Great little hotel in a little town in PA. Clean rooms , breakfast included . Small refreshing outdoor pool. Close to lots. Across the street is the pine grill - definitely check it out. Spacious room and great water pressure in the shower. What more could one ask for ?

The hotel was adequate. I wish there were more outlets to plug into. The other complaint was the absence of an elevator. I am able to climb a flight of stairs but would have preferred bringing my luggage to the room if therecwas an elevator.

We have stayed here on our trips from KY to NY several times. It’s not as expensive as the Hampton that we used before—and it’s been quite adequate. Now, they upgraded it quite a bit! Pleasant surprise! They have a new lounge/bar, but we didn’t go. Maybe on the way back we’ll go and play some pool.

Property is generally clean but needs an upgrade. Carpet and room is musty with a smell of 'old tobacco'. Even though there are signs clearly prohibiting smoking everywhere, the remnant of smoking was obvious in our room including the beddings. Other than that, the room was well priced, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was ok. Decent value for cost.

Lobby has a very bad odor of cigarettes. The room also had a bad odor. I had to go to a store and buy a plug-in air freshener. The bedspreads had hair embedded in them. The tub didn’t drain properly by the end of the shower, I was standing in ankle deep water. Noise travels very well. I could hear the guests in the room across the hall speaking at normal tones.

Very clean hotel. Soft, lovely pillows. Bath a little small but perfectly fine and great water pressure! The breakfast was very good and the dining area was one of the cleanest and best laid-out I have ever seen. I was impressed!

Rooms are decent. Nothing special. Large stain on my sheet when I arrived. Not sure why housekeeping wouldn’t have seen that and not used that sheet when they made the bed. Rest of the room was fine. Breakfast was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had just spent several stays in expensive hotels that were dirty. This hotel was very clean for the value. The atmosphere was quiet and the dining area was very pleasing. Will definitely keep this one on our list for the area!

Recently updated rooms are nice. Water smells a bit odd when you run the shower. Outside is in rough shape but the inside is nice/updated. Area itself is pretty noisy and I was in an end room so I literally heard every room open/close at all hours

The staff at this motel was some of the friendliest I have met when traveling! Kelsey, who checked us in was so friendly and accommodating making sure we received the type of room we requested in online registration, and steering us to a place to eat dinner. The morning staff made sure there were fresh hot breakfast items available to us right before the 9:30 deadline. Other places would have said "sorry Charlie". Beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the price was reasonable. We would for sure stay there again!

Travis at the front desk was especially helpful, as he secured an item of my clothing that I had accidentally left behind in the room. I was able to retrieve it on my next stay, for which I was very grateful. Thank you, Travis! Other staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the shower outstanding! Good breakfast, too!

The check out time was 11 am and the housekeeping person kept knocking on the door and trying to open it. She was in a rush to get in. Very unprofessional. The manager didn’t even apologize and tried defend it. The person at the reception didn’t let us to get a juice bottle from the kitchen because it was “past breakfast time”

There are a lot of hotel options in Somerset, PA from higher end to lower. For me the Comfort Inn fit what I needed and wanted to spend. I called to see if an early check in might be available, the woman who answered was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Check in when I did arrive was simple and efficient. The room was great. My only complaint was the power outlet situation at the desk. The outlet was a bit older and my computer charger kept falling out. The desk lamp didn't have plug ins or USB adapters as many do now (the bedside lamp did however) so I was forced to rig something up. I found I could keep the charger in by moving the desk against it, basically pinning the charger to the outlet. Not a great situation but it worked. Other than that, everything was all good and I would return for another stay. As an added bones, the hotel does offer a discount coupon for dining at the Pine Grill - a good nearlby restaurant.

Morning of October 5, 6pm. Walked down to the front desk. Asked if there was coffee. Lady very unfriendly, cold attitude. No greeting. Said “in the dining area..” Dining area no lights. Perhaps a good morning, and I’ll get the lights for you. I can’t see the switch in the dark. Cold - like she hates her jib, or perhaps management. Just telling it like it is.

This Comfort Inn is right next to the PA Turnpike exit (110) but car noise was minimal. Check in was smooth and the property was easy to get around in. My room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to fast food places and a really good Mexican restaurant. Nothing fancy about the free breakfast but it hit the spot for me. Good Job overall.

Hotel staff were friendly . Hotel room was mediocre at best. The room carpet had a big stain. The bathroom ceiling had curly black hairs stuck to it . The shower handle was very difficult to turn on and off. The breakfast was the worse I had . No variety at all. Very limited

I just needed a place to rest my head after being on the road for almost 2 days on a cross multiple states trip and this place fit the bill. The friendly front desk lady gave me a room upgrade and the rest I was in lala land. Only complaint was the breakfast which is like all brands that offer free breakfast, the food leave much to be desired. I got orange juice and toast and call it a day.

For the night I stayed this was the best value by far. For a Comfort, it was clean with recently updated room furnishings. Beware though, one other reason I picked this hotel on a cold rainy night was that the website says it has a restaurant. It DOESN'T!!! The restaurant area is what they use for a very average comp breakfast. They did have a bar, I was the only person there for the time I was there.

The lady behind the desk at night was very friendly 9/3/25. The room was clean and comfortable. The sheets were awesome. The breakfast had absolutely everything. I’d absolutely stay here again!
