We had an excellent stay. We were in town for a cavy and rabbit show. The staff welcomed us and didn’t hesitate at all that we bring in our show cavy’s due to the weather being so hot. It was very much appreciated that the property allows animals and treated us very well as we moved the in and out the next morning. Hotel is clean and comfortable and very friendly front desk staff. Breakfast items were good and they also had the fan favorites of waffles.

Loved my stay here with my girls! The staff was super nice and helpful. The room and everything was very good and clean, and especially room service was nice when we went out for the day! I will definitely stay here again. The girls loved the inside pool so that was a plus!!

The dining area for breakfast had no silverware , forks especially. I would think they could run to a walmart or something but it was 2 mornings without!!! Cleanliness was sub par. Staff was kind but not overly helpful. would not stay again! We came into town for a funeral. Pool was cold and area around it was not clean

Was a really great place to stay! I came in about 20mins early and Terry was very accommodating, she even offered welcome bags! Very clean room with comfortable beds. Nice sized pool area and the breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay again if I had to come to this area!

The room smelled musty when we entered. Turned the AC down to alleviate mustiness. It didn’t help. Also the AC blows across the room towards the door so you don’t feel the cool air in bed. No bath wash in shower. Probably will not stay here again.

This was a nice place to get a shower and spend the night. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great breakfast before leaving the next morning. It was very good. There were plenty of food choices and drinks to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to those travelling through this area.

This was awful. The shower had black mold and after trying to take a shower, we had to wash our feet in the sink to remove all the black. Reported this to the staff and they just offered extra points in the loyalty program.

The bed were comfortable but need to replace pillows in room 220. Couldn’t sleep well because the pillows were very uncomfortable. Toilet paper was really cheap had to use 3 times more. The people were working there were nice.

This place is nice, clean, comfy beds, and great water pressure in the shower. My only tiny issue was that the usb ports for charging didn't work. Not that big of a deal for me. The breakfast was one of the best I've had while traveling.

My overnight stay at the Comfort Inn in Somerset was very pleasant. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was so friendly and that gave me a good impression of the hotel. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint, and it’s really more a matter personal preference, is that the bed was so high, that a short person, or a person with joint problems, would almost have to jump up to get in it. I would suggest getting lower beds whenever the hotel replaces their beds.

I slept so comfortably in this bed! Great pillows. No squeezing or creaking. The black out curtains were excellent and kept the room very dark, just like I want it! It was possibly the quietest hotel stay I've ever had. The only negative (and it wasn't really a bad thing) was it was located off the main strip and felt secluded. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel needs some maintenance, the shower curtain was held on with zip ties, the original room we were given would not unlock correctly. The air conditioner in the room made squeaking noises all the time, we couldn’t hardly sleep the place is just getting run down.

The room had a connecting door. It would not look. I was informed that if it did not I would have to stay in room with out it locked. To me the hotel is responsible for making sure I feel safe in this situation. Finally the manager came up and fixed it. It was not a good feeling. Breakfast was good, not sure why coffee cup were small.

Staff was ok. Room was very dirty. Breakfast was disgusting. Things were to salty, not cooked all the way. We like to stay in a clean place with a pool and breakfast the next day so we don’t have to leave to go get breakfast. In this case we had to leave.
