Best Western Vista Inn at the Airport

Super close to Boise Airport, less than 10 min walk! Complimentary breakfast opens early (5:30am even on Saturday) and had lots of good options. Nice pool and common areas.

Poor explanation of where to park for long term, Cost me a tow bill from a local tow service(94$) to move my vehicle or be impounded

There was blood on the curtains, pubic hair on the bathroom floor, and their "business center" did not have an operational printer. Nor did the wifi work. Do not stay here, you are better off getting a room downtown.

Very comfortable beds and the customer service was excellent! Nice workout facility and swimming pool as well

The bed was not even and it kept rolling me to the outside. Lol However it is comfortable. We were also bummed that we couldn’t get a shuttle early enough to be able to get to airport for our flight. So we had to spend $79 on Long term parking at the Airport long term

Good place to sleep but first hotel that I've been to that you are not allowed to sit in the foyer area without the receptionist coming to ask why you are and asking if you're a guest there. Night shift clerk was very concerned about anyone who was in the common areas after 10 pm. Breakfast was provided but not always stocked withthing the one morning there was no Biscuits for Biscuits and gravy. There was guests that used English muffins instead because they were avaliable. The next morning the bacon was out as well as the apple juice. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows left more to be desired very soft and not supportive. Plenty of plugs and USB ports in the lamps to recharge electronics. Pool and Hottub were relaxing. Seems strange to enter the fitness room which is in the pool area with your room key which is necessary to use to access the pool area, very redundant. Plenty of Parking around the hotel. No elevator to access the second floor only stairs. If you're outside your room sitting in the foyer or on the patio the night receptionist will come ask you what you are doing and question you about being a guest ther even when you're staying multiple days. Never stayed anywhere else that guests were not allowed to be in the Lobby areas or patio before.

The pool area and the hot tub were awesome! The water in the pool was warm and relaxing the hot tub just as nice.

We booked a king room. When we checked in we were told our room was on the second floor. When I asked about an elevator we were told they don’t have one. We told them my husband is disabled and can’t do the stairs so asked for a room on the first floor. They only have king sized beds on the second floor so we had to downgrade to a double queen and an outside room. If I had known no elevator I would have booked a different hotel.

This property doesn’t have an elevator. Other than this I had an excellent experience.

Good room, good amenities (pool, hot tub), good breakfast, friendly staff.

Room was not clean and smelled

The room was dirty. Food contaminants in the floor. Mold in bathrooms. Ask front desk to have room vacuumed after first night. They cleaned a 1/4 of room. Disgusting

We were traveling through. Very quiet and clean room.

The staff were friendly/helpful. The room we were given was not very clean. Corners and carpet not well vaccumed well. Crumbs on the floor and on the coffee tray ( how odd). We moved a chair from a corner to in front of the TV, and the carpet under it full of debris. Refrigerator was shut off. It was not what I expected from a Best Western hotel.

Handicap accessible rooms were outside entrance with Handicap parking at room door. Breakfast was good. Room had some cleanliness issues. Foot print on the wall. Carpet needed a deep clean. Made the mistake of walking around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet turned black. Carpet at doorway into bathroom was peeling up, potential trip hazzard. Teak wood on shower bench needing attention.

Very clean comfortable hotel next to the airport. Good breakfast. Perfect for next day departures.

Food is average, blood on one of the bedspreads in our room. Tub didn’t seem clean

Stayed here before our early flight back home. The property was clean and very well kept. Comfortable room and bed. Airport shuttle was right on time and we enjoyed our overnight stay.

This hotel was fine for a quick stay but its biggest drawback was that the big windows open up to the hallway and not outside. Very weird.

No elevator which made things challenging since my husband is recovering from back surgery. The rooms were very small and dark. The AC didn’t seem to work great, but luckily they had a fan I could borrow. The front desk girl wasn’t all that friendly.

Outside looked nice, location close to the airport was great. Staff was helpful but I could tell they didn’t enjoy the workplace. I suspect management doesn’t make their lives easy. The room is the issue. 1. Our room was literally next to, sharing a wall with the front desk. So noise from that. No window to the outside, the window looked into the lobby. With a family enjoying pizza at couches directly outside our room that was also loud, and creepy for anyone walking by to look into our room. Blinds closed the entire time. 2. Smell. Dingy, old, with a nice hint of cigarette smoke from who knows how long ago. 3. Room probably hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Mattress/sheets were fine (at best), but the rest was horribly old, worn out, the bathroom was technically clean but you can’t make something that old look clean. We wouldn’t shower. I’d expect this from the $60 hotels nearby. That we paid $150 for this is sad and disappointing.

They really invested money into how the inside of the building looks! It was beautiful inside of the building and the pool and workout area worked great for our group. The room looked like it had a light facelift. Some of the stuff was older, but still worked. The room was extremely tiny. We had four people in one room that probably should’ve fit two people. If you don’t mind being super close corridors it works fine.

Hotel lobby and amenities were impeccable. Rooms could use updating. Did not meet the lobby and Best Western standards.

Everything was great. The only thing was we got a room without an outside window. But everything was very nice.

Very basic. TV remote didn’t work. Uncomfortable bed.

This Best Western is immediately adjacent to Boise airport. I chose it as I had a very early morning flight. There is a walking path from the hotel to the airport, which takes about 5 minutes to walk. The hotel is a fine low-cost option if you need accommodations for an early morning flight option. The breakfast was fine and the internet worked. That said, it is not upscale. The room had several dated features. The front desk attendant when checking in was friendly, but when checking out was surly at best and very unfriendly at worst. There is no food within walking distance other than a convenience store at a nearby gas station. There was enough choice there for a takeout dinner. Again, a fine option for an airport accommodation for an early flight. Maybe not the best choice for a long stay to explore Boise.

Called hotel for shuttle service from airport. No answer to the phone. Waited 5 minutes and called again; still no answer. Had to find our own transportation. Asked for wake up call. Didn’t get one.

The staff overall was excellent. They really want visitors to be comfortable and well taken care of. The facilities are older; the air conditioner rattles loudly, and the bathroom exhaust fan sounds like a jet engine taking off.

The property was clean, and the housekeeping staff were excellent. When we first checked in there was confusion on my part about whose name the reservation was under. I thought it would be under my name and then I realized it was underneath my husband’s name which is a different last name. The manager was extremely curt and rude to me. I am fortunately I did not get her name. Gal that was working. The front desk directly was very nice and polite but her manager sat in a desk behind her and was unprofessional.

Staff was extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay.

I love that you can walk here from the airport. Just follow the sidewalk from the baggage claim area along the right side of the road.

We had an early flight and were told breakfast wasn’t available until 6, we came to the lobby to wait for the shuttle and found that breakfast was prepared at 4:30!!!!! This was wonderful for us because there was not time to get anything at the airport. Whoever did this, kudos to you.

Stopped at this little hotel after hours of being on the road with my little ones. It was a nice and very clean place to rest. Breakfast was good. Fresh yogurt, parfait toppings, cereals, waffle iron and some nice hot options. The overnight host was kind and had our room ready to go. We appreciated that!

It's a regular run if the mill hotel, we were on a roadtrip so it was a perfect place to sleep, shower and get back on the road. The breakfast was awsome!!!

Everything was great staff, property, room etc. only thing I could say was a bad experience it that morning breakfast so lack list not really many options and those eggs ….sorry but those eggs where awful!
