After a rough experience in holiday inn express before its been years since used them again, thus was a pleasant surprise. Room size ok, bathroom ok, affordable comfort. Breakfast is basic but free! Parking good with EV spaces, very handy.

Easy to find fron the motorway. Farmhouse Inn and a Starbucks in walking distance. Quick check in. Nice clean room. Good waik-in shower in Accessible room.

We arrived very late and the receptionist checked us in very quickly. Breakfast was good but didn’t have the range of food items that most Holiday Inn Express hotels usually have. Plenty of free parking and very close to Starbucks and Macdonald’s.

The room was dusty, I had to ask for more pillows as two of the pillows from main bed was put on the sofa bed and were not replaced. The lifts weren’t working. Luckily we didn’t have too many bags.

Room was very clean, room facilities very adequate, bed as comfy as advertised as well. Specially liked the late licence (24 hrs) for residents! Breakfast was a bit hectic at the time I chose to be there and items of the cooked breakfast were running out and not replenished particularly quickly, but overall I left with a good experience of my stay and if I was ever in that area again I would go back to the Holiday Inn Express.

Very convenient location with ample free parking. Great bed with choice of pillows. Generous breakfast and very helpful staff. Only issue was the closeness to 2 busy roads on each side of the hotel but I was given ear plugs when I asked if there was a quieter room which helped! Would stay again.

Biggest downside the rooms were very hot no air conditioning in the rooms we were told at check in only allowed one fan therefore uncomfortable at night Hairs in shower and shower walls which let it down

It was awful. The shower had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty. I asked for extra pillows as the four you usually get were split between the sofa bed and the queen bed. Had to ask 4 times the lady at the service desk had to call her manager to ask if she could get me the extra pillows and was told no even though the hotel was not fully booked as I have stayed previously when it was really busy. There was a black hair in my beans at breakfast. Never starting there again. Manager was nowhere to be found when I said I wanted to speak to the manager I was told I would have to wait till the next morning. When I was asked what room I was staying in I said the room number quietly but not so quiet that the lady couldn’t hear me but the lady behind the desk said it very loudly which made me feel uncomfortable as there was a group of men stood behind me. The bed was uncomfortable. Overall terrible would be an understatement.

Bathroom was small and needed more amenities and a door that stayed open instead of slowly closing. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom and no air flow in the room. Powdered eggs were terrible and so was the coffee. Clean room and friendly staff

The room was a decent size for a twin. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom needed attention to all the fittings i.e. shower rail was lose as was the hand basin tap & toilet roll holder. The towels were a nice quality. The hot breakfast was good and the cereal options & cold meats were very nice. The staff were very helpful with ideas for an evening meal in the location.

the property was clean, staff brilliant,and the food was lovely with lots of options, the only thing that ruined my stay was the bed was too high, i am disabled and had too struggle too try and get on the bed then overnight was in a dillema do i go too the toilet and struggle to get back on the bed or sit on the chair,please please can you put a lower bed in an accessible room 105 . lovely stay otherwise .thank you.

We only stayed for one night but the room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good but the staff were hard pushed to keep up with demand and things were not replaced quickly enough. My only real complaint was the pillows - the bed was great but the pillows were thin and hard.
