For this price (£200/night) I was not expecting the tired and dated experience that met me. Food offerings are poor and overpriced, however I did appreciate that they would have kept the kitchen open for a short time after normal due to arriving on a late flight should I have needed it. Room was ok but in need of some TLC and smelt damp. A stain on the carpet suggests that the adjoining bathroom hadx eperience a leak in the past. The upside - it's close (I walked) to the airport.

Easy to get around. Lots of parking. Staff friendly. Building dated but clean and had an issue with knocking pipes when anyone flushed to loo!

Staff very welcoming and helpful - responded swiftly and accurately to everything asked, but the property is tired and requires extensive maintenance. Pool been shut for 2 years and Heath Spa now shut as well. Breakfast was really quite good. Location suited us as was a short walk to event we were attending nearby.
