The elevator is not properly working. While we were in it it jerked and felt like a drop. Being handicap and since no lower level room were available. Informed front desk and she said it happened to her too. Guess it was never checked or fixed. Now have to use steps and is difficult for me. Will also report to Days Inn main headquarter.

Exposed rebar is a hazard, there holding up a retaining wall that is about to collapse! Dogs are allowed, but there is NO place to potty. We had to cross the street for this purpose, and the grass has not been mowed for a very long time. The lobby needs an update! Booked based on the availability of a gym. Not true. Checked in and we were told to pick up a key to go to a local gym they have a contract to use. At 5:30 am the next morning the manager told us the gym was closed. Feeling hoodwinked. We packed up and left.

As soon as we got to the hotel I realized that the pictures online did not do their due diligence. The lobby is so small, and cluttered. The breakfast area is extremely tiny and just crowded. When we checked in the front desk associate came in from sitting outside, wearing no shoes, just socks, and acted like us checking in was a complete inconvenience to her day. She was very short with me, and when answering questions was rude. When entering our room it was so much smaller than the pictures showed. Furniture was a little beat up and stained. But overall room was clean. Bathroom only had 1 towel and 1 washrag. Signs at front desk says snacks are available, it’s literally bulk sams club tiny bags of chips that are still in the boxes and not out to see. Online description says gym available. Don’t be like me and plan to go to the gym early in the morning, it is not on the same property, it’s located at a completely different location. This hotel was extremely loud, do not plan to relax. We will not be visiting again.

The room did not seem cleaned well there was stuff stuck on the dresser, not much insulation (could hear way more than a normal hotel) and the sheets did not smell clean (smelled slightly of cigarettes honestly)

Hole punched in bathroom door. Bunches of hair on the floor. Dirty. Towels are terrible and scratchy. Bed was ok. Bright light outside the window, so it wasn't dark even with the blinds closed. Dirty. Kind of old and run down feeling overall. Service was ok.

Bedroom area was clean, however the bathroom had a cockroach. Also, the bathtub had several places where the caulking had peeling. We ended up with the room beside the back door, which slammed LOUDLY every few minutes all night.

The property is a bit older. Upon entering the room there was a strange smell, there was leftover lunch meat in the fridge, duck tape on the floor in between the bathroom entryway, after this I grabbed my blue light. The bedskirts light up like a Christmas 🎄 and not in a good way. Behind the hotel the retaining wall is about to collapse which isn't say. I'm surprised that being apart of Wyndham Corporation they would allow this. We will not be staying here again.

The bathroom was filthy. Black Mold on the ceiling. Walls were covered in dirt and stained. Breakfast was minimal and they ran out by 9am Saturday even tho it goes til 10am. Not a great variety. The whole hotel was rundown and our room was def not clean. Best part was no bugs...at least in our room

Their internet was terrible - it continually cut out and was not available. It was very difficult to find a way 'in' - that is, to get to their parking lot, even with all the signs they've put up. It's a very congested area and not at all easy or convenient to get there.

not super clean compare to other 8.0+ rating hotels in expedia, but acceptable for the price, breakfast is fine. we on 2nd floor and we can hear the heavy footstep from upstair every few mins until like 4-5am. Poor insulation so if you looking for a good sleep think twice

Just in general it was convenient to where I got off thruway and found staff at front desk very helpful and polite. Room is comfortable and clean had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

When we stayed a week ago we had problem sleeping due to continuous noise from upstairs, therefore I called hotel frontdesk few days before the stay requesting to be on 3rd floor. The rep saying there's one room on 3rd floor and one on 2nd. He will look for a swap for the 2nd floor room. When I arrive not only no 3rd floor room, they also did not put the 2 rooms next to each other. Totally mess up and poor room management skill, won't stay again

We were visiting Somerset for the annual fire and ice festival. The property is only a 15 minute walk from the uptown business district, however not many people clear snow from the sidewalks, including the hotel, so walking was a bit complicated. However, it's January in the laurel Highlands so it's expected to walk in snow. Staff was extremely welcoming,kind, and helpful. The parking lot and entrance could have a little better snow and ice removal. Excellent dining within walking distance. Located directly at the turnpike interchange and a great value for the cost.

Breakfast offerings were the barest of minimums I've ever seen. Disappointed considering that other places I've stayed at had better breakfasts but charged similar rates. Seems the whole state of PA is trying to over-charge out-of-state visitors. Gas was especially egregious, over $3.50/gallon, considering most of the East coast is around $3.00. Central and Mountain is usually less than $3.00/gal.

This hotel was a very basic, affordable location for a short stay. The room was clean and functional, with a refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee maker. The rooms offered hard surface flooring and a reasonable sheet, blanket, and coverlet arrangement that was great for people who run warm. The heating unit was very noisy, with the fan kicking on and off all night and preventing quality rest even with earplugs. The included continental breakfast was very basic. It included coffee and juice, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, English muffins and bread, tiny hostess type of donuts, packaged oatmeal and two types of bulk cold cereal, and waffles. We went with oatmeal and a breakfast sandwich made with a toasted English muffin, sliced and microwaved hard-boiled egg, and sausage patty. The dining area is tiny and it was difficult to get to with the number of people lurking around waiting for the waffle maker in a very small space in the lobby. Overall, nice, clean accommodations at a good price, but definitely no frills.
