Pool area was so clean and water warm. There should be a pool bar. Even a hatch in wall. You have to get dressed and shoes on ! One bar staffed by one person in reception are for day and night.

Todo perfecto. Habitaciones amplias, buffet muy variado y la comida muy buena. Las duchas de cortesía en la piscina son una gran idea ya que puedes pasar el día de salida en la piscina y luego ducharteZ La única cosa negativa que el gimnasio las máquinas hay algunas que no funcionan.

Hotel was good but slighlty outdated. Nice golf course Nice heated outdoor pools. Breakfast lunch and finner was good. Parking should be free, not sure why they were charging £10/day when the hotel is outside of the city centre.

Clean room, lovely food- bbq night on terrace and Mexican night were delicious, breakfast full English also very good. Not too busy round the pool, could always get a sunbed. Cheap taxi to las vistas beach €8. The play park is perfect for kids. I think the kids entertainment in the evening wasn’t great- they said there was a kids disco at 8.30pm but this never seemed to happen- just someone doing balloons- also quite late for kids entertainment. Overall a fantastic stay

Große helle Zimmer. Sehr gute Matratzen. Blick auf den Golfplatz. Im großen und ganzen ruhig, allerdings lassen sich die Zimmertüren nicht leise schließen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet. Durch die Größe des Hotels sind beim Frühstück entsprechend viele Menschen unterwegs. Schöner SPA Bereich. Massage war auch sehr gut, wenn auch nicht unbedingt günstig so lohnt es sich doch.

The location wasn’t ideal unless you are prepared to pay for taxis every time you want to leave the resort. Bed sheets wasn’t changed for the entire week we were there, and the floors were filthy. We went bed and breakfast, enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty of variety. Aside of location and some cleaning issues, the staff were fantastic, entertainment was good and I would stay again if I didn’t want to leave the resort. The “Spa” wasn’t fantastic with the pool being cold, the steam room barely functioning and kids splashing and playing, there wasn’t much room for relaxation. The Indian restaurant was absolutely out of this world, incredible food. Although based in the reception it was a separate entity.

J’ai passé les trois nuits les pires de ma vie. J’ai du tuer au moins 7 Cucaracha (des blattes) et je me suis aperçu que mon lit était infesté intégralement de punaise de lit (voir photos ci-dessous) qui m’ont piqué deux nuit de nuit à me faire saigner. Seul proposition faite, être surclassé dans un duplex déguelasse a 3h du matin et devoir tout transférer sans aide. Dormi 3h car insomnie. Après avoir rencontré le directeur que n’a pas voulu me rembourser les trois nuit de mon séjour, j’ai fuis cette hôtel miteux. Les chambres sont salle, le ménage est mal fait. Je vais déposer plainte pour insalubrité et risque pour la clientèle. Je dois aussi passer tout mes vêtements au pressing pour éliminer les œufs de punaise pondu dans mes vêtements. Cet HÔTEL EST UNE HONTE POUR TENERIF, je vous le déconseille du fond du coeur. Je ressors sous le choque après trois nuits épouvantables. Des suites de mon passage dans cet hôtel, j'ai déclenché une réaction allergique GRAVE et j'ai du aller aux urgences à mon retour en France afin de soulager mes souffrances.

Many years ago this may well have been a 4 star hotel, but not now. Very tired rooms, sockets hanging out of the wall etc. There is no sound proofing so you can hear doors slamming etc. Poor breakfast selection. Dietary requirements are not catered for, such as non dairy milk. The toilets by the pool are horrendous and actually quite dangerous. Reception staff not overly friendly but the cleaners were pleasant. We spent most of our time out of the hotel, and would definitely not return. Plus points: Taxis are readily available and the view of the golf course from our room was lovely and very peaceful.

So many issues. 1. Ant infestation in our room 2. No bin in our room when we arrived 3. Atrocious cleaning day to day with rubbish not being taken out 4. Complete disregard for health and safety - there was broken glass on the floor where breakfast is served. I told a waiter and they did nothing to clean it. 5. Atrociously slow check in with no enough staff for the number of guests and staff letting people push into the check in queue 6. Food is awful and the hot breakfast is cold Will never stay here again

Helpful staff on reception. Spacious rooms and balcony’s in a peaceful setting away from the busy tourist drag. My only negative is the scrum at breakfast which was saved for me by the cheerful and helpful Moroccan egg chef.

