Stayed 3 nights

I decided to go to Weymouth,so searched for somewhere to stay,The Jubilee was available for the 3 nights i needed,so I booked it.I had a single small bronze room,as it was the only one remaining,i am disabled,i walk with crutches so it was quite difficult to maneuve! But saying that,it was only for three nights,so I managed! The staff were helpful & I would go back & stay there again,in a more spacious room!

Room dirty. Kettle rank inside and out. Tea tray stained and build up of dirt. Shower hair and gunk in drain. Carpet old and shabby. Excrement on hand towel. Reported to staff and I asked if this was acceptable. Got no comment nor an apology

Booked for a weekend family visits, we didn't use any of the spa or entertainment or restaurant options so cannot comment on those. Our room was clean and tidy, staff welcomed us on arrival and wished us well on checkout. The car park is super busy but that is an issue anywhere so close to the seafront. The only issue we had was some very noisy upstairs neighbours who woke us several times - even during the hotels requested quiet times. Obviously, visitor behaviour is somewhat outside of the hotels control and being such an old and historic building some creaks and squeaks are to be expected, just a shame it somewhat ruined a nice stay.
