Check in with Mr. Jackson was easy & he was friendly. I like how the room card is used to enter the main hotel and side/back doors. You can easily hear others through the walls or ceiling. The decor/sink/counter/night stand are dated. No bugs seen at all during out 2 night stay. AC worked great! Plenty of parking...we understand certain things come with a cheaper nightly rate. Stores, gas stations, & restaurants close by and love being close to 295 and ultimately our primary reason for visiting (concert at Everbank)

Nothing there is trash along the woods and the staff is Rude . The was dog crap on our floors we had to clean them our selves . They have 4 washers and 6 drys over half of them didn't work and sewer was backing up in the laundry room . There was alot of drug acidics staying here alot of rude people bang on the upper floor above us . Altogether this place needs alot of repairs and help

The staff is amazing, aside from the rudeness I experienced from front desk attendant V. My room was a 6/10, could’ve been cleaned with care, and the fridge was rusted badly and barely kept my items cold. But the renovations have made things nicer. Only two vending machines, drink machine was broken the entire time. Overall I would stay again.

This property is extremely old. The staff is not helpful. The vending machines take your money. No ice machine and no breakfast. The parking lot has tons of people just loitering around. Dirty shower and cheap uncomfortable beds. Will not stay here again.

They knew we were handicapped and needed a room on the first floor. The day we got there they said their elevator broke and our room was on the third floor but they knew we were coming. They could have saved us her room on the first floor instead of selling them all out

Everyone who worked there was very pleasant and as helpful as possible. I believe the owners lack of financing made it impossible for the employees to complete there jobs. The TV and Internet never worked properly. The refrigerator had rust all over the front of it. I'm totally disabled and the Elevator was out of order my entire stay. My experience was Terrible ... !!! I was booked in room 213

The room itself was disgusting. The house keeping did not do there job. We had hair on our sheets, mold in the drawer, dirty linen stuffed in a cabinet. The bathroom sink had hair hair in it. Need to speak with a manager but have yet to hear from them. It was by far the worse stay I’ve ever had. The doors on the building won’t locked so random people were coming in and there was sketchy people standing in stair well. Felt very unsafe.

This place falsely advertises newly remodeled. Dirty beds, dirty floor, rusty everything and musty smell in the hall ways. The only positive thing was the front desk clerk that check me in. We did not end up staying all night, did not feel comfortable sleeping on those prison looking beds.

3 of 3 rooms looked at on 2 floors. The cabinets had missing doors, the drawers fronts dryrot missing. Floor had wood rot. No curtains blinds were broke & cheap. Vomit SMELL in the elevator, mold in the hallway. The room had an odor of wet dog, pot, vomit, & fer breeze. A live cockroach was inside the refrigerator, bugs in the bathroom. Never stayed, requested refund, it took 13 days for a credit to post back onto my card. No cats allowed.

We chose this hotel because it was nearest to our families home. It was on the cheaper end. The photos looked great so. Its not the holiday inn for sure. Basically a place to lay your head and nothing cozy or special. The good part is the stove, full size ice box, and microwave. The beds are soft but the very minimum (one top mattress on metal frame) and the same with blankets and pillows (sheet and very thin top blanket). Noises can be heard easily from neighbors or outside. We may have went at a busy time. No hair dryers. 2 vending machines. Nothing on the property outside other than a parking lot. Toliet had issues, it wouldnt flush one day and the next night continued to flush all night. Shower dripped steadily as well. No coffee pot. I have to say it was clean but this wasnt my favorite. The ac had it damp in the room. All in all its what i said in the beginning... a cheap place to lay your head.

I like to cook for myself, so I choose hotels with kitchenettes. This one was unusable because it has zero utensils. Not even a coffee maker. They require you to *purchase* all of that from the hotel. I went and bought what I thought I needed to cook and realized there's no cleaning supplies, not even paper towels. Not recommended.

Horrible. Very dirty and broken hotel. Appliances were old and broken. Beds were very uncomfortable. Front desk was closed with a solid rolling door at my arrival and at my departure. All noises from the highways can be hear inside the rooms. Bathroom door was broken as the nightstand table.

No coffee maker, light over bed flickering all night. They had to show me three rooms and I was to choose from those three. Second room had huge puddle in the middle of the floor. If it has a kitchenette why would there not be any silverware or a coffee maker?? The microwave didn't work also. Fridge was rusted out and the stove. Sheets had holes.

We couldn’t even check in. Someone was physically assaulted by the front desk attendant of the hotel. Police, EMS, and fire department involved. We had to find another hotel as police advised it wasn’t safe to stay at this hotel.

We are going from Boston to Miami and we made the reservation at 11:30 pm and when we arrived at the hotel the attendant said that we could not check in after 11:00 pm, I had already made the payment and could not cancel, I lost the money and had to stay at another hotel, I do not recommend this hotel

The bathroom and pantry were dirty and broken. The door to the room had a half-cm gap that allowed everything to be seen inside. The hallways smelled of weed. There were only 2 towels for three people. The air conditioning rattled all night and the footsteps of the floor above were loud. Probably the animal clinic that was just opposite had better conditions. The only point in its favor is that the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were very clean.

I was so skeptical of this hotel after reading the reviews. I only stayed at this place because it’s literally 10 minutes from the cruise port. The only perk. Upon arrival the hotel looks good and clean, however once you step inside that vibe changes downward quickly. The staff was just okay. You had to go through this door that unlocked with your keycard and that hallway smelt of mildew and felt damp. The elevator was like the quality elevator you’d expect in a parking garage that seemed like it wanted to stop midway. The room we stayed in was “renovated” with fake wood flooring, fresh paint, okay bedding. That’s it. The bathroom vanity and toilet is super dated and have stains on both. The kitchenette is also super dated that seems like it’s from the 80s with a stove I wouldn’t recommend using and a fridge that is peeled of paint and rusty. The ac seemed like it was tired of life. And it never felt cold enough in the room. I’ve stayed in some low brow places but this takes the crown.

No ice machine, no coffee, no hospitality, no help. So hard to get luggage carrier through 2 layers of single doors. And they just sit and watch you struggle, and don't seem to care that they have little to offer. Bad weather put out their satellite, so only go in good weather, with little luggage and no need for ice or coffee!

Room smelled like cigars and wet dog. Bed was ok. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly because there was dog food and hair all over the place. Had to ask for the remote for the tv, which had burn marks in the tv. No breakfast no coffee. Also had a couple visitors, roaches in the room.

The smell wasn’t very appealing as I waited forever to check in. There was only one person in front of me. The clerk was nice but very slow. There weren’t enough towels or wash cloths for two people to bathe. The bathroom didn’t have a hair dryer. The outlet didn’t work in there either. There was no coffee pot. Overall very disappointing experience.