We loved this hotel. It was absolutely immaculate. The room was very large and the balcony outside was massive. The towels were changed every day and the bedding 3 times over the period of a week. Our room was fully mopped out nearly every day. The pool was warm and the area hosed down and mopped daily. There was lots of choices of food and it was all cooked very well. Your own choice of omelette cooked for you at breakfast and meats cooked freshly in the evenings, as well as lots of casseroles et cetera. the staff were all friendly and helpful. All in all it was a lovely stay and we would definitely go back.

Bel hôtel confortable avec chambre spacieuse. Buffet bon et varié pour le déjeuner. La piscine et la végétation autour de l’hôtel est belle. C’est propre et le personnel est très sympathique. Le fait que l’emplacement est un peu à l’écart du centre-ville rend l’hôtel plus calme et c’était apprécié pour nous. Le seul commentaire négatif est que les chambres sont pas très bien insonorisées. Nous nous sommes fait réveillé plusieurs fois par les gens dehors et dans la chambre au dessus.

Great room! Lovely big bed. The golf view terrace with sun loungers was amazing if you wanted an alternative to pool side. Great pool area with one accessible pool via ramp. Indian restaurant located in hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately multiple balcony door locks where broken meaning the room was unsecure. This was fixed after asking at reception within a couple of hours. Not ideal as this should be checked by hotel but happy the issue was resolved. Expensive hotel shop but loads of choice within a 20 minute walk. Would stay again!

It is a nice, well kept hotel, with lots of staff. We had breakfast included, with a large selection of items. Very good quality, with lots of coffee machines & fruit juices. No complaints about the breakfast. Rooms were quite large & clean, although our second room with golf course view, was not as clean as the first one. It also did not have the sun loungers it was supposed to have. It is a 'cashless' hotel, which means you cannot buy anything throughout the hotel with cash. This clearly annoyed a LOT of people! It may well be more convenient for the hotel, but it is very inconvenient for the customer! I heard no end of moaning from customers about this. We were going to buy some drinks, but we didn't bother because of it. You have to use a card (which presumably will incur a transaction/conversion fee each time used), or set up an account at reception. However, our visit was let down for several reasons. We had VERY noisy yobs next door, & reception couldn't care less & wouldn't move us. Neither could they about several break ins on last day according to one customer. Police were called. Many patio doors NOT locking - hence why so many break ins, especially that day in the rooms facing the golf course! Also, clientele was somewhat chavvy. Tattoos everyhwere, common & loud. The place was full of a certain type of person - I think people expecting a luxury environment will be disappointed! Hotel has no restaurants or shops nearby at all. Taxi to beach was 11 euros!!

All in all we have had a good stay. I’d rather have been in the main hotel area. The section we were in was very badly lit and quite noisey. First impressions weren’t good when you walk into reception to see somebody asleep. I wouldn’t put the hotel at four star. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Overall, our impression of the hotel was very positive. For a relatively low price, you can truly enjoy a nice and relaxing holiday. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection and good quality food. It was a big advantage that the pool water was warm, and the entire area was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful place, so there was no noise from traffic. It was lovely to open the window in the morning and hear the birds singing. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
Overall, our impression of the hotel was very positive. For a relatively low price, you can truly enjoy a nice and relaxing holiday. ***STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED*** As a frequent traveller and reviewer, I travel around the world for both business and leisure purposes throughout the year. I understand that things can go wrong sometimes and if it happens I always try to speak to the hotel directly at first instance. But unfortunate on this occasion my experience was beyong shocking and I was amazed by how bad this hotel had been run! To summarise the problem: - We went up and down 6 times in total because the room key cards didnt work. Clearly there was an issue with the door of the room but no one offered to swap our room! We also had to wait for half an hour for the security to open the door using the little device at 2:30 in the morning! - We booked a twin but was given a double bed to share. No apology given, just told us our request couldnt be met. My friend had to sleep on the sofa for the night which was beyond ideal! - Restaurant was chaotic. Our dinner was part of the half board package but no clean table in the restaurant. Only 4 staff working to serve likely to be 400 guests. Buffet was a mess. After waiting for a while we decided to go somewhere else for food. - Customer service was non-existent. Rceptionist was extremely rude, unprofessinal and unhelpful. Manager unavailable in the evening so was told to speak to him in the morning at 9am. He didnt arrive till 10:30am! And after I told him about all the issues we had, all he tried to give were the excuses. Absolutely shocking!

