Urban Hotel Grantham

Plenty parking, pleasant staff, decent room, very, very good value for money.

Parking easy , staff good , needs food and bar

Considering the hotel is only open for beds rooms it was in a decent condition just a little dated

Room was freezing cold. Had a little old fashioned heater we had to put on when we got into the room which took ages to heat up. The reception staff were friendly. The hotel was dead, I'm sure we were nearly the only ones there. The whole of the one side of the hotel we were in seemed to be freezing like they only heated the front half where the reception desk was. Rooms were big but very run down and old. We wouldn't stay there again.
