The front desk lady let me be aware of remodeling goin on and put me in a room where I wouldn’t be disturbed. Shops restaurants across street. The Fish City Grill was awesome. Great breakfast and very clean. All around good stay. Will stay again.

Liked that it was only 2 1/2 miles from district church meeting where I was attending. Plenty of parking spaces across the street from motel. Disliked that area where swimming pool was located was not secured from general public. Two families parked across the street from the pool and gathered around the pool while I was swimming.

Amazing !! Very friendly staff, very clean and large spacious room, complementary breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of food. Always had complementary coffee. Pool area was clean and comfy with towels. Would definitely rebook a stay at this Hotel !!

The staff was more than helpful. The breakfast was good every morning of our 4 day stay. She kept the area clean and was always willing to restock. The only shock we had was we parked in a parking lot shared with the shopping center and was charged a fee daily to park there. This area was not blocked off for hotel use only, so I feel this fee was not appropriate. But the stay was wonderful and again the staff was amazing.

The staff was extremely friendly, kind and courteous. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The location is great with several good restaurants within walking distance. And there’s nice grass area for the dog. The only thing negative was the appearance of the shower: the floor had been cracked and repaired but it’s just unsightly. And there was some mold in the corners. The elevator doors are marked, scuffed and unsightly. But those, in my opinion, are minor. With that said, the room and rest of the hotel was clean.

Did not like the fact that they did t tell us that the room had housekeeping everyday. Came back to a room with unmade beds, no towels, filled garbage cans and a dirty bathroom floor that didn’t see a mop in a long time.

After coming in tired from driving, we showered and went to bed. Wasn't until the next morning, we realized the linen hadn't been changed on the bed. Tbere was make up all over the bottom of one of the pillows and on the sheet. It really looked like blood. The staff accommodated by quickly changing the linen and giving us a discount on the stay. When I went online to add my stay, I was told it was ineligible because I booked it through a third party. But I paid Hilton not the third party. I will stick with Marriott going forward. Very unprofessional and a kick in the side after us sleeping on dirty linen.

Very noisy being directly across from a loud restaurant bar that goes on until 2am. Seemed like they were short staffed with housekeeping. Only 2 towels in our room and the breakfast area was unkept and garbages overflowing .. sadly would not recommend this hotel. Also the toilet in the bathroom was so low it was almost like a child’s toilet. The shower door didn’t stay closed…..

Horrible!! Extremely disappointed! Room was renovated and the bathroom door didn’t shut because new sink blocked door. No fridge in room . Service desk could care less. Pillows were horrible

Overall, the stay was very good.We did have an issue with the toilet it Kept running off and on all night.But we addressed tha the following morning would staff so that they could take care of it for the next guest.

My grandmother passed away so my husband and I along with our ShihTzu, booked a suite for two nights to attend her funeral. The room was very clean. It was a large room with a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There was plenty of towels and washcloths. There was a huge tv. There is a ton of stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the area. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

It was just ok. I am a Hilton Honors member and I didn't feel appreciated. We don't need perks or whatever but we just expect a little courtesy, a special touch etc. We could have gotten the same customer experience or a little better at other hotels probably.

Nice location. Inside the mall parking lot. Walk to the stores or across the way to a craft beer bar. Service was great. My only wish is they would have jet tubs and a few more options for breakfast. Nothing for vegans. They did have bread, but it’s not always made without milk or eggs, and it’s also just carbs. Otherwise it’s a really nice place to stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They offer digital check in. They tub was clean! It wasn’t filled with slime or soap scum. They even had makeup remover towelettes. Comfy bed and couch. Great trip and place to stay!

Its a convenient n clean place. Breakfast was just ok but closed sharp at 10am 11am would be better for most guests. Saw some disappointed guests who arrived at 9:58 n doirs were shut. Also almost no electrical outlets work in that breakfast atea lounge i must have tried 6 until i found one that worked plus the bench seats are just caved in and finished. houskeeping skipped my room though i saw them on my floor in the am n took my do not disturb sign off so they would know to come in Oh well. Staff i met were very nice and pool was clean. Id stay again no problem
