First time staying at La Siesta and would definitely recommend it. The location is amazing excellent. Close to everything we needed and cabs all the time if you wanted to get out of the area. The pools were great. Food and drinks were available all day and was nice amount to chose from. The staff were all lovely, reception was helpful, the cleaners were so lovely and the bar and restaurant staff were great. The only things (which are so tiny) that would have made it better was the music round the pool - the same music everyday. That could be changed up. Wifi wasn’t the best but I had data so all good. Great hotel and worth every penny.

Pros: - rooms were good and air-conditioning eapecially pleasent - pool area was superb, super family-friendly and prices at the pool bar were more than reasonanle - shows/activities took children well into account - breakfast was good, not great, but good. With real orange juice and slightlt better coffee it would have been great - location is A++ between two cities grown together over the years (las americas, los cristianos) Cons: - noice from neighbouring UP hotel was really loud between around 10-1130pm. - a lot, A LOT of brits. Though, they made absolutely no disturbance, but just so that you are aware. - late checkout was 11€/hour, we only needed hour after 12 nights of stay. I found it a bit unreasonable. All in all, it's probably hard to find better value for money. We had B&B, so no opinion about lunch or dinner.

We stayed at La Siesta for two weeks. We thought the rooms were brilliant, very well appointed and lots of room for the three of us using it! The food in the dining room was very good, lots of choices and generally very good quality. One morning they hd run out of pancakes (it was nearly ten o clock) so fair enough, but one of the lady chefs very kindly made a fresh batch of pancakes for my daughter which was so very kind! The pool area was very good, we could always find a sunbed but it could have been kept a bit cleaner really, that was my only criticism. The toilets for the pool could also have been kept a bit cleaner. The entertainment and children’s club was brilliant! My daughter loved both Camilla and Adde, who expertly ran the children’s activities. She loves doing the arts and crafts every day, getting her face painted every day and going to the kids mini disco. The energy that Camilla and Adde must have used every day was impressive- massive high five to them both!! Their efforts are probably our favourite memories of this hotel now as they clearly worked hard and enjoy their jobs. The bar was well equipped and the staff at the bar and the restaurant clearly worked incredibly hard - we always had the feeling that they were one or two staff members down, especially in the restaurant. Luis (or Antonio as he was sometimes known?!?) was one of our favourites, he always had a smile for Willow! Overall lovely hotel and would recommend for families!

Værelset var fint, men der var kakerlakker og rengøringen var sparsom under opholdet. All inclusive fungerede ikke. Da det først var da vi kom frem til hotellet, at vi blev gjort opmærksom på at man fik forblandede drinks i stedet for friske fx eller den billige appelsinjuice i stedet for rigtig juice. På det tidspunkt var det ikke muligt for os at komme ud af all-inclusive. Maden var heller ikke noget prangende. Alt i alt en lidt skuffende oplevelse og vil ikke anbefale at bestille med andet end morgenmad. Den indendørs pool havde man ikke adgang til uden et ekstra gebyr. Det var ellers en af grundene til at vi valgte hotellet. Pool faciliteter var rigtig fine og det var legeplads, legerum og fitness også.

Enjoyed our week here. Been in other hotels in the area and would definitely return. Themed food was a bit hit and miss but always something to eat. One moan is that empty food trays were rarely filled or replaced. Loved the pool and roof area. Made good use of peaceful adults only roof but no shade or umbrellas there. Used spa pools several times, sauna and steam room. Fantastic! All staff very welcoming and friendly! Thank you.

Over het algemeen aangenaam verblijf gehad. Geluidsniveau bij het zwembad van de muziek was te hard. De spa was niet beschikbaar en was niet over gecommuniceerd. Er is geen mogelijkheid om (gratis) drinkwater te consumerenpensioen. Het restaurant was goed en uitgebreid.

The good: - Extremely friendly staff - Very clean rooms - Lots of sockets in the rooms - Rooms large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (though tight with 4 people ) - Location was great, next to the taxi stand and the main road. The Bad - Lack of hygiene in the restaurant: I saw cockroaches on the floor, and they used the same tongs for raw meat and the cooked meat. Plates were not always clean. - The breakfast was chaotic. It was extremely hard to get utensils, cups run out for coffee, glasses run out for water/juice - The pool was overcrowded; it was impossible to get a lounger, since most were reserved and the lifeguards did nothing to empty them - 60% of the machines in the gym were broken - Pool tables were broken - The restaurant food was repetitive ; mostly OK but you get what you pay for - This was not a 4 star hotel; a reasonable 3 star certainly

Ein gutes Hotel, bei dem es an der Grundreinigung in den Zimmern und am Gang hapert. Die Duschwand und der große Spiegel wurden während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Der Teppich am Gang würde einmal einen Staubsauger vertragen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Poolanlage sehr sauber, beheizter Pool vorhanden. Beim Essen reichliche Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität der Speisen. Selbstgemachte Desserts wären besser als die angebotenen zugekauften.

