Excellent hotel and facilities.nearly every review i read before booking complained of the night time noise and music coming from the nearby veronicas,but with having our 9 year old son,we planned carefully and paid for an ocean view room right at the back of the hotel and WE DIDNT HEAR A THING!so its worth paying the extra to get a good nights sleep in the comfortable rooms,all the staff were very friendly and having chose the all inclusive option,the food and drink in the restaurant and hotel bar was of the highest quality!special mention to all the entertainment staff-especially the guys that ran the regular kids clubs who were very professional, polite and laid on endless activities for all the kids in a safe environment and our son loved every minute!i highly recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure!

Kjekk hage og bassengområde men må stå i kø kl 08:30 visst du ønsker solstol da disse ble tatt så snart bassengområdet åpnet og ble okkupert hele dagen. Mye bråk i nærområdene med nattklubber og puben på hjørnet viser fotballkamp og har live-musikk hele kvelden. Vi bodde i 11.etasje og måtte gå inn da vi ikke kunne snakke sammen på terrassen pga støyen derfra. Sov med øyrepropper. Hadde vært bedre med rom mot sjøen. Slitt interiør, absolutt behov for renovasjon av rommene. Sengene var nye og komfortable, så det var bra. To små heiser tok oss opp til 11.etasje men den ene stoppet flere ganger i løpet av oppholdet vårt noe som skapte lang kø om morgenen både opp og ned. Treg innsjekk med manuell registrering, kunne hatt fordel av å digitalisere denne prosessen noe mer, spesielt når en busslast nye gjester skal sjekkes inn samtidig. Sentralt og greit, masse restauranter og fin strand i nærområdet, gangavstand til det meste.

The room could do with refurbishment. No plug sockets near the bed. There was a single available socket under the TV, which is pretty inconvenient if you’re a couple sharing. There were far fewer sunbeds than there were people staying at the hotel, so unless you queued up in the morning before the pool area opened, you had zero chance of getting a sunbed. There was no vanity kit in the bathroom, which, for a supposedly four-star hotel, is disappointing. The shower gel pump dispenses a tiny amount each time, requiring you to pump it several times to get any reasonable amount to use. The gel itself was thin and didn’t lather at all sufficiently. There was a reasonable breakfast selection, although the quality of the pastries was not great; the coffee was terrible. Cereals were not great, although the yoghurt was decent. I didn’t eat dinner here and would not choose to based on the breakfast quality. The hotel overlooks the sea, and all rooms have a balcony. The noise from the strip overlooking the hotel caused sleep disturbance, so if you’re a light sleeper, I would suggest a different hotel. In summary: I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it. It is not a four-star hotel in my view.

Nice hotel , but rooms are dated. Food good for adults . We were in B block is the opposite side to the strip which we though would have been quiet , but we were so wrong as the bar Leonardo bar across the road was louder than the strip . Pool area not big enough for the size of hotel .

We were ment to be in a quite room, never slept for 4 nights for the noise from the strip breakfast was ok not out standing food cold at times. Sunbeds were so uncomfortable unless you were lucky enough to get one if the few good ones, the pool needs a good clean and a paint . Definitely would not book again !!!!

If its location you are looking for this hotel is right in amongst all the bars, restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel itself is dated, but for the price it was comfortable enough. Superb staff. Excellent breakfast choice. Pool area can get busy, but the sea is on your doorstep.

Changement de chambre au bout de 3 nuits d’insomnie car boîte de nuit ouverte toute les nuits et en plein air ; l’hôtel surplombant la boîte de nuit Parking très petit obligé de louer une place 6€ la nuit . Fabulous hotel right on the beach. Staff were amazing and very considerate. A little noisy at night but quietened down outside about midnight on our side. My only gripe was that the second lift was out of action for at least half the week which meant large queues at busy times and as I am not good on my legs this was an issue. All told wa lovely hotel but need to address the lift issues, as I believe it was just the same in Tower B.

Expected it to be loud given the location and reviews, but the room was incredibly old and dirty — things have clearly fallen apart a long time ago. There was only one electric jack for the whole room at the very bottom of the bar, super inconvenient to charge anything as a cord wouldn’t reach unless you put it on the floor (absolutely not), fan wasn’t adjustable as the knob was hanging on by a thread, had no drinking water available other than vending machines or convenience stores. The food at breakfast was stale and inedible, a waste of money and wouldn’t have included it had I known, could only eat the unpeeled bananas and drink coffee.

As a family, we received a nice warm and friendly welcome upon our arrival. We enjoyed the hotel's close location to the beach and other local amenities. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment provided, I participated in the daily outdoor well-being classes and we both enjoyed the variety of options available for our daily breakfast. Our stunning sea view room was above the entertainment stage and local night clubs but we didn't mind. The house keeping team were great, very polite and kept our rooms clean and tidy - making beds, changing towels, sweeping and mopping floors daily. However, the overall decor of our room was tired. We found the beds uncomfortable and discovered cockroaches in our room on three separate days. Admittedly we did not report this because for one, we know the critters are naturally present in hot climates (we saw them outside all over the over island); Two, we deterred more turning up by leaving the bathroom and hall lights on at night and keeping the balcony door closed. We believe they originated from the bathroom's old fashioned, poorly designed, gappy and very dusty perforated suspended ceiling. The hallway had a bare-thin, heavily soiled and odorous carpet that would be better served being replaced by tiles. Only made worse when a neighbour had vomited on it one evening. Should the decor be improved to meet the overall good level of customer service we received, we would definitely consider Sol Tenerife again when in Tenerife.

