The hotel was in a great location. Near lots of shopping restaurants. The room was recently renovated and nicely appointed. The gym had good equipment. Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and continental selections. The staff was helpful and friendly. Over good experience.

Great location tucked away, but within minutes of a mall and restaurants. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Fast check in. Very quiet room and I was on the first floor. It does seem to be an older hotel, but has been well maintained. I was able to park close to door and in a safe area. Rooms were spacious. If you are looking for over the top fancy, not for you. If you are looking for a safe, clean, affordable place with free parking, this is great for you.

We have had incredible experiences with Hyatt Place hotels. And this hotel was fine, but it was VERY run down. The toilet caulking was gross, tiles were missing/loose, the elevator panels were disconnected from the wall, the doors were all chewed up and scratched, and there were a number of other small issues. The biggest problem is that the pool was shut down and had no water in it. One of the reasons we stayed here was because it was listed as having a pool. With three young kids who get excited about being able to swim and needing to burn some energy after long car trips, we specifically look for hotels with pools. There was no indicator when we booked that the pool here was inoperable. Kind of bummer. Overall, the hotel was ok (beds were fine and breakfast was pretty good). It's just that nothing was up to the standards of other Hyatt Place hotels at which we've stayed. If this had been our first experience, we would probably avoid Hyatt Place from now on. Fortunately, this seems like an outlier.

Expedia description reads breakfast starts 6:30 am, actually it starts at 7am. Which matters if you're on a long road trip and want to get on the road early. Also the bar is no longer operational on this property. Staff is not very welcoming.

There was only 1 working elevator and it was the slowest one I’ve ever used. We had no hot water in our room. And there was a women hanging out in the lobby telling us that she hoped to get hired there for the front desk and then she was brought to a family members room and the front desk worker stated that she was in training yet she wasn’t even hired.

Actual room was clean, the building was not and the pool was a yellow/green tint. We checked in late, and the receptionist wasn’t the best greeter. Did have great food options on door dash. We left quickly in the morning before 8 and did not try the complimentary breakfast. One nice thing is that check out is at noon.

Excellent property! Room was perfectly clean. Location was everything. Check in was a breeze. Walls were not paper thin so I couldn’t hear my neighbors. The only issue is how small the workout center was. No weights at all. I would definitely still stay again.

There was a roach in the middle of the floor about a quarter size right when entering the room. Front desk agent was not friendly about it and refused to refund. They did change our room.

On the morning of checkout we saw a bed bug. We immediately told the front desk. They sent an inspector out and confirmed it was. The lady at the front desk said the general manager would be in contact with me. It’s been 3 days and still no call from her. I have left her multiple voicemails.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent for an included breakfast. Reception area was clean but as soon as I got in the elevator I knew the hotel was not going to be as clean as I prefer. The carpet was dingy and stained and there was just a general feeling of run down. The hotel was fine. Serviceable but not worth the rating it has on here.

Check in was not the great, the front desk person was not very informative he just shoved papers at youa nd said sign this. He did not explain things well at all. The room was very dusty, hair in the tub, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfasts was not good unless you want to play hockey with the waffles. Definitely had higher expectations from this location.

This trip was a mini-break with my youngest 2 kids, to celebrate my daughter's b-day, and go to the American Girl store. We have done the AG packaged hotel stay before, and didn't feel it warranted the price tag, so we stayed at the Hyatt to create our own little experience. The location of the hotel is excellent. We loved how close it was to the highway, the mall and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has a dated, shabby feel to it. It is in need of some refreshing, in my opinion. It was fine, and very reasonably priced, but not someplace I'd recommend, or stay at again. The room was decently appointed, but the bed felt like sleeping on a stack of cardboard. The linens were very thin, even with the additional blanket from the closet, which had a hole in it. I don't feel that the place WAS dirty necessarily, but it FELT dirty, if that makes sense. Maybe just how worn the carpets and handles for things looked. The pool area was decently clean, and my children did enjoy their swim there. Breakfast was included and was very basic, but enjoyable enough. I will note that they had several pots of coffee, all of which were empty at the same time, at around 8:30 in the morning. I understand that breakfast ends at 9am, but I'm traveling with 2 kids and have not slept well, so please, fill the coffee! Anyone from the staff that we interacted with was more than pleasant, and I will say I appreciated the ample and convenient parking. I hope this helps.