A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast offerings a decent choice but a bit repetitive. Evening meals were better. I eat fish and seafood daily and there was a good varied choice of fish dishes throughout the week. Location of hotel is very good just short walks to the beach, the shops and the bus stop to travel further afield from the locality and to and from the airport (bus route 40) Enjoyed my stay that much i've booked up again for February 2026

Bonjour, J’ai réservé ce séjour via votre plateforme, et je souhaite souligner la gentillesse ainsi que le professionnalisme du personnel, en particulier au SPA et au restaurant. Ce dernier mérite d’ailleurs d’autant plus d’éloges qu’il doit travailler dans des conditions inacceptables. En effet, la salle du restaurant était infestée de cafards : au sol, sur les murs et surtout sur les buffets où la nourriture était exposée (voir photos jointes). C’est tout simplement inadmissible. Je ne comprends pas qu’un site comme Hotels.com recommande encore un établissement présentant d’aussi graves manquements en matière d’hygiène. Cet hôtel est censé être un 4 étoiles ? Il ne les mérite clairement pas. Nous avons signalé le problème sur place, mais n’avons reçu que de vagues excuses et aucun geste commercial, ce qui aurait pourtant été un minimum. J’espère que ce message ne restera pas sans suite, tant en ce qui concerne une éventuelle sanction à l’encontre de l’établissement qu’un dédommagement à mon égard. Il ne les mérite clairement pas. Nous avons signalé le problème sur place, mais n’avons reçu que de vagues excuses et aucun geste commercial, ce qui aurait pourtant été un minimum. J’espère que ce message ne restera pas sans suite, tant en ce qui concerne une éventuelle sanction à l’encontre de l’établissement qu’un dédommagement à mon égard. The good: - Extremely friendly staff - Very clean rooms - Lots of sockets in the rooms - Rooms large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (though tight with 4 people ) - Location was great, next to the taxi stand and the main road. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für familien mit Kleinkindern. Der Fitnessraum war leider etwas veraltet aber trotzdem noch nutzbar. Beim Buffet gab es täglich eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen. Bitte beachten, dass bei Halbpension noch extra Kosten für die Getränke anfallen während des Mittag oder Abendessen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Pros: - rooms were good and air-conditioning eapecially pleasent - pool area was superb, super family-friendly and prices at the pool bar were more than reasonanle - shows/activities took children well into account - breakfast was good, not great, but good. With real orange juice and slightlt better coffee it would have been great - location is A++ between two cities grown together over the years (las americas, los cristianos) Cons: - noice from neighbouring UP hotel was really loud between around 10-1130pm. - a lot, A LOT of brits. Though, they made absolutely no disturbance, but just so that you are aware. - late checkout was 11€/hour, we only needed hour after 12 nights of stay. I found it a bit unreasonable. All in all, it's probably hard to find better value for money. We had B&B, so no opinion about lunch or dinner.

The club Alexandria room was perfect - so spacious with lovely large comfy beds and nicely presented. We had bathrobes and slippers too and a fantastic pool view room. Hotel in a super position, away from noisy areas but within easy walking distance of everything we wa ted. Absolutely loved it.

God service og god mad. Værelset var også ok, med store senge (sofaen) til børnene. Den store seng var dog hård og ubekvem. Også puderne var ikke af højeste kvalitet. Døren til badeværelset kunne man ikke låse eller lukke ordentligt. Ellers var der nok rent. Wifi virkede ikke eller meget dårligt fra værelset, helt ok fra poolen.

A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast offerings a decent choice but a bit repetitive. Evening meals were better. I eat fish and seafood daily and there was a good varied choice of fish dishes throughout the week. Location of hotel is very good just short walks to the beach, the shops and the bus stop to travel further afield from the locality and to and from the airport (bus route 40) Enjoyed my stay that much i've booked up again for February 2026

Entertainment for kids every night early evening and for adults afterwards. Room was big, clean, with fridge, safe and patio doors to balcony. The food was plentiful but aimed at international customers. Dinner had little traditional British food but we always managed to find something. Did not like having to pay extra for the room safe.

Check-in was smooth , but rooms were very small. We were given 2 joint single beds , and not a double bed - not ideal for couples . Food choices were limited in the full board . Not good tasting food. Food service was slow. Have to wait long before you can find glasses for juice and coffee at breakfast. No cutlery provided at dinner once , despite being asked for a few times . The coffee machine ran out of milk and was never topped up during the breakfast session. Over all , poor service .

Dommage que je ne puisse mettre 0 ! Service client déplorable : suite à une erreur de date de réservation, j’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de joindre l’établissement pour modifier/annuler la réservation en tardif. Ils m’ont baladé pendant 2 jours en prétextant que le manager n’était pas là (un week-end, bien sûr !) Finalement, le lundi : «désolée madame, trop tard pour annuler, pénalité de 100% du montant de la réservation !!! » Les conditions générales prévoyaient pourtant une pénalité d’1 nuitée seulement pour non-presentation. Des escrocs, sans aucune considération pour les clients. Je ne compte pas en rester là.. Je déconseille fortement.

