Staff lovely, food great dinner and breakfast, well decorated and comfortable, very dog friendly. Only negative comment was tv bracket placement in room-hardly faced bed😂but we managed!! Room 217. View from room was good across rooftops and fields

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t up to the standard we was expecting, although the staff were all Lovely and attentive our room was cold with ripped bedding and was noisy at times, the food in the restaurant was disappointing in that the fish and chips tasted frozen fish and we expected fresh. There was also far too many dogs in the hotel , I think we were the only people there who didn’t have a dog however this does seem to be getting the norm everywhere! The hotel is in a great location and Aldeburgh is a lovely place for exploring.

Friendly staff good choice at breakfast. Ordered hot breakfast from your table which was lovely to be waited on. Room spacious. Hotel handy for walking into town and on the beach. Lovely view of the beech from the hotel room. There was limited parking at the hotel but we got a space each time.

Parking was very easy. The car park beside the Hotel was full on our arrival but there is a garage behind the Hotel which had spaces. All the staff are amazingly helpful, efficient, good humoured and alway go that extra mile. Great selection at breakfast whatever your options.

2 night stay, very good breakfast, we has room on 2 nd floor, warm and quiet. Room had double bed, which seemed small, room could have easily accommodated a king size bed. Room was very clean and recently refurbished and was generally comfortable with 2 easy chairs and a desk chair. We had a room at the rear, not a sea view, but the rear looked over the estuary as was more interesting. We ate in the hotel restaurant and felt it was quite average. We’d stay here again.

Great friendly service on arrival and throughout our stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Food in the restaurant (Dinner and Breakfast) was superb - very well cooked and plentiful! Highly recommended and we will return.

The breakfast coukd gave been cooked better. The worst thing was the heat level in the room which we could not switch off. The whole hotel overheated it was horrendous in the room. We couldnt sleep. Guests should have the choice of heat on or off!!

Nice double room, with a non-sea view but nice view of the flatlands behind the hotel. Breakfast was very tasty but waited 40 mins for hot food on the Sunday of our stay, despite having a reservation for the meal. Bit noisy, but not unexpected for a decent size hotel.

Everything was top rate. Only one thing - upstairs the corridor outside, and inside my room was really far too hot and the water was scalding too. But the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed a wonderful night in the Brudenell to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. It is a lovely modern and clean hotel set on the promenade with fabulous beach and sea views. The room had everything we required for a comfortable nights stay and bed was very comfy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome. We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. We will definitely be returning as had such a lovely stay.

It was quite near to town centre and very easily accessible by walk towards town centre and beach. I booked a standard room but i was bit disappointed by the size of the room.
