilst quality of food was good poor selection on Sunday evenings plus very pricey for what we had no itemised bill Room comfortable but could do with a comfortable chair to sit in for the price Swimming pool facilities were great

Breakfast was nice, but they could have filled up the water jug in the room, and the TVs didn’t connect to any streaming services (despite reception saying they could)

Hotel and facilities excellent, room spacious with comfortable big bed, air con that worked perfectly, great breakfast and helpful staff. Ideal, but due to works going on, my room was over a temporary generator that ‘fired’ up every 30 mins or so all night, workmen then started at 7:30 both mornings with the ever ending beeping of their forklift. So hardly any sleep for me, and certainly no lie. I would certainly recommend the hotel, but only when the work is finished. I will us the hotel in future.

Very clean, paper thin walls meant I got no sleep at all. I could hear the tv in room next to me till the early hours and every footstep/word. Food options were limited

We’ve stayed before and had rooms with a nicer view of the golf course and modern bathrooms. Our rooms this time were less modern with no view, but still hot shower and comfortable beds. The rooms were quiet.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times now for pleasure and also business and it has always been fantastic. Unfortunately this last stay was not the best but was down to a resident not the hotel, but they seemed to be very limited what they could do as security had gone home. We returned to the hotel on our second night and after a long day Xmas shopping had a drink and chilled in the room. Got our heads down at reasonable hour but was awakened by next door swearing, shouting and all in all being a pest. Security was nowhere to be seen even though CCTV on every floor and this guy was in out the room more times than a fly in a cow shed!!! I wanted to ask them to calm down but was advised by other guests let the hotel sort. Quietened down and we all got some sleep from 2am but at 7.30am it all kicked off. Enough is enough so contacted reception who came to sort but the occupant was aggresive and told him to get out. Again quietened down so enquired at reception if been sorted and he had been thrown out and was told sort of. We are sat having breakfast and in he walks thinking he owns the place larger than life so not sorted by hotel. Disappointed as many residents on that floor was very worried what would happen and at no point hotel made them feel safe. No offer of any compensation so be prepared to look after yourself. Such a shame as a lovely hotel with great staff ruined by self centred idiot.

I've stayed here many times and it never fails to astound me how lovely this hotel is. From the reception staff to the rooms themselves. Just a wonderful place to stay

We went to have some relaxation and refreshments between Christmas and the New Year. Our time at All Saints Hotel did just that. All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived when we had been offered an early arrival. This was immediately resolved by giving us an upgrade to another room.

Lovely secluded area for great peace and quiet with good amenities

Beautiful surroundings, comfy bed, spacious rooms, food was stunning we were very impressed!

Breakfast was poor, Sausages pink inside, bacon cold, beans overcooked, hash browns overcooked, asked for poached egg got fried egg. Coffee poor quality and had sat a long time. Rooms ok but dated but only 1 biscuit for 2 people No warning of building works right outside the window so scaffolding and 80ft crane blocking views Booked us into a twin not a double and tried to blame Expedia saying they put the info in the wrong place on the booking. This was rectified All in all just ok, nothing special

Had cooked breakfast first day. Second day had continental and only one slice of ham and little Brie available. Asked for more and were told you were cutting down on it. Staff member then went to kitchen and said there was none left. Continental breakfast usually includes more than bakery products, fruit a cereal.

The facilities is next to none. Was expecting full English breakfast but was disappointed when I was told it was continental. However was able to pay a surcharge of £5 for a full English.

Paid extra for a full English which was bacon egg sausage beans and mushrooms...well you only get half a mushroom..how tight is that?.

Would've been 5 out of 5 but the breakfast experience spoilt it slightly. Hot buffet served by someone else, coffee in urn, one toaster for 2 slices of bread for the whole restaurant, American, latte, cappuciono Not included and had to pay for it separately. For 150quid a night, you'd expect a premium coffee with breakfast and list of more a la carte choices for food. Staff were so very helpful, nice and worked really, really hard.

Welcoming friendly team, plans had changed and received a free upgrade which was great. Spacious clean room with good facilities. Well equipped gym and nice size pool are available to use. Hotel was very good service abs facilities. Regretted eating in the restaurant for dinner. Restaurant managers customer service questionable and main meal was not at the quality we would have expected for 2 AA rosette restaurant, hot breakfast also basic.