Property itself was oké, but the location was in the party area of the town. Frontdesk staff was the worst kind: arrogant, no intrest in guests, not helpfull, etc. These people are, in my opinion essential for a pleasant stay. Mainly british party guests. Cleaningstaff and waiters are friendly though. Pools suitable for guests of every age.

The property was located in between where the nightlife is (Veronica’s strip) with a 5-10 min walk and in the other direction a much less quieter surroundings. Ample of bars and restaurants outside the hotel. Facilities of the hotel are ok, despite having to pay for using the safe in the room, replacing the tea, milk and coffee sachets in the room.

I’ve just come home from a weeks stay at La Siesta, and I couldn’t be more happy with it. The location is fantastic, your a 5 min walk away from Veronica strip and 5 mins from the beach and all the good bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful. If I had to fault anything I’d say the breakfast could be better, however that doesn’t matter much to me as I always eat out everyday anyway. I’d definitely stay here again. I’m definitely coming back here next year.

We stayed at La Siesta for two weeks. We thought the rooms were brilliant, very well appointed and lots of room for the three of us using it! The food in the dining room was very good, lots of choices and generally very good quality. One morning they hd run out of pancakes (it was nearly ten o clock) so fair enough, but one of the lady chefs very kindly made a fresh batch of pancakes for my daughter which was so very kind! The pool area was very good, we could always find a sunbed but it could have been kept a bit cleaner really, that was my only criticism. The toilets for the pool could also have been kept a bit cleaner. The entertainment and children’s club was brilliant! My daughter loved both Camilla and Adde, who expertly ran the children’s activities. She loves doing the arts and crafts every day, getting her face painted every day and going to the kids mini disco. The energy that Camilla and Adde must have used every day was impressive- massive high five to them both!! Their efforts are probably our favourite memories of this hotel now as they clearly worked hard and enjoy their jobs. The bar was well equipped and the staff at the bar and the restaurant clearly worked incredibly hard - we always had the feeling that they were one or two staff members down, especially in the restaurant. Luis (or Antonio as he was sometimes known?!?) was one of our favourites, he always had a smile for Willow! Overall lovely hotel and would recommend for families!

She loves doing the arts and crafts every day, getting her face painted every day and going to the kids mini disco. The energy that Camilla and Adde must have used every day was impressive- massive high five to them both!! Their efforts are probably our favourite memories of this hotel now as they clearly worked hard and enjoy their jobs. The bar was well equipped and the staff at the bar and the restaurant clearly worked incredibly hard - we always had the feeling that they were one or two staff members down, especially in the restaurant. Luis (or Antonio as he was sometimes known?!?) was one of our favourites, he always had a smile for Willow! Overall lovely hotel and would recommend for families!

The property was overall lovely, with all amenities as required for a short stay in a hotel. We struggled on many occasions to find a sunbed. Prices for food and drinks are not as cheap as we expected with many surrounding bars and food places serving the same drinks and food for cheaper. Definitely great to go out. Breakfast was appalling, coffee and juice was super though!

A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast offerings a decent choice but a bit repetitive. Evening meals were better. I eat fish and seafood daily and there was a good varied choice of fish dishes throughout the week. Location of hotel is very good just short walks to the beach, the shops and the bus stop to travel further afield from the locality and to and from the airport (bus route 40) Enjoyed my stay that much i've booked up again for February 2026

Værelset var fint, men der var kakerlakker og rengøringen var sparsom under opholdet. All inclusive fungerede ikke. Check-in was smooth , but rooms were very small. We were given 2 joint single beds , and not a double bed - not ideal for couples . Food choices were limited in the full board . Not good tasting food. Food service was slow. Have to wait long before you can find glasses for juice and coffee at breakfast. No cutlery provided at dinner once , despite being asked for a few times . The coffee machine ran out of milk and was never topped up during the breakfast session. Over all , poor service .

Excellent! From the moment we arrived, staff were friendly & helpful! Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of beds around the pool area. Food was good with plenty of options. Good location close to beach and restaurants, would definitely return!

Bonjour, J’ai réservé ce séjour via votre plateforme, et je souhaite souligner la gentillesse ainsi que le professionnalisme du personnel, en particulier au SPA et au restaurant. Ce dernier mérite d’ailleurs d’autant plus d’éloges qu’il doit travailler dans des conditions inacceptables. En effet, la salle du restaurant était infestée de cafards : au sol, sur les murs et surtout sur les buffets où la nourriture était exposée (voir photos jointes). C’est tout simplement inadmissible. Je ne comprends pas qu’un site comme Hotels.com recommande encore un établissement présentant d’aussi graves manquements en matière d’hygiène. Cet hôtel est censé être un 4 étoiles ? Il ne les mérite clairement pas. Nous avons signalé le problème sur place, mais n’avons reçu que de vagues excuses et aucun geste commercial, ce qui aurait pourtant été un minimum. The good: - Extremely friendly staff - Very clean rooms - Lots of sockets in the rooms - Rooms large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (though tight with 4 people ) - Location was great, next to the taxi stand and the main road. We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water. I recommend this hotel.
