The property was great. The beach access was so nice, literally a 2 minute walk out the front doors. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to so many restaurants and shopping stores. The ONLY complaint I had, was the parking availability. You have to pay to park at the hotel, $39 per night. That may be considered normal for that area, but it was the only inconvenience we had. You have to pay to park EVERYWHERE you go.

Very nice hotel. Close to the beach. The roof top viewing area is exactly that. I feel that could be utilized a bit more. Place was very clean with friendly staff. Love how secure the floors are. Have to use your room key to get to your floor. Makes traveling feel safer.

Very good hotel for me and my friends to stay at for spring break. Right next to the beach. Gym was perfect and so was the pool although the hot tub was not always hot but that is understandable as they were putting in a new heater. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Great experience overall 8/10. I got upgraded to balcony and the balcony was very underwhelming…not worth the extra if you need to pay. The pool was big but needs to have an optional heating option. The hot tub was broken

My partner and i booked our anniversary trip here - upon arrival there was an open condom wrapper on the ground in our room, had a smell, and hair in the shower drain and overall the room was not up to standard as far as cleanliness you expect in a hotel period. I went to the desk and he gave us a new room. When we got to the 2nd room the floors were sticky & gross- they made a squeak sound when we walked around and the room was muggy and the AC wouldn’t go past 73 so i called and they said they’d fix- when front desk called me back she lied to me and said that’s as low as it gets and i can go see for myself that maintenance fixed it ( even though i knew that’s a lie because the last room was way cooler) i went to desk and asked for a manager to tell them that this hasn’t been great and she assured us to call the other manager in the morning because he was dealing with other things - not super thrilled after our discussion we went back to our room & maintenance was there in our room unannounced and made us feel stupid about their issue. He said our heat was on and he had to manually fix it himself but kept saying it’s our fault touching all the buttons. He said “it’s Florida don’t you want it hot” Thankfully it was fixed after but just extremely strange to lie. Also the pool gets 0 sun and the hot tub is room temperature. Overall - i would never come back here and would never recommend anybody to stay here. The standard here is low and it’s barely cheaper than other hotels

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we stored our stuff and walked around. All was fine with that We went back and our friends room was ready for $25 US an hour early which we weren’t told until he was checked in An hour later our room was ready Maybe housekeeping should have taken another look around There were socks and some trash on one side of the bed which our 2 year old handed us I went to take a shower later that evening and the hand towel in the shower had someone else’s mascara on it and the shower was filled with orange and black mold Told the front desk and the reply was “ew. That’s not good” Lipstick on a pig situation The property is nice The rooms need a good actual cleaning

The property was OK. The food that they serve at the restaurant on site is very good but the rooms itself horrible they’re not being clean properly the room that I stay in the bathroom definitely needed a good cleaning. The remote in between the tiles sheets doesn’t feel clean. and you have to pay $40 a day for valet parking they don’t have regular parking.

The air conditioner in the room is extremely loud. The layout of the room was strange. For example, there is no chair or seating arrangement on the rooftop. The bed is facing the rooftop, but the TV is to the right of the bed. There was one plug for my charger that didn’t work. There were no shops in this hotel. Only one brunch spot. Unfortunately, my husband and I both had hair in our food and the service took forever. There is an advertisement that says Mariela’s Rooftop but there was no rooftop bar. It looked shut down.

The hotel was very modern with a comfortable bed. Valet was good with one exception- they coded the parking wrong and it took them a while to find the car one of the nights that we stayed. You also have to request room service to clean your room by 10a which wasn’t disclosed to us during check in. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and updated! Nice shower and fridge in the rooms also. The beach is really close, only one street away from the hotel!

Room wasn't ready at 4pm for check-in. This wasn't communicated very well and only a brief, single-sentence apology was offered. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself is fine; pretty good for the price point. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything you'd like. The water pressure in the shower was poor, though, which made cleaning off after the beach particularly challenging. The area outside the hotel feels safe, and access to the beach is very good. It is, however, almost in 'no man's land' between Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and the Las Olas Beach area, so be prepared to get lots of Ubers to visit bars and restaurants.

Great staff and hotel, very quiet, hardly saw anyone our whole trip. Room is a little small for being a king sized bed and there are no microwaves in the room so you have to go to the lobby to heat things up, inconvenient.