We arrived late in the evening and were checked in quickly. Our room was right next to the elevator on the third floor. The room was clean and really nice. However, there were two issues we had. First one was that the hairdryer had a short in it, and only worked if held in a certain position. Secondly and more importantly, all night long, at intermittent times, we heard a very loud bang. It wasn’t until the next morning that we realized every time the elevator closed right outside of our door it made the sound that we heard all night long. Very discouraging when you need your sleep so badly!

The room was clean and the free breakfast was great. The television would not stay on for more than 3-5 minutes without losing signal. When we called the front desk the answer we received was "I don't know why." This was for the entire three nights we were there. The Placery was also closed the the entire time we were there.

Do not accept a room assignment of Room #208 at this hotel. A sleep disorder center is in Rooms #209 and also an unnumbered room next to it. Every 5 to 10 minutes, a loud buzz noise goes off for 15 to 30 seconds, and YOU may have a sleep disorder by the time you end your stay. While the hotel clerk moved us when we called and told him, he should not have put us there in the first place. I told the morning clerk that they should not put any customers in that room. She was apologetic. Breakfast was subpar: fruit was in poor condition to be serving; yogurt was not in individual containers. Little effort. Not staying here again.

The bathroom is way too small. Low ceiling and the door almost hits the toilet. The room had a bad smell to it. the bed was a little hard. Other than that it was clean. Breakfast was not the best. Probably will not stay here again.

Very disappointed in service w checking in. We arrive an hour early and rooms were not ready. Said to come back in an hour which was checkin time. Rooms still not ready. Hour late getting into rooms because not cleaned. Reception was more upset cause coworker had been already working an hour instead of us not having a room. Breakfast was ok. Cleanliness was ok. But checkin time was not ok at all. If we are to have a room at 3:00, I expect one. Especially when it’s not crowded

I’ve booked my two rooms and specifically reserved two bed rooms with two queen beds August 27th for my trip to Nashville September 13 so almost 3 weeks with Expedia! Got a confirmation email and another email three days before my trip that everything is set and the two rooms with the two queen beds were supposedly booked. Each room was enough for 6 sleeps so it was going to be enough for my sister and I and kids for one room and my Friend and her kids in the other, that’s how we specifically wanted it to be. Well, the day we walked in to get our 3 weeks prior booked rooms, I was surprised by the front desk receptionist that he was sold out on double queen beds!!!!! Of course we came to check in after a 3 hour drive with exhausted kids so I said wait what do you mean??!!! The receptionist Micheal was extremely rude and did not handle our frustration in a professional way, he actually raised his voice at us in-front of the kids and was ready to fight!!!!!! He was asking me to book somewhere else and that he can refund me the money!!! I told him that how am I going to book a new reservation somewhere else when it’s already past 3:00 pm and I have kids and two babies!!! We had to accept taking a third room and splitting us apart which was not the intent in the first place. The manager spoke to me the next day and after I told him what happened he said you could’ve booked somewhere else. My rooms were given to somebody else god knows what was the reason and the intention. I will

Staff was disinterested and didn’t care about the customer. We asked for a blanket for the pull out bed and they told us they didn’t have any. We waited a few hours for them to wash some and dry them, and they still said they didn’t have any. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Place was fairly clean.

It's a bit worrisome when there is nobody at the front desk early in the morning. Both Saturday and Sunday mornings my husband was in the lobby at 5:30 a.m. . . . NOBODY at front desk. One morning a man was frantic because he had locked his granddaughter in the room by herself and called the maintenance number and was told they could not help him. Somebody finally arrived at the front desk over 45 minutes later !!! Unacceptable !!!

This property was clean and the staff was great. Breakfast was really good and they had specialty coffees available for order. We enjoyed our stay here! And the restaurant Wild Ginger, across the street was a very yummy and convenient dinner.
