Worst hotel experience in years! Owner/manager obviously does not understand he’s in the hospitality business. I could have been a walking rock and he would not have cared as long as I had an ID and a signature. No greeting or anything. When I mentioned that it should state in the listing that there is no elevator on the property he made a rude face and literally shrugged. The room was about 90 degrees when we walked in and it took over an hour to cool it down to about 75. The refrigerator was warm. Obviously there has been a “renovation” relatively recently but switch plates/outlet covers were yellowed, dirty and cracked. Places where paint was slopped were just left. The stairwells were dirty and had lingering putrid odors. The exterior of the building had crumbling sidewalks/curbs/paint and landscaping needed help. I’ve stayed in mission houses in developing countries that cared more about their accommodations and their guests! Definitely not worth what I paid. $20 would have been about right.

The only real complaint we have is there is no elevator. We both have bad knees and had to walk two flights of stairs. One outside to get into hotel and the other was inside to get to the second floor. This is a real inconvenience to people like us that are handicapped. The only other thing is the toilet is too low for people like us bathrooms could use an upgrade.

This place was rated 2-star somewhere online. I gave 4-star overall because it was unexpectedly clean & herbal fragranced air was nice in the corridor, key card was working well and HDTV remote control was "not" old and filthy. Drawback was uneven paved ground at the front door area, poorly communicating staff from middle eastern country, no cafeteria room as breakfast was left on the narrow front-desk counter consisting with blackened overripen bananas, bruised apples, small energy bar, coffee, and artificial OJ.

I needed a place for the night after the music festival. The location was convenient, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Good value for my needs. Only minor inconvenience was the vending machine required cash but the gentleman at the front desk was able to provide change. Overall nice stay!

There were cockroaches in the bathroom when we got there, and then they ended up moving to the beds in the sheets. We had to sleep on top of the covers. Shower has also not been cleaned when we got there.

The stay was great we did however have a couple of roaches in our room we did see the cleaning staff spraying rooms as they cleaned them. Probably won’t stay again I have a major problem with seeing roaches in my hotel room. The room was clean and nice but for the mentioned problem

They have obviously done a lot to revitalize the property. It has fresh paint & new carpet throughout. The shower & plumbing were fine & the air conditioner would freeze you out. But, They really need to invest in new furniture and bed sheets/blankets, etc. The sheets had spots on them & the blanket had holes in it. The a/c vents were broken & the chair & desk were obviously old & well used.

Everything went okay. The bed was hard as a rock though, it almost felt like sleeping on hardwood flood with a blanket under you. The check in was really awkward, the guy didn’t really speak to me and when he did it was very soft and I could barely hear him. The room was tidy but had a weird smell. I was only there to sleep and that’s it. We got there at 8pm, and left at 7am. So I can’t complain too much. Overall, it provided the service we needed at the time, but If you’re looking to go for a few days, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Just an overnight visit, this place will do!

Small but nice clean little room. Too much cleaning chemical used to clean the room. The smell of it lingered until the next morning. It was almost breath taking strong.

Rooms were pretty clean. Bed cover had several brown stains. Breakfast bar was the worst I have experienced. Had 3 food items and 3 drink options. And had to bother them to keep that stocked. Glad DQ was close.

Every bed, every cover, and even the bath tub had cigarette burns. The entire facility smelled horrible. The “breakfast” was a few apples, bananas, and granola bars. Very disappointing

Breakfast was advertised as included. I don't consider an apple and dry granola bar as Breakfast. Plus they only make 1 air pot of coffee daily. Once thats gone you're out of luck

Very basic motel, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will likely stay there again next year for the same seminar. The "breakfast" is a granola bar and a banana, but there was juice and coffee which is nice for the price.