The room was dirty, the table that was behind the bed had all types of dirty markings that were extremely visible. The walls were even dirty with also visible marks! I called three times for a laundry bag and I had to end up going to the maid and asking her for one. I got to the hotel early for an early check in. With that being said, I was told that it would be $25 for an early check in and I honestly had no problem with that. But the fact that they had me waiting for an hour for my room because they gave it to someone else is ridiculous. The man at the front desk was kind enough to void the early check in until my check out date…the woman in the front desk was super rude and did not care to acknowledge my situation nor ask the man who voided the early check in and decided to still charge me. Lastly, I put in a request for a type of room and they told me that they will gladly accommodate me. Do you think they did? No. The lady read to me the notes on what I asked for and I told her that I didn’t get any of what I asked for. I will definitely not be coming back and neither will my family and friends. It’s sad that the hotel is such in a beautiful area with all these issues.

The number one thing was staff and service. The front desk lady with the piercings was terrible. She was not welcoming when we came in to check in. My friends and I traveled to Fort Lauderdale for my 30th birthday and service was just not welcoming. She had an attitude every time we spoke to her. Never smiled. It was uncomfortable for us to even go up to her because she was that horrible with an attitude. We tried to do late check out on Sunday but we couldn’t do late check out (only until 1pm) because they were booked. Even though we checked the website and there were plenty of rooms to select from that day. So that sounded like a lie and didn’t want to accommodate us. It took FOREVER to get pool towels. We had to wait 20 mins just to get towels. Please get more towels… Also, if you’re trying to be in the mix with all the restaurants/bars/cafe, you have to Uber everywhere. You’ll be fine with a car. Beach was nice because it was all residential.

Check in was a disaster.. Room took 3 hours to get ready, room was dirty, (windows, floors, shower) they overcharged me, and they very were unapologetic. Room was NEVER cleaned even when I requested in a timely Fashion. I requested towels, NEVER received them! Hotel is severely understaffed, which causes Horrible Service!

The staff was horribly rude when I was checking in. They would not housekeep the room after 10. They had a stupid service that would text you nonstop. The price was good but at the cost of the valet costing me 120 bucks for three days. Horrible I would not recommend.

This property is a block back from the beach. You do have to cross a highway. If you want beach chairs and umbrella you do have to go further down the beach. The ones in close proximity are for the condos

The Cambria was just wonderful, new and clean. Our double queen room was quite large and a nice surprise. The balcony is only one you can stand on, it is small. The pool was great, the bar staff, Josephina was amazing! We would stay here again.

The hotel was clean with tasteful decor. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only two complaints are that the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was not good at all and the internet was down for half of my stay, which was very inconvenient since I was traveling from abroad and had to pay roaming charges even while at the hotel. That said, I would stay again.

This is a very new, beautiful hotel in a great location. It’s just across the road from the Beachwalk and only a short walk to the beach. First off they make you pay for parking which is 40 a night and you have no other option but to pay. Breakfast they have but you are charged for. the deposit is 150 dollars never paid that much anywhere else. And instead of the parking coming out of that 150 they charged my card again. (Without my consent) no balcony in my room the window was broke years before I got there and still wasn’t fixed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience from my stay June 7–10. The condition of my room did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness. The HVAC vents were visibly coated with dust and debris, and there appeared to be dark staining consistent with moisture damage or possible mold around one of the ceiling vents. There was also a noticeable stain on the white comforter upon arrival, which immediately made me question the cleanliness of the bedding. What was most concerning was the amount of dust and buildup underneath the furniture. It looked as though those areas had not been cleaned in quite some time. These were not minor cosmetic issues—they affected my confidence in the overall cleanliness of the room and my ability to relax during my stay. I’ve attached photos so others can judge for themselves. I brought these concerns to the hotel’s attention because I believe guests should receive accommodations that reflect the standards advertised and the price charged. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I hope management uses this feedback as an opportunity to improve housekeeping and maintenance standards so future guests have a better experience.

The hotel it self is a nice hotel in a prime location, the issue was with the lack of attempt or follow up regarding an issue we had with the water temperature. Cool to room temperature showers over the course of a stay with no resolution of sincere apology and effort to accommodate is what really turned our experience from a great one to a disappointing experience. Front desk staff was ok but not very helpful...one one rep the really looked like he wanted to be there and give great service, the others lacked that friendly interaction you expect to receive from the front desk. Manager while nice was also not very solution oriented either.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and it was a very good stay. Upon arrival into the lobby it has an amazing smell and the staff were welcoming. The room was clean and nice, nothing spectacular but the bed was the best thing about the stay. The bluetooth mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch, loved the stones in the shower and it had nice water pressure. My only issue with the room was the AC. It seems to not get cold like many of us know hotels to get. Had a maintenance guy(extremely nice) come in and change the filter and it was better, but still not cold the way it should have been. The pool was nice, although not a true rooftop pool. Its more so on the side of the building. The beach is just minutes away, but not near the strip with all the restaurants/ bars. We had breakfast on our last day there and it was good.
