Have stayed here before a couple of times when visiting family. This visit was nothing like as good as previous times. Positive - breakfast was good, good quality shower. Negatives - £5.50 to park(up from £5 3 months ago), bed uncomfortable, bathroom sink wouldn't hold water. My wife is lactose and soya intolerant. She brings her own milk which the hotel has always stored in their fridge. Point blank refusal this time - health and safety rules had changed- manager and duty manager were both there when we were told and said nothing so we assume they agreed. If you can't compromise for a food intolerance then have more dairy free alternatives at breakfast and not just soya
