Enjoyed spa area as previous visits and dinner was great at castle bar with lift to and from it. But the room 202 was not a five star experience at all view was a wall and booking said garden view and welcome screen on TV didn't even have my name on it carpets wer stained in hall on way to room and few inside room. My room last year was on a different level compared to this stay.

We stayed in the shepherd's huts they were very clean and had everything u need we used the spa steam room and had a massage everything was 💯
