Right off the highway but no noise can be heard in the rooms. Easy check-in, an abundant amount of breakfast foods, good size eating. area as well as an outdoor terrace with bbqs and an electric fire pit. Our room was so spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. Felt like a home away from home. There was some construction going next door on but thankfully it was not noisy. You need a car to get around but overall the location is convenient. Gym is a bit outdated, there weren’t enough stretch mats and no wipes. I love that laundromat is included for longer stays. There’s a BBQ area outside with a relaxing sitting spot which I really enjoyed.

Amazing hotel. Check in was quick. Cookies were delicious! Bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Pool was immaculate. Breakfast was amazing and free laundry for guests came in super handy with a quick turn around for multiple soccer games. Will absolutely stay again if the need arises!

Overall stay was good but was very disappointed in that the fridge in the room was not checked or cleaned from the last guests. It was full of old food and groceries! Lots of stains in the door as well.

Really enjoyed the stay it was relaxing and quiet. However, shower curtains had mystery stain. Also, bathub was very old and peeling like a old dingy hotel, not what you would expect from a major brand. Questionable stains on sofa and bedside. Unusual scent coming from room.

Well, the room was quiet and comfortable. I found a facility to be a bit rundown. Example rust around the tub. Sour smell in the hallway and with first entering the room. Air handler unit kept the room very cool, but was very loud.

Stayed two nights with my husband while attending an event in downtown Guelph (10 min drive from the hotel)- the room was a nice size, bed was comfy, and the kitchenette was nicely stocked. Everything was clean- the bathtub will need an upgrade in the near future but the shower head was newish and everything worked fine. There was plenty of variety at breakfast and the staff were attentive at keeping the trays full. We were near the elevator but didn't have any issues with noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice enough looking suite. Would be better if the sink in the kitchenette had running water. Also, the two windows only have shear curtains covering them. There's no way to block out the light when the blackout curtains only cover 1/3 of the windows. Bed way too firm and pillows way too soft. But that could just be personal taste.

Let’s start with the check in. The gentleman at the desk I’m the evening is a true professional. He had multiple people in line, we were all tired, a bit frazzled from the storm, and he handled it all like a champ. He acknowledged each of us with a smile while helping the customer checking in and was kind throughout the process for each of us. Next comes the room. My only complaint was that the bed is a bit firmer than I prefer but that’s completely subjective and has no bearing on my opinion of this hotel. The room is clean, a decent size, modestly decorated and updated. The hotel offers everything you could need during your stay. The shower has great water pressure and the temperature is not touchy. It sets to the perfect temperature with little fuss. Breakfast? I’ve stayed in many hotels and this by far was the best one I’ve ever experienced. They offer a huge selection and Steph, the staff looking over breakfast is such a sweetheart as very personable! Check out was quick, easy, and again, amazing staff who is efficient, kind, and professional. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

The front desk service was not good at all. When we arrived they told us that we didnt have a reservation, even when we showed the confirmation. Also would not expect so of the id that we had . So it was a bad 1st impression. When we came back in after going to our event there was someone at the counter having problems also. We will never stay here again.

Had an issue with our stay but it was quickly addressed. Management and staff are service focused and friendly. The hotel is conveniently off the highway but just out of town - approx 8 min drive into Guelph. It’s quiet but definitely an industrial area. Not within walking distance to anything worthwhile. Great that they have a free to operate washer/dryer!

We had an awesome time during our stay here The only thing was we went to the breakfast 30 mins before closing and all they had left was continental breakfast as they didn't refill the hot breakfast any longer due to it being closed for breakfast soon but otherwise would definitely book this hotel again when we need to stay in town.
