Had a lovely overnight stay. Shame there is no lift but the stairs helped to work off the gorgeous breakfast!

I stayed at the very end of the property. Everything was good apart from the shower, the water pressure was very low and showering was very difficult. What made it worse was the seals on the shower head and hose were leaking which reduced the pressure even more. I asked reception to look at this but nothing was done. Apart from this everything else was okay.

A very well located Hotel. We paid extra for a room with a view, unfortunately this was on the 4th. floor, and for 80 year olds' 55 stairs and no lift was to say the least........testing.

Staff very helpful, we asked to switch rooms which they accommodated without arguing. Overall hotel rooms were 'tired', with mould around some windows and the accumulation of dirt in some corners. Unable to open the sash windows without them falling closed again, had to prop open with a piece of plastic I found. We had 2 rooms for our party, but though the rooms were the same price, one was nearly half the size of the other. Location really nice.
