This was such a pleasant stay - comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and so easy to walk into the centre of town. There was a settee in our room, which you often don't find in hotel rooms - much better than one person having to sit on the bed most of the time! Parking on site was good, with plenty of spaces. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Victoria Park Lodge again.

All positive. Breakfast was excellent. Only criticism is this hotel does not mention there are limited staff spaces in the car park. We could not park and had to leave it on the main road outside. Luckily there were no restrictions. I think they should say that parking is limited.

I booked an overnight stay at Victoria Lodge Hotel in Leamington Spa. I mainly chose this hotel as it has parking facilities. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the standard of my single room, the cleanliness of the hotel, the quality and variety of the breakfast and available parking. It’s a small hotel ideally situated close to the town centre. I will certainly stay there again

It was just somewhere to put my head down after a concert a few miles away.Room was clean just a little tired apart from the remote controls for the TV which were very dirty.... definitely needed a wipe.... breakfast was fine with decent choices and all the staff were polite and attentive

Excellent location, short walk into town and to the parks . Plenty of parking . Friendly staff and welcome . Breakfast was great with a large selection of continental items followed by a tasty full breakfast . The ladies serving breakfast were so welcoming and keen to help . Our room was smaller than I imagined from the photos but adequate. Main issue was the noise from the traffic on the main road and from people walking by as there is no double glazing and we were at the front of the house . No extraction fan or window in the small bathroom which led to a musty smell inside . We would consider staying here again due to its location and staff but not in this room

A warm friendly welcome and soon checked in and guided to my room, 25, in the adjacent property next door. The room was small, but to be fair, no surprise when you think i had booked a single room. The room had everything I needed, all the tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries etc. A downside for me was the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were hard. Breakfast was pleasant and the staff were friendly. A full offering and decent portion. Very little you could say wrong with this place, apart from my choice of room, which was in my control. A good alternative to the main stream hotel chains in the town.

Nice clean hotel & friendly staff, however the bed in the room I was in was not comfortable as the base seemed to have a broken section which caused it to lean heavily to one side, not great for ones back. No heating in the bathroom either.

Very clean property. The bathroom had little alcoves to place your toiletries which also had a helpful one in the shower cubicle itself. TV not great as either a channel not available or couldn't get a clear picture on some of the channels.

I have stayed here before. Great place near centre and good car parking. Rooms good but get one at the back because front has a noisy road. Breakfast excellent and people friendly. will be back

The staff were amazing at this family owned hotel. It’s close to the centre of Leamington and a nice walk into town. Breakfast was amazing every day and my single room was small but adequate. The attention of the management and staff to make sure your needs were met were really pleasing. My only gripe was that my bed had very squeaky bed springs and every turn was loud enough to wake me up! Other than that, highly recommended.

Excellent overnight stay. Very welcoming. We were able to check in early and left the car to explore the town. Room and bed were very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

Although we only stayed two nights, from start to finish, our experience was nothing short of superb. Clean, lovely lovely attentive staff easy parking and brilliant breakfasts made it unforgettable. Another bonus was that it was only a ten minute walk to restaurants and shops. We will sure to go back.later in the year. For the first time ever, i will give this hotel 10 out of 10.

Ok stay, average. Breakfast finishes very early though was tasty enough but why one small glass of orange juice (concentrate) rather than being able to help yourself? Our car was ‘rummaged’ overnight in the front car park. CCTV signs up bug nobody had access to it as the guy was on holiday and could only get it on his phone. His parents seem to be left in charge and could not speak much English. Not their fault we were rummaged but they either didn’t understand or weren’t concerned. Not a bad stat but not great either

Just had a great stay at Victoria Park Lodge and wanted to leave a review. I stay away with work most weeks and don’t usually bother reviewing but I thought this place deserved a thumbs up. It’s nothing super fancy but everything was pleasant, clean abs presented nicely. Beds comfortable and plenty of sockets in convenient places (not always the case bizarrely). Tea and Coffee facilities even had oat milk sachets alongside the regular milk. Breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of options and some nice touches. I’m dairy and gluten intolerant so usually choices are sparing even at larger hotels, but there were soya yoghurts, a range of of gluten free cereals and lots of cooked breakfast options.

Fabulous breakfast would not be out of place in a 5* hotel. Bedroom was clean and modern. Plenty of teas/ coffees etc. Plenty of parking. Staff excellent. Fantastic value for money.