I just got back from Gara suites. Reception Staff lovely, Cafe staff was lovely. Breakfast was good I think but only eat once of a night BBQ Night wasnt that impressed. Rooms are lovely and modern I did enjoy myself apart from my Watch going missing in the room. My watch was at the side of the sink in my bathroom and the cleaner had only been in the bathroom to change towels and my watch was gone! I spoke to Reception and the lovely man called Cleaning Department but no look on finding my watch! So have to go through insurance now. (If you are to stay all I would say is make sure you use the safe for expensive belongings and can go missing) Apart from watch going missing it was a nice hotel! Security guards where lovely aswell, very welcoming!

Cleaning karts are very Loud sound like people roller skating in the early morning, cleaner tried to steal my shorts had to go confront them and go through the dirty towels bag to get them back, breakfast chef didn’t want to be there, pool was good enough sunloungers reception staff were friendly could do with some more table tennis tables was always busy, games room was a added bonus

Surrounded by the golf course made it quiet and pleasant. It's about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but the walk is pleasant. Also an option for Taxi scooters which hang around by reception. Hotel itself had plenty to do. The room was incredible, plenty of space, great bed and slept well. Would stay again

We had a brilliant stay at Gara Suites. The grounds are very clean and well maintained, lovely pool with plenty of loungers. Breakfast had lots of choice - I would recommend going earlier as the food is fresher and it’s quieter. It gets very busy 9:30 onwards. Lots of choice for the breakfast including fresh pancakes and omelettes made on request with whatever ingredients you choose. The Indian on site was amazing - it was a shame it was so quiet. Definitely recommend eating here one evening. We had a golf view room which was lovely and so peaceful. It would have been nice to have loungers instead of just two chairs and a table but that is my only negative about our whole stay. Nice stroll into las Americas, it took us about 20/25 minutes to get to the main strip walking or between 6 and 8 euros in a taxi. Would stay again in the future!

Lovely stay at the Gara Suites. Location quite, overlooking golf course. We opted to stay by pool by day and walk to town in evening 25 minutes and get taxi back10 Euros. The pool was lovely and heated which was a bonus. Breakfast plenty of choice. Couldn’t fault hotel at all. Really enjoyable stay.

The location wasn’t ideal unless you are prepared to pay for taxis every time you want to leave the resort. Bed sheets wasn’t changed for the entire week we were there, and the floors were filthy. We went bed and breakfast, enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty of variety. Aside of location and some cleaning issues, the staff were fantastic, entertainment was good and I would stay again if I didn’t want to leave the resort. The “Spa” wasn’t fantastic with the pool being cold, the steam room barely functioning and kids splashing and playing, there wasn’t much room for relaxation. The Indian restaurant was absolutely out of this world, incredible food. Although based in the reception it was a separate entity.

Great Hotel, would recommend. Alot of time will be spent queing at the recpetion desk for many "quick" things you need though even if its just to ask to get a taxi which can take 15 minutes of queing which got incredibly annoying. Food was average and very boring after a few days. Staff are very hit and miss some were incredibly rude. All inclusive alchole is watered down im sure of it and its all cheap branded stuff if you want branded stuff i.e Jack daniels you have to pay. Would stay again though as it was in a great location and the pool area was lovely.

The hotel is oriented to people abroad and guiris to expend the holidays getting drunk in the swimming pool. The restaurant had a lot of possibilities to eat but everything was with low quality. Installations are enough for leisure.

Clean room, lovely food- bbq night on terrace and Mexican night were delicious, breakfast full English also very good. Not too busy round the pool, could always get a sunbed. Cheap taxi to las vistas beach €8. The play park is perfect for kids. I think the kids entertainment in the evening wasn’t great- they said there was a kids disco at 8.30pm but this never seemed to happen- just someone doing balloons- also quite late for kids entertainment. Overall a fantastic stay

Get breakfast only. Lunch and dinner buffet will cost you extra but if you love to eat alot ok. Also water or other drinks are not included in your dinner. Better spend dinner in other restaurants. Room was ok. Golf pitch view is nice.