Only stayed one night and had an ocean front view room which was lovely. As a non smoker you could tell that smokers had been in the room as it smelt of stale smoke which was rather unpleasant. Any longer and I would have had to change rooms. Room had a mini fridge so no coffee or milk available but had a kettle. Location is ideal and at the start of Veronica strip which is great as it’s very convenient for beach, restaurants and nightlife. Very busy hotel but very organised at reception and pool bar. Couldn’t cope with all those guests for a week !

The whole building was Old and unclean furnitures. Sliding door was almost Come off. No sealant between frame and glass, it was scary for all of us. This room was the 2nd time changed after balcony fence was fallen down while we were out. And they changed the room for us. Not recommended.

Hotel was in a great location and staff were friendly but a lot of things were lacking. The interior of the room was old. The room had no soundproofing and could hear everything from next room, the corridor and the bars at the main road. During night, the load music of Leonardos was louder than the TV! Overall bad experience. I could also smell the cigarettes from the people next door smoking at the balcony. Very bad. I stayed 5 days and they cleaning was very basic. The didn't hoover or moped the floor.

Great location by the sea and lovely for a walk along the promenade - right into Los Cristianos.Very clean and efficient. Staff work very hard from the lovely girls at reception checking in, to the dining room staff and the cleaning team. I read the negative reviews and emailed the Manager, Pablo, requesting Block B (away from noise of bars) and near my family. He emailed back and actioned my request - great customer service. I would say this hotel ticks the boxes for functional and efficiency - you get what you pay for. It was great sunbathing and listening to the Atlantic rolling sea. Improvement: Sunbeds - better system should be used so people are not putting towels on beds and then leaving them unoccupied for hours. I stayed in another hotel where people booked their beds 2 days in advance. They came down and lady ticked off their name on the list. If they didn't come down by 10:00 a.m., then their sunbed was available for anyone to use. I've stayed in a variety of different hotels in my time from basic to luxury and I would say that for the cost, including breakfast, location - it's fine.

The hotel is in an excellent location and very close to the beach, bars and nightlife. Walking to both Adeje and Los Cristianos is easy for those with no mobility issues. Breakfast was fabulous with the staff friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that the hotel is tired which makes some areas look unclean even although the cleaners do their absolute best, and the proximity to nightlife (only a downside for some). We were located in Tower B so only heard noise from the nearby karaoke a couple of times, which was easily rectified with earplugs or earphones. This hotel is reasonably priced and perfect for youngsters on their first holiday abroad, stag/hen do’s and group birthday celebrations in the sun.

Hotellet är trevligt med ett fantastiskt läge. Rejäla bufféer till frukost och middag. (Vi hade halvpension) Maten är god men väldigt snällt kryddad. Vi hade fin utsikt från vårt rum över poolområdet och havet med La Gomera i horisonten. Liten balkong men funkade fint för två. Inredningen känns omodern och en upprustning kommer snart behövas. Men, trots att vi var nöjda finns det saker som drar ner vår upplevelse och det är ljudet på kvällstid. Nattklubbarna runt omkring gjorde att jag på fredag kväll hade en ljudvolym som jag med en app jag har mätte till mellan 55-70 decibel. Trots öronproppar var det omöjligt att sova. Övriga kvällar var väldigt högljudda men då hjälpte öronproppar. Dessutom är det lyhört mellan rummen.

Room was very clean and checked every day. Towels were stolen on our first day so that meant a bad feel to start the holiday. Location and s good except it is right beside Veronica’s which is the liveliest and loudest area of the Island which we had not done our research on. Breakfast was awful and we ended up eating else where after trying it for two days.

My partner was constantly bitten by what we can only assume was bedbugs and the breakfast buffet was varied but poor quality, even the coffee tasted wrong. It is convenient for the nightlife in the area however it is LOUD as the balcony doors are paper thin.

Todo es muy viejo, el hotel es para reformar totalmente !! Solo la ubicacion esta bien. La comida de muy baja calidad y ademas muy mal presentada. We had a family holiday here and loved every minute. Amazing entertainment staff with a big shout out to Nadia, Alex and Daniel who were fun and very friendly :) The acts were great as well. The nicest buffet food we’ve ever had, so many choices and lovely fresh meats and fish. Great location, right on the beach with a nice walk along the front. Lovely hotel, rooms and clean swimming pools. Would definitely come back again, thank you :)

This is not a 4 * hotel. It is very noisy due to being beside Veronicas so take ear plugs if you won’t be out partying all night. Rooms badly need modernised, was there 4 nights and killed 6 cockroaches in my room, asked reception if they had a spray I could use to kill them but they didn’t have anything. Breakfast was good with plenty variety, pool area is too small for the size of the hotel, takes ages to get served at the pool bar.

I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good.
